Food decent but repeat offenders for not delivering dips.

Food freezing cold, no saucrs that we paid for AND no straws. I really wish the staff would get re-trained! They need it.

The delivery driver went shopping during the delivery of our food causing him to be late. Also the food has gotten cold by the time it got to our door, food was good but ruined by it being cold

The full coke had tipped into all 4 ice creams

So much wrong with my order. Whole meal missing. Sauces that I paid for missing. Good that did arrive was Luke warm. This is hands down the worst McDonalds around.

Always on time because McDonalds keep changing the due time. So it’s never “late”. However we waited 45 minutes. Things are just thrown together with stuff falling out of wraps and muffins and cheese all over the paper.

Don’t bother asking/paying for dips as you never get them from this restaurant.

Went out with family and bought a large meal with tea and didnt have any milk with it so i went to the counter to ask for some i was then told they didnt have any milk so i asked for some out of a small bottle they had then i was then told i had to buy the bottle of milk then another member of staff came over and said you cant buy any because we barley have any left so that was my meal ruined i got no apology non of the staff where botherd i wasnt offered anything else i was then just left as they went on to the next customer i will never step foot into that place again your staff needs serious training because they are the most rudest people i have ever met i would not recomend this place

It’s McDonald’s – the experience really hinges on how freshly cooked your burger or nuggets are. I had a fairly normal wait time for food, nothing outrageous. The usual gauntlet of food delivery drivers was in full swing – all shouting into their phones, giving off serious “don’t look at me” vibes while I waited for my number to be called. I was 351. They were only on 345. Christ. More drivers rolled in, each with those grubby, worn-out Just Eat bags that look like they’ve seen the trenches. Made me quietly thankful I wasn’t getting my food from one of those. Anyway, number 351 at last. Chips? Decent enough. Burger? Dry – like “desert-dry.” Nuggets? Tepid at best. But hey – at least I didn’t have to watch my food disappear into one of those delivery bags. Small wins

If it wasn’t for my grandchildren I wouldn’t use this branch. There is always something missing and the food is often cold. Burgers are just thrown together with cheese spread on the wrapping instead of on the burger.

Wrong order delivered. Told just request a refund.

Ordered mango and pineapple slushy and we got lemonade.

I asked for a large Latte but what was sent was a very strong black coffee which was undrinkable I had to throw it out. Very disappointed

my order was missing 1 wrap 1 Coca-Cola 1 strawberry milkshake, and 1 oreo mc flurry and maltesser mcflurry. not to mention the 5 sauces. this is not the first time this has happened. im absolutely forming with this app

The food was crushed and a drink had spilt in one of the bags. The kids happy meals were all squished. The delivery guy was sullen and not pleasant!

2nd week running we have had food missing from our order

this is the fourth time I've ordered where I have paid for condiments and never recieved them. There is no option to say that I did not recieve them on this service either.

Just to start off, I’ve been here multiple times and the staff have no respect or maturity whatsoever. These staff put no effort into making the food, literally doing it as quick as they can, putting burgers out of place so they just fall apart. Also, the toilets seem to rarely get cleaned as they smell horrifying and there is also food found on the floor? This place is so unhygienic so honestly, make sure to bring some hand sanitiser if you plan on going here. Also, not to mention that people under the age of 18 are not allowed in after 4pm? Me and my friends tried to come here once at exactly 4:01pm and the ‘bouncer’ that Mcdonald’s has hired told us to go away!!! How sad do you have to be? It didn’t even look busy inside either, just showing how lazy these workers really are. ——— Anyways, onto my experience today with Mcdonald’s. I ordered my food via Uber Eats and after almost 1 and a half hours, my food had finally came, arriving stone cold. Also, not to mention the bag that my drink was in was leaking out the bag, How careless are these workers? I ordered a McSpicy chicken burger and requested no burger sauce as I use my own at home, and the staff didn’t even bother to put no sauce in it. I also ordered 2 of the new Minecraft sauces and they didn’t arrive. My fries were freezing aswell. Mcdonald’s, I suggest you should up your game because this is clearly minimal effort.

Order 3 Philly cheese stack meals and 2 duo classic meals and a happy meal. Only recieved a happy meal and the drinks from the meal. Very disappointed with this order and when I have tried to get in contact using the chat they haven’t replied.

Ordered a wrap and it tasted off, cucumber tasted off and a bit mushy and the mayo tasted like it was gone off

What a joke the driver has give someone our food and there food and give us all the drinks what a waste of money the drive said not his problem !! Well it is his problem when he delivers the food I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!

Only negative was the store did not put in ketchup, but that is not the fault of the courier.

Come on McDonald's Cramlington, why have you changed the classic cheeseburger? It used to be patty, cheese, ketchup, mustard and onions on the top. I received today patty with 3 small pieces of opinion on tbe bottom, then cheese, ketchup and a small amount of mustard.....onions make the cheeseburger. Don't change the classic......do better

I didn’t get the mozzarella sticks I asked for a got a cheeseburger instead of the mozzarella sticks.

Would have have the quality a 5 star however when the drinks are delivered without straws and the meals are missing dips it’s a bit of a letdown!

The driver was brilliant, but the bag on the hot chocolate had dissolved as the hot liquid had leaked out. Thos left half a cup remaining. The driver has also reported it on his end with a picture and advised to contact the McDonalds branch

I hear the arguments for paying mcdonalds workers more and agree, then my burgers arrive with the full cheese slice melted to the bottom of the box in both burgers and start to consider they're maybe paid too much

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING you charge all that money for half chips and a scabby rap that is so dry what’s up you get load of customers so it’s like yea we get paid regardless just give them little cold chips dry wraps no sauce
