The food is very bad and the sizes are small

Crowded, everyone was rushed off their feet. Asked for brown sauce on my breakfast sandwich.... Came without brown sauce. Drive thru seemed the priority over customers in store.

Time it takes to get served is ridiculous, parking bays should be used more rather than having people wait at window for food not ready making the whole queue wait.

Ordered food via the McDonald's app and picked up from parked order pickup bay. Food took about 25 minutes to arrive, but it was a busy Thursday night so that's understandable. Never seem to get good fries from McDonald's anymore, always stale and getting cold, and very rarely salted. Chicken nuggets were very good though, and double quarter pounder was spot on.

What’s occurring? Why has Cramlington Moor Farm stopped delivering? You’re losing so much business.

This is the second time I've paid for food at the drive thru only to find when I get home I only have half what I've paid for!

There was a lot of school children running about the place to and from the soft play it would appear that the parents treated the place as though they relinquished parental responsibilities the staff were extremely busy with orders this I suspect was due to two other McDonald restaurants in the area close by being closed for renovations

Best ran McDonalds in my area. Nice friendly staff and fast service.

Sat in the bay waiting for food for 20 mins. Watched them give my food to another car who opened every box and packet and handed it back to the staff. Food went back inside. Spoke to the staff who brought out the food another car had opened and fingered. Total wait 35 mins.

Absolutely disgusting service and disgusting customer care. I ordered a meal via the app for delivery from the cramlington branch and only half of the meal was delivered in several bags. I could get nowhere in reporting thiis via customer service in the app. Virtual assistant couldn't find the restaurant I ordered from and said to use contact number given in delivery text. It was uber but number came up as un recognised when i rang it. I rang the restaurant in cramlimgton and was told to go to customer service in app ( which I'd already done) and then he said nothing he could do and hung up. This is the second time I've had a delivery. First time food was cold and this time I got half an order and rudness from staff. I feel I've lost the money I paid for the things i didn't receive. I paid over £19 for a big mac meal as the rest was missing. Would not recommend cramlington mcdonald's at all especially for getting food delivered

Not bad for a fast food service

Difficulty ordering on the app to pick up at this location, it often doesn't give this branch as an option. However, manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Much better than Moorfield Annitsford.

no sauce in bag, I wouldn't mind however now it's paid for I expect to be included, disappointed

Missing a big mac from my order

delivery driver did not know his way and had to phone me why use drivers that do not know the area more so as i only live 3 minutes away by car

I was horrified to find when I opened up my drinks bag one of the two cokes I ordered was tipped on its left hand side spilled pouring around the bad , in the appalled state I was I proceeded to take it out and I couldn’t even use the straws because I had to BIN them as they where unusable. Never had this experience before and I’m not happy nor are the kids.

I'm sure they get a star on their name plates when they get an order correct! Westmoreland McDonald's is getting worse, missing items, the wrong items almost every time we go theres an issue. Twice going through the drive through we were left waiting for up to 40 minutes in the waiting bay. Waist of time complaining coz they never but them in the complaints book! Managers look clueless. Feel sorry for the hand full of staff who are lovely but has to deal with the shit show behind the counter.

We were on the phone 20 minutes as they keep putting the pin in the wrong location to our actual home address. Second time this has happened now and our food was freezing

Shocking!!!! Meant to be delivered by 8 pm turned up minutes late the food stone cold but driver was 10 miles away for 45 mins I mean who wants freezing food and watered down drink cos ice cubes melted suggest better drivers !!!!!!!!

Completely wrong order delivered (just a meal for 1 as well when meals for 2 ordered) and no offer to deliver the correct order despite only being a 5 minute drive from the restaurant.

It is a beautiful location with a pleasant environment and very well arranged with a playground for children and usually they don't have to wait long to be served. But unfortunately there are also arrogant and rude employees in this wonderful location.

Had couple of mcflurrys. Smarties was great. Twix poor, very little topping. Very expensive. Team friendly.

I like this mcdonalds staff are great and foods nice but the thing that ruins it is the no under 18s in after 4pm like i literally get to mcdonalds at 3.54 and the security guard refused to let me in like its not okay like you should atleast make it until 5pm

Terrible, ordered at 13:25 didn’t come until 15:05 all food was cold, ice cream was melated, everything was just horrible and snoggy

20-30 mins quoted on ordering then changed to an hour. Hot apple pie had discard sticker for 19:26 and food delivered at 20:38 so unsafe to eat as an hour over time at which it should have been thrown away! Very disappointing.

Just what you would expect from a fast food retailer. Ask for chips without salt and you will get fresh chips.

Delivery driver was horrendous wouldn’t give us food until we gave him a code we didn’t have then said we had to ring just eat to sort it out , he stood and argued with us at the door that we couldn’t have our food this will put me off using you gain (just eat )

I don’t tend to leave reviews however my whole family were overwhelmed by the customer service by one particular staff member Julie! She was amazing! She came up to us straight away and put the order through the self service for us, she then opened the play area especially for our two children. She was polite, friendly and really went that extra mile. Well done Julie and thank you! You are a huge asset for McDonald’s.

3 of the burgers were stone cold and as per usual the chips were freezing. McDonald's need to up their game on home deliveries ensuring food is delivered at the least warm, Although Food should be served/ delivered at least to the recommended legal temperature of 75°

My food not arrive anymore… I lose my money and my time

We ordered 2 regular burgers (not customised) and one customised, which they managed to get wrong (twice).. and my "normal" bacon double cheeseburger had no cheese in it!! This was inside... I'd be wary going through the drive through as you'd be halfway home before you realised your order was wrong. Convenient fast food, which is ok very occasionally, but surely the franchise owner should be seriously concerned for not conforming /reaching the brand expectations.

Usually a very high standard, but unfortunately not today. The hash browns were stuck to the paper bag & the luke warm cappuccino was only half a cup full😢

Placed order on screen and receipt did not print. Was helped by this lovely lady who I think was called Julie? Who then apologised for inconvenience then whilst waiting in queue for collection then offered to bring order to table rather than wait. She then brought us order and checked in on us in play area to ensure we had everything we needed . Sometimes good service goes unrecognised, we always just focus on the negatives! My grandchildren had lovely time , thank you .

I don't even know why I continue to give this particular franchise my custom. Food is either never ready or the order is wrong. This time over 10 cars in the queue were asked to wait in a bay until food was ready - supposed to be fast food!!

Staff at this McDonald’s are horrible rude little brats! I’d strongly suggest some additional training for the fat spotty teenagers they employ!

Ordered a few times and everytime something is missing. This time was the 2 Happy meals so I had 2 very unhappy kids as it was supposed to be a treat. not ordering from this branch again. Totally useless!

We went in for some food and entered the play area , we think it was the manager who came in the play area and said ‘ everyone get out the play area including the ‘big girls’ so then we got out and asked why aren’t we allowed they then proceeded to say you to old to be in here assuming our ages everyone was staring at us we got to embarrassed so we had to leave

How hard is it for the staff to get orders right, ordered a 5 select meal and got a 3, and NO sauces which was paid for. Its really not that hard to read! If you cant get a straight forward order correct your in the wrong job.

If you are going to charge for sauces please provide them. Also never receive straws with drinks. Not sure why there is a service charge for poor service. Have issues all the time.

the delivery driver could not find my address, I ordered this as i am in a meeting and cant leave the office so i have not recieved any of the order.

This place is really good specially for those with young kids who like softplay. It's not a massive area but sufficient to keep the littles busy whilst you have some food or maybe coffee that's not too expensive :)

My food never arrived was originally due at 21:10 which quickly changed to 22:05 the driver pulled into my estate according to the app tracking which then changed to delivered but the driver is no where to be seen.
