The driver didn’t know my address had to stand outside so the driver could see me, went to open the bag didn’t even get the right burger I ordered

Drink was completely empty - spilt completely out all over the bag.

Can’t even get a simple 9 nugget meal correct!! Absolutely useless

Food always missing from here lately

It was cold, no straws for drinks and no sauces.

Missing a burger and the toy from meal. Was the only reason I ordered as son wanted the Minecraft toy! Disappointed

my LARGE milkshake came and it was half empty

ordered for 5pm when it arrived at nearly 20mins past was more on the colder than hot side, had to reward in micowave

somehow it had the wrong house nu on but bless him he rang and we got it sorted

Fries were cold but too be expected when ordering late at night, straws missing as well as sauces

Ordered mcspicy with bacon teeny bit of spicy sauce n 1 tiny piece of bacon .staff also forgot some of my order .gutted play area was closed staff didnt seem to know why

Order 3 Philly cheese stack meals and 2 duo classic meals and a happy meal. Only recieved a happy meal and the drinks from the meal. Very disappointed with this order and when I have tried to get in contact using the chat they haven’t replied.

Ordered a wrap and it tasted off, cucumber tasted off and a bit mushy and the mayo tasted like it was gone off

Coffee had to returned, but was replaced immediately. Cleaner tried hard over a hectic lunchtime . Manager had to throw out someone misbehaving

What a joke the driver has give someone our food and there food and give us all the drinks what a waste of money the drive said not his problem !! Well it is his problem when he delivers the food I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!

On time but an hour after I ordered it. Stone cold. Difficult to be “late” when they keep updating the expected delivery time.

food came cold and stale did not come with the sauces i ordered and both portions of chips were spilled out of their cartons.

Only negative was the store did not put in ketchup, but that is not the fault of the courier.

I didn’t receive any of my sauces.

Because my Coffee and Pancakes were not delivered I am very disappointed. I am a very good customer and do not expect this to happen

the drink was delivered already leaking. the driver apologised but just handed me a bag that was leaking coke out the bottom. what am I supposed to do with that?

Come on McDonald's Cramlington, why have you changed the classic cheeseburger? It used to be patty, cheese, ketchup, mustard and onions on the top. I received today patty with 3 small pieces of opinion on tbe bottom, then cheese, ketchup and a small amount of mustard.....onions make the cheeseburger. Don't change the classic......do better

I didn’t get the mozzarella sticks I asked for a got a cheeseburger instead of the mozzarella sticks.

as per usual French fries cold. also partners chicken sandwich came with no sauce on.

delivery time changed 2 times, but was not a issue, food was hot, my burger was made well, wasn't a mess. chips hot. and delivery driver was polite and professional 👍. my order today was bang on 👍

Absolutely shocking customer service. Bunch of idiots couldn’t run a bath. The amount of wrong orders that come out that place is comical. Might aswel give up go back on dole

Order was not delivered. No phone call and cannot contact anyone at just eat as can only request refund via email. Two very upset children.

Would have have the quality a 5 star however when the drinks are delivered without straws and the meals are missing dips it’s a bit of a letdown!

The driver was brilliant, but the bag on the hot chocolate had dissolved as the hot liquid had leaked out. Thos left half a cup remaining. The driver has also reported it on his end with a picture and advised to contact the McDonalds branch

I hear the arguments for paying mcdonalds workers more and agree, then my burgers arrive with the full cheese slice melted to the bottom of the box in both burgers and start to consider they're maybe paid too much

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING you charge all that money for half chips and a scabby rap that is so dry what’s up you get load of customers so it’s like yea we get paid regardless just give them little cold chips dry wraps no sauce

Went to this joke of a McDonald’s Stood at the counter for ages waiting to be served while all the Teletubby managers stood around talking and just ignoring me what a joke of a place

Feel like i need to tell the world, 1st time EVER you have got my order correct, no missing food items, no missing paid for sauces, read my order correctly and removed certain ingredients correctly! WELL DONE to who ever done this order. Keep it up.

Paid over £20 for a delivery from cramlington McDonald’s today 12/01/2025. We were delivered one drink and a carton of cold chips. No one is answering the phone at the cowboys business. We rang 36 times no one answered. RIP off Britain at its finest.

Cold food missing item and missing sauces that i paid for and sent the free ones instead which wasnt even the same flavour. The staff really need trained more to READ peoples orders.

Delivery driver was great. However McDonald’s store forgot to include sauces and the chips were undercooked. Feedback for the McDonald’s staff rather than delivery driver, might be worth asking for sauces at pick up.

The food and coffee are cold and delivery time kept changing. Food most be made and left to get cold. Not nice at all

Order arrived with box of x20 chicken nuggets missing. Phoned McD said nothing they can do, have to reorder and wait another hour for delivery of missing item through just eat, by which time all other food would be stone cold. Awful customer service

Ordered food at 12-25, didn’t arrive till 14.05, could not get any help to find where my food was or cancel My order, contact us just took me back to my order, rang just eat and they said they can’t do anything over the phone

Every time I have been to the drivethrough they make you park up for an order even on a zebra crossing not good enough but the food is good
