Only had chicken curry and rice but it was lovely.

Omlette was really egg fu yung in bits, chips were dry must have been last nights chips and everything tasted the same very bland, no taste will not go back.

Food was absolutely fantastic and hot I got 3kinds of meat with mushrooms and hubby got fried rice we will be back again

Nicknack chicken absolutely disgusting none chicken inside just spicy batter. But no1 answering the phone and it’s still open I’ve rang since 10pm! Not happy

Food was ok, was really hot good size. but really bland. Service was fair but not really much chat.. No atmosphere at all.

Had high expectations as they were busy and we waited a long time for the food. Food wasn't tasty and was quite expensive. Won't be going back.

Food inconsistent, egt last month black bean sauce lovely, last night like a curry,it was very hot, not like a black bean sauce. Also last few times always items missing from order. Will not use again.

Place was easy to find, with parking found easily enough round the side. Food was made relatively quickly, and the price was reasonable. The curry was very oily, way too much fat, the chips were over done. Special fried rice was tasty and pork balls were a good size. Had to pay with cash as no card machine. Not brilliant but not awful either

New customer, ordered by phone to collect given a time slot, turned up, shop full of disgruntled customers as food timescale was way out, waited in the shop 25mins after given slot, food was below average, won't be using again

Lovely food and good sized portions! Would highly recommend trying here if you haven't already! Delivery's always super quick and delivery driver is very polite.

Ordered a delivery, waited 90 minutes phoned to find out how much longer it would be told driver had broken down so had to collect, no phone call to let us know so cancelled

I only live 3 minute walk from here and when i opened it up the rice was cold, the sweet and sour had a smell of vomit. There was a thick oily grease floating on top. Could not even try because of the foul smell.

Food Ive always found tasty from here but I normally just stick to a certain 2 or 3 dishes, delivery staff great.... But ure salt & pepper chicken is dry & u taste more batter than chicken, chicken pieces way to skinny ..... The fried rice was amazing, but thrown chicken away its like twigs of mega spicy batter 😩.... ANNOYED won't be back!!!

Always a good variety of food available at a reasonable price. Very well cooked and extremely tasty, even if you never get a smile from the young Chinese girl, taking your order.

This Chinese is easy to find, on the corner with a bright sign. You normally get served pretty quick, even quicker if you ring before hand. There's a little bench for you to wait. The prices are reasonable, no more expensive than anywhere else. There's a wide rang of choices on the the menu, and a massive menu on the wall. The lady is really nice who takes your order. Apart from last two orders our food has been delicious, Mebys a change of chef, I don't know. I would still reccomend a visit.

Having moved house yesterday, and being to tired for anything else, I thought I'd grab a Chinese from up the road,.... Never again, food was tasteless and not pleasant I dished up half, after a few mouthfuls it all went in the bin.... Not the end of it.... I've spent the majority of today in the loo! I'll be avoiding this place like the bloody plague in future 😷😡

Called in to order my meal . Had to wait less than 10 minutes for it to be ready. Meal was very tasty infact it served two meals .

We order from hear all of the time foods lovely but the lady on the phone is extremely rude and hung up the phone on us saying "it was too far" instead of just explaining to us on the phone, we phoned back and said we always get food delivered from here and still she hung up. WILL NEVER BE BACK UNTIL SHE GETS SOME MANNERS!�

Just had a takeaway meal delivered from The Jade Garden, huge portions, piping hot, reasonably priced and delivered in record time. The crispy beef in Peking sauce was as good as it gets but the Spring Rolls were in a league of their own, never had them as good (or as big). We will defiantly get food from here again.

Rang up for a takeaway, was told it would take 45 minutes, waited for an hour and a half and they got the order wrong.

Great Chinese food and reasonably priced they also deliver for a small charge to the surrounding area, if you are driving you can park across the road in the small car park next to the post office or on the street if you don't like walking

We ordered takeaway a couple of nights ago from our friends and when they brought it back it was huge. Loads of meat and really very tasty. We will definitely be trying this place again.

Ordered from here (for collection) at least 5 or 6 times and every time the food was great. Really tasty in particular King prawn Kung Po. Have also had a selection of other dishes and they were all nice.. the lady behind the counter is always friendly too.

regrettably am so old I remember when this was one of the first Chinese to be opened and my uncle and aunt who lived there thought it was the business. It's a shame the cuisine is the same and the only change has been the increasing cost. Cannot recommend.

We were on a weekend away and randomly chose this take away. To our surprise it was outstanding we among other things had lemon chickenoh my goodness three battered chicken breast slices and sauce. Not far from Sandy bay caravan site it is a must if you are staying in the area.

I've used this takeaway frequently for many years and my food has always been extremely tasty, and have never had to wait long at all to receive it (more often than not I collect it as I live nearby- not sure about deliveries). The women behind the counter are very sweet and try hard to deliver good customer service. Recent update in till system has allowed for more efficient ordering and whenever I'm in the phone is always ringing and place is full of waiting customers -popular!

I rang to place an order having never been a Jade Garden customer before. I was told it was taking an hour for deliveries and was that ok, I appreciated the honesty and placed my order. After waiting 1 hour 30 I rang to enquire about the status of my order. I was told they would contact the delivery driver and get it to me asap. After another 25 minutes I contacted the shop again to say I no longer wanted the delivery and if it had been sat in a car for 25+ minutes I didn't see how they could deliver it as surely the food would be sub standard. I was then told that the order hadn't even been cooked and that the person on the telephone had been to the kitchen several times to request the order was cooked. Having worked in a customer service environment I found this incredibly disappointing, not only was my order severely delayed but it appears I was lied too as well. I certainly won't be bothering with Jade Garden again.

If you want to eat from here,particularly on a weekend, i would advise to collect as delivery times are very erratic,that's if they turn up at all !!!! This is a shame as the food is very good,would still recommend but don't rely on delivery.

Food always appetising, we usually order a takeaway once a month and never have any complaints and delivered hot within half an hour

A large telephone order was spot on accurate, on time, hot and really tasty. Will definitely use this takeaway again :)

The woman on the phone talks so fast you literally have no time after to ask how much it will be, speaks poor English then when the food arrived it was about twice as much as I'd thought, the delivery guy looked impatient as we searched the house for money. When we went to check our food the order was wrong with food I wouldn't even eat. We'd waited about 2 hours so just dealt with it, food was basic. Won't be going back, not the first time that's happened.
