This lady ntokozo was very very rude in fact very disrespectful to customers thought it was only me bt got overhear other mumuring ABT her and that so unprofessional

Nando's is one of my favorite restaurants.

The staff don't know how to talk with customers. Not happy with the service receiving lately. Whenever I go they don't have syrups or cream. Chicken always dry even after asking for more sauce. haai.

Please improve your customer service

Food has become pricey however overall service etc all tops

It's neat and clean environment, but service is very poor and food was also not good as befor chicken was clod chips was also not fresh, no staff was available to reorder food

I’m afan of nandos but hear in Fordsburg the waiters are vary bad I hate to come here. And this is may be a 5th time vary bad service the salad is freezing cold and rude waiters I hope u chek ur workers

I ordered a milkshake shake and it arrived 1 hr later from the estimated arrival time i even tried doing a follow up on my order and no one picked up my call. My order finally arrived and there was no straw for my milkshake

It's a really busy place outside but other than that j really loved it here

I walked in to a friendly cashier to order a eat in when we got to the table it was dirty the waiter said he would come clean our table it took him 30min to come over.. then we received our food the meat was burnt and the was no salt on the table am a nandos fan but I'd never come back to this nandos

The staff was busy with something else and she had me waiting for her to take my order and finally she gave me table number and I set down while seated I noticed that the floor was dirty very dirty I thought it was only under my table but no the whole place was dirty and the windows also were dirty

The service was quite fast. The lady served us was very knowledgeable about the menu.

The tables and couched were so dirty. It looked like they hadn't wiped after they were used and when I asked for someone to wipe I had to wait for so long and even when she did wipe it was like I had asked my 3 year old to do so

The call Centre lady was pathetic. She would not give me her name and transferred me to her team leader who did not answer the phone even after waiting for 10 minutes. I still bought the food because Nandos makes good food although that lady at the call Centre is something else. She could have been more polite.

That's was very nice place on the corner point but the taste was not like Capetown Nando's is best

Tastiest hot chicken burger. The schwarma was good but the chicken strips were a bit dry

Tantalizing and mild & delicious 😋🤤 enough for young kids with sensitive tummies and tongues.....good restaurant for the whole family satisfies each individual taste bud.

How is it that Nando`s Fordsburg takes over 2 hours to deliver every single time I order ? I order food for my colleagues 2 maybe 3 times a week and this restaurant never fails to disappoint. apparently they cannot get hold of their drivers . either way I wont be ordering from this Nando`s anymore

If you want to sit and enjoy your meal on a sweltering day, this is not the place to do it. The aircons are not allowed to be switched on, as per one of the staff members; when I spoke to the manager, he said that the word on was on, clearly it was not.... When I requested the franchise owner's number, I was informed that they are not allowed to give it to me. All in all, a terrible experience ..

I ordered food at 16:10, I was meant to recieve my order at 17:10, its 17:47 I have not received the order. This is annoying.

Absolutely disgusting placed an order at 5.25pm and its 6.45 PM and the order has still not been delivered...thanks but will never buy from that fordsburg branch again...absolutley a waste of time

I ordered from this nandos on u er eats, I had ordered half hot, half Mozambiquan with a 2litre of Coca-Cola. When the order came, the chicken was so dry, it had the wrong sauce on it (even though it barely had sauce) and there was no Colddrink! One of the worst experiences I've had with nandos, and I love nandos

i will never order from Fordsburg Nandos. Our order was delivered 3 hours later after we made 10 calls from callcentre to them. They always blame drivers.

Bad service bad food did not recive what I purchased I asked for extra sauce on the chicken and when I got home the chicken was dry and had no taste at all and I really mean it terrible experience a whole chicken I wasted my CASH....

Plenty portion size but everything was really bland salt & pepper chicken was hard batter no chicken & very hot & spicy this was the only thing with taste. Chips was disgusting starch tasting things. Won’t go again .

I personally love Nandos and absolutely love the food from this one in particular. They haven't disappointed me. The only problem I experienced was that there were a lot of flies which bother you during your meal

The employees at the counters are not helpful at all. It took them 20 minutes to understand a simple order! I am very displeased and dissatisfied at the faculty and administration of this establishment.

They don't care about customers. We called and placed an order for collection and when we got there we had to wait and wait. After waiting I took my order and went home. When I got home my order specifications were not met. The chicken was cut when I asked for it not to be cut. The piece looked like there were left overs from the sit in customers. We ended up throwing everything in the bin and ordered with debonairs. When I called to complain I was asked for my till slip and they said someone will contact me and no one ever contacted me. Stay away from this Nandos.

Their rolls are old, chicken not well spiced. I didn't enjoy at all. I can't recommend anyone there.
