Food was delicious. Portions are large. Great variety to choose from.

I dont often leave a review but, had a take away from this place and it was just awful. The chips were rubbery and dry and the meat was so dry and tough my husband even said "Do you think this was last week's meat" This was hands down the worst chineese ever and I won't be ordering ever again!!

Disgusting place, customer service is horrendous...girl on phone is comical...avoid ...buy a takeaway bag instead....jokes of people

Horrendous. Items missing. Wrong items. Sauces where thick and gelatinous, definitely not stir fried. Fried rice was all clumped together. 2/3 of the meal went in the bin. Never again bah.

I made an order via Just Eat as a guest so I can't leave a review on there. I ordered at approx 18:30 In Pegswood and the food was delivered at 18:55. It was absolutely red hot and very good. I ordered Salt and pepper ribs, Garlic and Chilli house special with fried rice, and a portion of chips. Couldn't fault it. Reading some of the reviews on Google, I advise that you look on Just eat as the recent reviews are good. 10/10 thanks

Used to be the best place in Morpeth for Chinese. Unfortunately the last few years there has been a decline, appears they are using inferior ingredients to keep costs down. Won’t be going any time soon.

Terrible. Firstly, waited nearly two hours for food to arrive, put a call in to them to be told the food had just left …. We then waited 30 mins for it to arrive from leaving the store when we live 10mins away. £50 order and the quality of the food was very poor and the majority of it went in the bin. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We have used this takeaway many times in the past without any issues, but just recently it has been hit and miss. On our most recent order, we found the staff member taking the order a little rude, and items were missing from our order. One dish we chose, the crispy chilli beef, was very disappointing. There was a small layer of chill beef on the top with the rest of the container being filled with onions and vegetables. Barely enough beef for one person let alone two. Such a shame as this has always been our go-to for Chinese takeaway, but I think we will try somewhere else next time.

I wish my girlfriend was as moist as the chips!

This used to be a great place but this is now the 3rd awful meal and we wont be returning. Rice was cold, gloopy and stuck together, chicken rubbery (same for the last 3 meals) prawn toast had a soggy bottom and tasted strongly of raw onions. Chow mein was too greasy to eat, absolutely awful again. Such a let down :(

Ordered on Christmas eve, very disapointed Sweet and sour chicken, chicken battered balls oily and very slim on chicken, sauce very sour all vinegar , unpleasant to the point of not using it. On the upside chop suey roll very nice

Both meals for my husband and I went in the bin. Rang takeaway to give them feedback and advised we will not be returning. The meals smelt disgusting from the onset. Chips were rubbery, rice was thick and stuck together,. My meal was meant to be chicken and pineapple but it was so sweet I couldn’t eat it. The texture of the chicken was also not nice. My husbands meal was sweet and sour battered chicken which also didn’t taste nice.

Phoned in to complain about hair in my food they put me down for a free meal so when I went to collect the free meal they turned me away saying it wasn’t for free.. the food was rotten aswell keep well away

One of the best Chinese takeaways around...always top notch

This used to be a really good place however I ordered recently and it was a real let down. I ordered the usual crispy fried prawns Hong Kong style which I was really looking forward to however when I got it, it was quite cold, the prawns were obviously pumped with water they were unrealistically fat and had no flavour, the sauce was a poor sweet and sour flavour with a bit too much tang, huge chunks of pineapple a couple of slices of peppers and the odd slice of onion. The whole thing was a far cry from the previous time I ordered. I'm wondering if it has changed ownership (?)

Best in the area for presentation quality quantity and tastes first class highly recommend it

One of the worst things Iv ever eaten! Order was wrong and when I tried to ring back it was constantly engaged! Food was bland… absolutely terrible

Tasted lovely, but both orders were wrong - one with no veg had veg, and a dry noodle dish that was wet. All ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly.

Great food, maybe this is just a one off but the sweetcorn soup and the Thai green curry were very sweet, and traditionally they are not?

Young lady has very bad customer service .Gave us wrong order we phoned to explain .she said .we can collect the correct order if we pay again ..we were taking wrong order back untouched .Her attitude was not good .won't be back

On holiday but found this lovely takeaway so went back again On our last night , Good portions and Freshly cooked food ,

Friendly service, great tasting food and great portion sizes.

This was the first time we'd used Premier but I'd heard good things so thought we'd try it. I had battered chicken balls which were freshly cooked, none of this reheated stuff you often get, with sweet and sour sauce, all very nice and the kids ate my left overs (big portions). My dad got some sort of mushroom side thing with his and he said that was lovely too and saved his left overs for a nightly snack! Food was delivered on time, cash only but driver had ppe and was taking the necessary precautions. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a few different meals etc and everything was perfect. Won’t go anywhere else. Sour and sour chicken was amazing and the gravy is the best I’ve ever tasted

Get a chinese from here fairley often, would say the best in morpeth, always hot fresh, and good value. Also never have to wait when collecting.

To monstrosity premier takeaway, why would you not do a munchie box on a Friday night you will lose loads of customers I went to order a munchy box and I had to order salt and pepper chicken on its own because apparently you don’t sell boxes on a Friday who even does that????????

They forgot to add my prawn crackers. When I rang up, they said they were too busy to deliver them to me. Rest of the food was nice but I had to eat my soup with a SPOON. Minorly outraged

Had a couple of meals all i can say was terrible tasteless and very greasy worst chinese we have eva had will not be going back used to be a fantastic Chinese not any more

The best Chinese takeaway in Morocco without a doubt, always gorgeous food, bonus is they're on just eat!

Amazing food. Only had a bad meal once out of maybe 50 orders over the years. They could improve by adding prawn crackers above £10 rather than above £20, which would bring them in line with the competition. Still, definitely the best Chinese takeaway in the area.

Food is nice, but delivery takes forever, over 90 minutes sometimes.

Very nice food. Great portion sizes and lots of delicious meals to choose from their menu. I recommend the meal deal for one, and their chicken Kong po as a main meal. Very nice!

It's ok, not the nicest take away I've had, but not the worst.
