Closed now ...it was horrendous

Used to be a really nice takeaway but its going down hill, sauces wers awful last night. Simon's nicest Chinese in Ashington

My mam and my cousin went in to get some food and the lady beh8nd the counter was very rude to my mam and when she got the food home it was awful and the chicken was dry with it been put in the deep fat fryer . Wouldn't be going there again .

By far the the worst Chinese take away I have had in 30 years, no green peppers in blackbean dish, instead you get 90% beanshoots (what?) and a mix of frozen flipping peas, carrots and probably frozen red pepper slices, Cantonese sauce was just sweet and sour (sweet and sour offered seperatley), looked like slop in a tray, 2 mouthfuls in, we looked at each other and just laughed, went in the bin, I really do mean it, worst I have ever had and by a long way.

Food was very dry to night....very unhappy with it ....rice was hard and meat dry

I often order from this Chinese as it is open more often than the other Chinese takeaways in town, delivery is always within half an hour and food arrives hot. Never had any problems with an order.

We had a take away from here on Saturday night, must say it was lovely, ordered online and went to pick it up. Very nice staff served us and was honest too, partner tried to pay and she said, No already paid. lol. Great food really enjoyed it .

Excellent food, worth driving to Ashington when they won't deliver on busy nights. Thank you
