Food is 10/10 we are regulars absolutely love it here, dont understand the 1* reveiws!

It’s expensive for what you get. The food is mediocre if best, and the small portions make it worse. We purchased a Tikka Kebab and a Burger. Firstly the Tikka Kebab didn’t come with much chicken, less than a handful of pieces and also the majority of it was burnt of the grill and the chips was of poor quality. The burger wasn’t much better. Best of going to Five Guys as you’re basically paying them prices anyways.

Do not touch this place with a barge pole. Only received part of our order. Asked for food to be picked up and money refunded. Received call to say we only got we ordered from a very stroppy lady. We again stated what we had ordered to which they disagreed. Sorry but we know what we ordered as it was repeated back to us. They have picked food up waiting for money to be refunded. This I hope will be promptly if not you will hear from me again.

Taste OK, however, I’ve had bigger doublecheese burgers from mcdonalds with all the works for a third of the price, and tastes as good….been tempted a while but would never go back….I got the Pholy cheese steak burger ,Mcdonalds is honestly a better bet. Thanks me later

Tried over 20 times to place order, telephone kept going to voicemail. With the help of the Morpeth branch (after 2 phone calls) eventually spoke to Leona. Placed the order, Leona read it back to confirm. Paid by card. After approximately 1 hour delivery was received without 3 items. Rang the shop, was told it would be another 20 minutes to receive the missing items! I advised this was not acceptable and asked they collect the food and reimburse our money. Then received a call from a very stroppy girl telling me our order was complete, that what we received was all we’d paid for. I said it wasn’t all the items we ordered! Very annoying. We will never use them again! I advise you keep away from them!!

This place has to be biggest rip off for what you get paid 12.90 for this shocking

£14.75 delivered 2 Frozen Chicken breasts from Iceland in a cheap brioche bun from Aldi with skin on fries and a bit of mayonnaise and one piece of lettuce. Add to that a 80p service charge. I will let you do maths ???? Will be making my own in future at a fraction of cost.Very poor at takeaway

Unedible! Tikka box and steak box. Meat ,sauces, salad and bread were horrible. Chips were OK. Waist of £27. Don't believe 5 star reviews

Tried this place for the first time and was very impressed. Eventually chose the brischet burger which was amazing. Only thing I would comment was that I could have done with more pickles

First time trying here. Absolutely lovely. Started with a standard steak burger. I look forward to exploring more of the menu.

The best loaded fries I've had...

Food was hot, fresh, and absolutely amazing, steak and chips, and two chicken burgers, And a milkshake. And a FREE kebab to try gorgeous. Friendly staff, and friendly delivery driver too.

Got a burger for myself the wife and my son. Insanely lush mind!!! Not had a burger like this since mannnnny many years ago.

Food was beautiful! Nicest burger I've had in a long time! Chips were perfect too and staff really friendly. Packaging was great.
