Love the MCF96 McDonald's breakfast. Normally have the single mcmuffin

Food is gorgeous Service takes round about 10minuted Atmosphere is awesome

To many apps, screens, pre orders and general messing about. This has resulted in 0 customer service cos you never have to talk to anyone, the food quality is not a patch on what it used to be. To advertise value offers and deals only to find it's delivery only...but this store does not offer a delivery service..pointless...infact you have to travel 38 miles for the nearest delivery branch. Mc Donald's was known for: Simple easy menu - gone Tasty food - gone Fast service - gone Value for money - gone Good customer service - gone Friendly smiling service - gone Not much left really...shame.😥

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Only moved one space in 15 minutes and when I called to ask why there was no movement the employee who answered kept repeating ‘I don’t believe you’ whenever I explained the queue was not moving.

Worst McDonald's service. You can wait here for 30 mins whilst the drive through are all served. No explaination just very slow, poor service.

Went in this morning for breakfast at 10.38 time taken from receipt, then proceed to watch the staff have a melt down about the breakfast orders we got our order at 11.18 order only for two people. I wouldn't have even left a review but the older woman on front counter made it well clear she was not happy about our order this close to 11 am and that about 14 customers were served ahead of us that order behind us 😄 if you don't laugh you'd cry lol stopped here meny times before when on A1 but next time look elsewhere I think. p.s. food was ok nothing wrong there.

Always seems to lack main menu items, many times had to change order several time on same visit as lacking stock to make basic menu items. Update. Ordered a big tasty and it was horrible, was like 2 burger buns and half a gallon of sauce Had to throw it away.

Three times been there and the last, place was filthy and staff were worse! I.e wiping their nose and handling food, disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast menu, it was hot for a change but took so long for the meal, seemed to concentrate on the drive thru

Very nice and efficient service. Fast order fulfillment. Everything was warm and served as ordered. A big thank you to the lady who cleaned it regularly. Very clean and tidy. I'm not a fan of eating at Mac, but thanks to its good location and accessibility, when other places are closed, Mac sometimes "saves lives". I recommend this place and thank the staff for the nice welcome.

Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and got a plain cheeseburger then the McCrispy was no lettuce and came completely plain.

As with all McDonald's the prices are still reasonable even though prices have gone up not that long ago (just like other eateries).Food tastes good and of course always popular and usually busy.Service can be slow at times but that's understandable.The atmosphere is usually good enough even though can be very busy.

Easy to park. Clean toilets. Quick for food and drink (breakfast)

I was on a long journey so I wanted a quick break so I was grateful of the swift service. The product I bought was good quality and hot.

Screen show order ready. But it was not ready. Order was 25£ but it was missing 1 milkshake. And ribsandwitch was disgusting. Never again

Food quality has dropped drastically over the past couple months. Food is thrown together and rarely warm, never mind hot. Extras added to orders are missing most the time aswell. Avoid unless you have no other options

As McDonald's go it was very clean & service was pretty quick.

The food, service and general appearance of the place is good, but getting out of the carpark is a nightmare. Especially if you drove in forward and have to reverse out.

We used the drive-through twice, and we were missing food items on both occasions the first time I had driven back to my holiday cottage so we did without the second time I checked my order in the carpark even though we mentioned about the first time they still got it wrong.

Shocking that on a really hot day, there is no ice-cream

Closed off half the seating area when there was more than enough customers to use it. Other than that, decent maccys

Food was as expected and service was good, they even shout ur number pretty loud when it's ready so if you get distracted you won't miss it.

On the whole this is a pleasant restaurant, staff that served us were friendly, the food was freshly cooked and warm. The toilets were relatively clean. The only thing was that the soft drinks machine was broken so no cold drinks which is why I gave it 4 stars.

It's a McDonald's, so I've given it a 3 star, but you might give it 5 ... it's all relative to your budget and food preferences. In addition, if you're having to read reviews of a McDonald's, you're even sadder than someone writing a review about McDonald's. P.s ... I only stopped here for a pee

What can I say, Fast food - no Hot food - no Service - no Atmosphere - eah no It's not an enjoyable experience anymore and that's from 8,9 @ 13 year olds.

Incredibly busy, staff appeared to overworked and making mistakes, quite a few upset customers on the day I visited. I however had no issues apart from it taking forever for my order.

I really only wanted coffee, but made the mistake of ordering a McMuffin too. How do McDonald's turn a perfectly good egg into a lump of rubber? The bacon was well overdone and tough, and though I was the only customer at the drive thru, it took ages for the food to come.

Generally good, sometimes they can mess up an order now and then but usually easily sorted. And they are tight with giving out napkins

Absolutely disgusting ! This was my 2nd visit , not by choice as this was the only place open in the middle of the night . The toilet on both occasions was filthy, no toilet roll, I asked the staff twice to replace it and they didn't bother . Instead they put napkins in !!! The staff couldn't have cared less . No wonder I don't use this chain

It's a McDonald's, you know what to expect here. This one is compact, neat and in a great location just off the A1. All good with food, the order was quick and easy.

The food here was great we went for breakfast, the syrup ran out on their drinks machine for my Coca Cola, so I just said to the man could I have a new one, after a couple of minutes he gave me the same coke back or at least the same batch from the machine, I took it back and just told him the syrup from the machine had ran out I’m only getting the fizzy water. He told me I’m wrong he said “do you want a bottle of water instead” I said no I just want a coke he said “you have had a coke twice choose another one” he said this aggressively which is ridiculously over a drink, looking down at me over a coke made me feel terrible, I asked him three times just to try the drink and he would know what I mean whilst keeping calm and respectful, after this he half-arsed asked the drinks guy to “sample the coke” the drinks man (in a stuttered voice said) “oh it needs changing” I could not believe the drama that had been caused over a silly drink and the way I was spoken to by this McDonald’s employee was disgusting, no sir you are not better than me just because I wanted a new coke. But it was amusing how much he changed his attitude once he realised he was in The wrong, this time bringing the drink over to the table and thanking us, as he knew he was in the wrong. Please Berwick McDonald’s staff, get an attitude adjustment, before you say the wrong thing to the wrong person.

Most the food was good but they forgot some of our food and the drink was flat, I recommend always checking to see if you have everything

On holiday I Northumberland and Yorkshire. Just stopped off for breakfast mcmuffins, fantastic.

Macdonalds is Macdonalds no frills this one is open 24 hours if your on a long drive overnight, no hassle not on services fuel at morrisons supermarket just what it says on the tin.

One of the better McDonald's Drive thru was oddly closed even though there was cars in it. Food was cooked properly and delivered relatively quickly

basically no sauce on burger and one of burgers wrong and same happy meal toy 3 times and milkshake had no flavour basically just ice cream. just been again they didn't give me my sauce. my mates MC flurry had litro no ice cream and drink has no winning sips.

Food was absolutely scran. Much better than most but my mate got 3 happy meals and some geeza behind counter thought they were sigma by packing the same toy 3 times and he already had that toy so now he has 4 and is in tears. Honestly brought the place down. Been here again and got the Biscoff McFlurry, somehow they managed to forget the ice cream or some fatty scrammed it (prolly DT). Also didn’t get a winning sips on my drink so am fuming.

Come here tonight after a long drive from manchester will be my last food was awful no taste and spent 20 pound a waste of money i would have tryed kfc down the road it was closed wont be comeing here again

McSpicy good, as you'd expect. Winning sips was on so the sprite I got won me an apple pie. The apple pie that i won took at least 10mins to be prepared and she told me it was hot and it was so that was kinda good, lacking a bit of flavour. The texture was crispy but not thick enough to be crispy crispy

Sometimes they run out of Ice creams and have very limited Vegetarian/Vegan options.

Avoid this McDonald’s if you actually want to have any cold drinks. The machine NEVER works and it then causes folk to sit in the drive thru for 20 mins +

Food only warm not hot, poor value for money with a couple of veggie sticks and a palm full of lettuce on a bun. No dressing sauce either. Would get better if I was a carnivore. Clean and tidy thanks to two staff cleaning floors and tables efficiently.

Our regular stop between Newcastle and Edinburgh as it's just off the A1 and roughly halfway. It's a standard McDonald's, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There's a drive through and parking available. Always seems fairly busy, but I've never had too long to wait.

Not long passed through your drive through. Gave our order, paid, were asked to move to next window. Retrieved order.. drove to Eyemouth..then discovered items missing from the order (been charged for it though). Maybe the staff should check carefully the orders and the bags as they pack them?
