Rude, waited over 20 mins for 2 burgers yet they continued to serve collection and other orders.

Ordered 2pizzas in the shop , waited 15-20 mins . When home my pizza had no mushrooms and green peppers instead of onion . Tasted good . Cash only , which I didn’t notice when searching shop online.

DO NOT Order anything fron hexham pizza they are a massive let down. I put in a £40 order and when it turned up the driver kicked off at me over food I'd already payed for, we happily payed the delivery charge but got spoke to really badly I thought as he drove away he was gonna run me over with his car 100% drama for no reason. They still haven't payed me back after saying they will big disappointment. I've spoke to friends in the area about hexham pizza and nothing good man just bad replies. I'd advise anyone not to use them

Had 16” Pizza meat feast. Pizza was well made with generous toppings. Price was extremely good value. Staff were friendly as I was waiting for it to be made. In the area for a break and will definitely try again before I leave.

Staff not friendly forgot one pizza when I rang up they argued with me,was having a party,had to go back for pizza argued again with my daughter,will never go back spent 64 aswell

Let down again on delivery. Kids waiting for nearly three hours. When I rang up, asked for a refund, staff put phone down on me. We were quite regular customers too. Gave them a second chance after they screwed my order up bad, but this past fortnight quality has been poor and delivery shocking. No more.

Order is late every single time I order delivery. All they do is make pathetic excuses and don't provide adequate customer service skills. Worst take away ever considering we have given them many chances to sort themselves out!!! Do no respect customer loyalty at all. All just after the money dont want to keep customers happy!

Fast delivery, hot on arrival, massive portions, scrumptious food, special wishes fulfilled, our new ‘regular’, you don’t get better in Hexham-in my humble opinion, try it and you will not be disappointed.

Great chpice and excellent value. Bit cheesed off when i was given a 50p service charge for saving both me and them time by buying on the app and picking my items up. It should have been cheaper, not more expensive.

Ordered Hot and Spicy Pizza and Chicken Wings.... NOT 1 Chicken Wing ...DRY bits of chicken! The Pizza had more salt in it than a total salt dispenser !!!!! Disgusting! Never again! Waste of over £14.00.....The next time I ordered from the same place by mistake and wasted £18.00 Pizza was nice but the wrap was charged at full price without receiving any salad, chips, or sauces....Stay well away from this robbing and useless place!!!!!!!!

Don't bother, I ordered a meal at 7pm had to chase them up three times and at 9pm I again called to enquire about my order, to which I was informed it was on it's way. When I cancelled my order, they couldn't care less. Very poor customer service, no food for me on Saturday night 6th March. No way will I be given them my service. Shocking

Just ordered (maybe 2 1/2 hours ago), was late but honestly the kebab wrap was amazing so can’t complain about it being late (my mum phoned and it was busy) but honestly it was the best kebab wrap I’ve ever had 😍

This place used to be lovely but just had my order delivered the cheese burger was like rubber and couldnt even chew it.the chicken kebab was still pink inside and full of chicken juice worst experience of a takeaway will not be ordering again

Saw this place was under new ownership and ordered first home delivery order last night. Pizzas were bang on time, hot and packed with toppings. Really nice pizza for family TV night! Great stuff. We will be back!

After an hour we got the food delivered, was the wrong order so we called and they said they'd remake it and bring it to us asap. An hour later we call asking where it is but the delivery man had apparently already left to go to Corbridge first?! Delivering other orders before sorting ours that was wrong. 3 HOURS LATER, we got our order which was stone cold which is ridiculous. Person on the phone was unhelpful and didn't apologise for the situation. Sticking to Pizza Pizza.

Ordered a couple of kebabs for delivery, 1.5 hour went by so called to see where it was, was told by the lass that it wouldn’t be long because the driver was out. 45 minutes later it eventually arrived stone cold. Pretty poor overall. Won’t be back again

Order a pizza on the app on a Sunday night. Give them 40 minutes get there and it's still not made. Probably the quietest I've ever seen the place. Keep your pizza.

First time we have ordered from this takeaway. Gotta say they are the nicest pizzas in the area. Will definitely be a regular customer here. Pizzas were loaded with ingredients everything I’d asked for, which was good to see and taste. The staff were lovely and it was all ready at the time I’d asked. Top takeaway.
