We come here on a regular basis, generally it's good value for money and the bacon brie and cranberry paninis are really lovely. Just one thing that annoys me and they are not alone in this, we always buy 2 large lattes but only ever get one stamp on the loyalty card. We came with friends bought 6 coffees and still just one stamp on the loyalty card. Come on people make loyalty count.

Always busy. Friendly staff. Ordered a coffee and scone. Wasn't until I sat down that I realised they did meals as none of them are advertised/displayed at the counter. I was disappointed in that as I was hungry at the time. The menus are on the tables at the tables in Manors shopping centre.

Ordered two scrambled egg on toast, once past the crust it became very mushy. We scraped the egg off to see the toast was complete mush in the centre. They must have dumped wet egg on top as the toast was completely inedible. If you do have to go here for scrambled egg, do yourself a favour and ask for it on the side of the toast. Scones were average and we felt so sick from the soggy toast we didn’t even finish the scones. £13 to walk away hungry with food left on the plates. First and last visit unfortunately.

How hard is it to get an order right? Two breakfasts, one without mushrooms, Two large lattes. Had to repeat that order a few times. I was wearing a mask but she could have said at any time she could not understand me. What we got was 2 breakfasts, one without beans, dry toast and two regular lattes. Advised waitress wrong order and I swear she was about to argue the toss until I scraped my mushrooms onto my hubby's plate and asked her to get his beans. Wasn't worth it. Runny scrambled eggs on both not sure cooked so left. I had 1 raw sausage and 1 burnt one. Truly awful. Waste of money and just left. NEVER going back!

A must for older people who want to see their friends. The crossroads of Manor Walks, with an amazing menu, the breakfast is a tour-de-force and very tasty!

Worst possible experience .. was virtually forced to leave by manager.. my good lady and I were having a coffee my 5 year old daughter didn't see anything she wanted to eat in cafe so I went to get her a sausage roll from coplands the manager told us my daughter could, not eat anything not bought in the cafe while my mrs and I had our coffees try telling a hungry 5 year old not to eat ... I was appalled and furthermore she had the staff section off half the outside seating at 3 PM to clean up and prepare for finishing time resulting in having to wait for a seat. Awful experience and would reccomend anyone not to go here again

Called here before going to collect my son from work. Not sure what happened to their coffee. Agree with previous comment. No taste at all lacking any coffee flavour. Always first choice over cafe at opposite end but not so much now. Had a coffee there the week before and was much better.

My mam and I come here regularly for a bacon sandwich and a cuppa. The service is quick - sometimes 3 people serving even though the counter is small and it doesn't take long to receive your food, for which you receive a number upon paying. Also, there are always staff clearing and cleaning tables. The whole sandwich was hot including the bread but you could get other breakfast items like a full English or beans on toast for example, though only up to 11.30am. After that time a bacon sandwich costs more and with it you get a bit of silly, pointless garnish on your plate. The only other niggle I have is the machine for making smoothies, which is so loud that you can't hear what someone is saying and I imagine is a hindrance to people making orders. But on the whole it is a nice place to spend a bit of time having some refreshment.

Called in on Thursday afternoon. It’s usually heaving but it wasn’t. Table we sat at was Filthy. I found a tissue and cleaned it. Decided to sit at a different table. Had a jacket potato with salad and other half had chips and coffee came quickly waitress didn’t smile but they usually do. Beans a bit dry but chips nice and salad fresh. Lot of the chairs are crap because they’re saggy and uncomfortable but there are plenty seats to choose from. Been a few times. It’s ok for a stop off

Had lunch at Bettinis in Cramlington. Chicken club sandwich which was a very poor quality chicken burger in a white bun with mayonaise and limp lettuce. The bun was soggy!! My definition of a chicken club is a 'stack' of sandwiches with chicken bacon and salad etc. The menu did explain it was a chicken sandwich with mayo but this was a soggy low grade chewy burger in a bun. The outdoor seating area is 'drafty' to be honest Bettinis need more competition in the manor walks shopping centre people tend to meet there as its convenient.

Had to be at the NHS clinic nearby, and had no great expectations of finding decent coffee- pleasantly surprised to find well informed and helpful staff. Offered extra shots as appropriate and we were delighted with the result - delicious!

OK I'm a coffee lover but not a coffee snob. I stopped here for breakfast and coffee on a rare day off. The food was great, couldn't fault it. The coffee was truly awful. I had a latte but it just wasn't good at all. The staff are not the friendliest I have ever met either. It's like you should be thankful to them for stopping to eat rather than the other way around.

Ordered x 2 jacket potatoes for takeout at £3.95 each.Potato was tiny and cold, with a tablespoon of filling. The chicken filling was riddled with fatty tissue, carton was damaged which led to food leaking out the box. Ordered Salad. I suspect it's hiding somewhere in the kitchen, as it wasn't with my order. If you're looking for hot, decently priced food, avoid this place at all costs.

On my own in Cramlington, I decided to visit a café I have known well because of its egg custard pie. In the past the coffee was not too great, so, this time, I ordered an Americano with an extra shot, and a slice of the egg custard pie.I sat in a comfy seat in the main walkway of the shopping centre and had a great 40 minutes reading my book, enjoying an excellent coffee and delicious egg custard pie .

I regularly stop here for the nicest coffee on offer in Cramlington. There is always an option of cream rather than just milk, and there is always a nice choice of cakes to pick from. Would definitely recommend for a refreshing coffee stop while shopping. X

Every Friday morning I take my little girl to a softplay in Cramlington and as she's invariably ravenous afterwards, we head to one of several nearby cafes. Bettini's is a firm favourite and has become our regular haunt. The food is typical cafe fayre but, not so typically, it's always hot, fresh and delicious. Although I tend to only have chance to shove a sandwich down my throat whilst fending off a 2yr old armed with a heavily tomato-sauced chip, everything I've tried has always been quite lovely. Equally my little girl loves her routine treat lunch of sausage and chips (which comes with beans normally). The coffee is good, the custard tart is fab and we've yet to find something that doesn't please. That, however, isn't the best of it ...The service here is second to none. Everyone is always polite, friendly and efficient. Your order is taken with a smile. The food is always delivered with a smile. And without exception, the busy staff are always prepared to go that extra mile to help - whether carrying the tray to your table if needed, or bringing a glass of water ... with a smile ...Criticisms? If pushed, I'd say the children's menu is a little sparse (for both food and drink). With that said, we wouldn't order anything else anyway. An all round great little place.

The cafe prices are ludicrous. £3.45 for a toasted tea cake with barely any fruit in it is ridiculous as is a fiver for two cups of tea and £9 for a cooked breakfast!! The staff are not the most pleasant either. Sadly the shop and garden centre prices are way off the scale too compared to most other garden centres. Definitely would not recommend or revisit.

Called in at lunchtime for a couple of drinks. This is the second time but no more. A man, the same on both occasions standing at bar had the foulest loud mouth He was actually talking to the barman and two others Every other word began with "f' He had a dog with him This time he pulled seat out at one of the tables for his dog to sit at Absolutely disgusting. My husband mentioned to barman who grinned and apologised Not good enough

Nice little hotel bar right on the Main Street of Alnwick I had drink several times during our stay in Alnwick. Margaret had the chilli which she said was nice. I wasn’t hungry so had the potato skins which came with a barbecue sauce and garlic mayo, which were ok but out of a bottle.

Popped in for lunch on a day over to Lindisfarne. Despite advertising that they cater for gluten free, a disappointing menu. When I asked at the bar if they do anything gluten free, the barman said that anything gluten free will have GF after it on menu, but they can do any sandwich with gluten free bread. There were no meals suitable on menu, so I went back to bar and asked if their spread was dairy free. Barmaid gives a big sigh and goes to check. Comes back to say yes it is, what do you want- like it was a big inconvenience for her. It’s not my husbands fault that he has allergies. Such attitude makes me wonder how anyone goes back here. Sarnie was ok but they didnt seem to do it separate to normal food as hubby found a bit of grated cheese attached to his bread. If he hadn’t spotted it, he would have been I’ll. overpriced too as the bread was just normal sliced bread. WONT BE GOING BACK!
