Been coming here for years it’s always been amazing, brung my brother here today for his first time; as a birthday treat. Everything was top notch as always, Julie was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. 10/10

Excellent service from Ben. The food was lovely but didn’t have loads of flavour. We ordered the hot drink and mini pudding. The hot drink arrived and we waited about 15 minutes for our pudding but nothing arrived. We were about to ask for the bill but then our pudding arrived although there was no friendly greeting or apology from the server. Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely pub to visit.

We were served by Julie for our lunch today and she was friendly, warm and quick with service! Lovely food, service and atmosphere!

Ordered take out there was food missing I rang restaurant who basically said not my problem take it upwith uber for a refund total disgrace especially when it was a 60 quid order I will never order anything from here again

Went with a group of friends. Kirsty our waitress was great. Friendly and helpful. Food is on the expensive side, but we had a voucher which certainly helped and made it a much more value for money experience. The open fires are lovely, particularly at this time of year, but we were by a door which did let a chill in. We would go again with a voucher, but the cost of the food without it is too high for pub food albeit with a restaurant feel.

Always a delicious meal here accompanied by a cozy, atmospheric environment. Our server, Alex, was very attentive and catered to all our needs. Speedy, friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Had a great 50% off offer so we thought let’s go to the Snowy Owl. Lovely atmosphere, great seat and wonderful quick service. Great wine and 2 good portions of food. Wife loved her breaded chicken meal but I’ll try different chips the next time. Very attentive waitress called Vicky who looked after us well. Securely come back again. Plenty free parking spaces.

Poor service….it seemed like we were forgotten about at times, waiting an age for drinks and orders to be taken. Restaurant was cold with radiators not on and it had been snowing so not the best environment. Food was a big let down which isn’t the first time at this pub chain. Never should you wait for guests to order then tell them most of their order isn’t available. This was supposed to be a meal to make up for being ill over Christmas and not eating but I wish I’d stayed at home in the warmth eating a tub of Roses.

My husband's curry was rather dried up. We had a voucher for 20% off, but when we returned home and checked our receipt less than 20% was deducted. In future we will need to check the calculations be the pre we leave.

Booking for 14 people week before Christmas and was fantastic. Had the festive menu and could not fault any aspect. Great service - lovely atmosphere and food was excellent. Clean plates all round. Every single person commented on how good the food was. Everything was piping hot and cooked to perfection. I had rib eye steak which melted in my mouth. Would highly recommend this place. Also plenty of parking.

This is the second Christmas Day we’ve spent at the snowy owl and it didn’t disappoint. Food was lovely, our server was Kaitlyn. Nothing was a bother for her, she was very chatty and attentive, even our little dog was catered for. I would highly recommend.

Passed The Snowy Owl yesterday and thought we would pop in for a quick bite to eat. Our waitress (Molly) was just lovely, she really made our day with her warm and friendly personality. She was also very knowledgeable when choosing our starters. I’m sure we will be back again someday to try out different dishes!

The Snowy Owl is one of my local favourites and it’s my favourite.

Inedible (not incredible) sirloin steak. Waiter appeared to have wandered in from the car park and had no idea what he was supposed to be doing.

Good For a SNEAKY Tinder date night. Sorry the bed got broke. You can bill Ray Kilpatrick for that… They stayed on 11th April . Boiler change at home…. Not a Place I will be stepping foot in again.

Our first time visiting the snowy owl cramlington , what a lovely inviting pub lovely friendly staff and food was lovely too , we had breakfast with Santa , all the children were excited to see Santa and received a lovely little present 🎁, will definitely go again

This is a nice country pub restaurant the food is reasonable but could be better presented. The service needs to be looked at waiting 20 minutes for drinks to arrive, and a further hour for food is not acceptable, especially when the place is quiet. Then, to have the nerve to put a service charge on the bill

My family usually love visiting around Christmas time as the restaurant is always decorated so nicely, but our group waited over an hour for food, then another 45mins for desserts. Two of our mains needed swapped as they were cold and some dishes were not to the standard you'd hope for. We'll not be returning.

Not impressed. Had a table booked for the evening. Arrived at the bar, and a young lady with a stressed look on her face escorted us the table before promptly leaving without uttering a single word. Hardly much of a of welcome. Mediocre food. Overpriced. Sticky toffee pudding was really bad. To top it off was handed the card machine with option to add further tip - very off putting. Definitely won’t be returning.

Nice pub, excellent service. Buttermilk chicken burger was fantastic, the fish and chips wasn't as nice as usual fish was a little bit dry but not enough to spoil the experience. Desserts and coffees absolutely gorgeous.

The whole visit was lovely, we all went for a three course menu which was a mix of the Christmas and lunch menus. Wverybody enjoyed their food and the service from Alex was excellent.

Warm and genuine welcome from a friendly team. Jake in particular made our visit enjoyable, prompt efficient service. Thankyou! Good was very tasty, we had the skewers and was not disappointed, fondue mushroom starter was one of the best I’ve had.

Service provided from the staff the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out was top draw. The food was absolutely unbelievable we will definitely be visiting again as this is now our closest local for a Sunday roast.

Terrible meal there last night. Cold chicken skewers, about 4 chips and the fancy “slaw” as advertised was a pile of pre bought chopped salad just dumped onto the plate straight out of the bag No dressing, all for almost £20 for a single terrible meal. Been many times before and food is going downhill.

Alex was the perfect waiter. He was helpful, attentive, friendly & also made a huge fuss of our dog.

We pop in for drinks fairy regularly and can’t praise the staff enough. There is always a smiling face to greet you, whoever may be on shift. Vicky, Sally, Beth, Terri, Carl and Ben are all great and make you feel very welcome.

Staff very slow. Food was ridiculous for price. Ordered chicken curry. Rice was so hard couldn't get fork through it, chicken like cardboard. Sauce itself was tasty. I think this had been sitting then warmed up. Wasnt freshly cooked. Not worth the money. Won't rush back.such a shame as it's a lovely pub.

We would like to tell you about our lunch today. My husband has the Beef and l Turkey. Pudding each and tea and coffee. We were served by the delightful Eve. Food was to die for. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Lovely to see dogs with their owners. We are moving very soon to the area so this will be our local yey.

Menu had alot to choose from, it was a rather busy Saturday but service was still pretty quick and staff polite and friendly food arrived lovely and hot, I don’t usually go for burgers and I’m glad I went for something different as it was lovely : ) I think my mother may had said that the base of her pizza didn’t taste the freshest but she still enjoyed it Tables were clean, my only little criticism is it was abit cold inside and alot of surfaces were looking a alittle shabby certainly not dirty but in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint

Presenting yesterdays brunch of pulled beef brisket potato hash and poached eggs on toast! This is not just any food, this is Snowy Owl food! The service was equally as bad

There was a dearth of both snow and owls. But the food and drinks were all fine. The service was friendly and I had a lovely refreshing quaff of Fentimans ginger beer.
