Burger King in Northumberland

It was a great experience, the staff were really patient and understanding! The tables and self service screens were clean and working, the food was fantastic, will be sure to come again :)

Upon entering my slumber last night a weird occurrence happend. I dreamt I was visted by a man with long hair wearing all white. It felt more then a dream, it felt real. The man instructed me to venture deep into the heart of Cramlington and order myself a crispy chicken burger from cramy burger king and in doing so I would achieve eternal glory. I thought "get a load of this guy! Talking to me in dreams about burgers, what a weirdo". Alas, I could not shake the feeling that I had to have a crispy chicken burger. So today I ventured in and acquired a crispy chicken burger. I walked into that store a blind boy and left a cured man. I understand now time, space, the universe I understand it all. The answers you ask? Crispy chicken burger from Cramy burger king. Changed my life forever. I feel born again awakend in the light of our lord and saviour, the burger king. amen brothers. Apparently 5 stars is the maximum I can give. Shame it deserves 5 billion.

I arrived from a separate plain of existence many moons ago, I have searched since the Bronze Age to find a Burger King which cooks as exquisitely as Cramlington does. Their broiler burns hotter than the fires of Vesuvius, as I watched my Aberdeen, or should I say Almighty Angus spill from those spittling jaws of culinary supremacy.... I knew my journey was nearing and end, as I tucked into my luxury burger. Alongside my ice cold Monster Mango Loco, I realised the goal that had taken up eons of my life was so far from over it had only just begun. I am to spread the good word of the Burger King Cramlington, all who sleep shall see a Crispy Chicken. All who are blessed with this vision will find the secrets of the universe opening up to them. (Did have to ask for a straw so hope that's sorted next time)

Called in fir a Aberdeen Angus burger & as I was watching the staff 3in total 2 were helping customer at the till then 1staff member coughed in her hand & proceeded to go & prepare the food...none of the staff were wearing gloves & they were all handling the food ...thus is nit acceptable

Fed three of us for under £20 used table service came quite quickly. Saturday . We ordered different versions of beef melt deals chilli cheese bites where nice and hot burgers were nice and rested fries were nice and crispy. All the North East Burger kings seem to be on par with each

I work in the shopping centre and I come in here for my lunch quite a lot. There are two young girls who usually serve me and always smile at me when I come in. Staff are really pleasant and environment is nice and relaxed. great place to eat <3

Came along today and ordered at the till, staff instantly came to serve and had great manners especially the younger ones. Food was prepared quickly and i was more then satisfied!

Brilliant customer service and excellent food

We ordered food (2 bacon double cheeseburger meals) but when we got them thay were cold. When I asked why thay were cold the response was " we don't warm them up and that's how they come out of the packaging". We got a refund on the burgers only as we had already started the chips. McDonald's burgers come warm and at a cheaper price so will be using them in future.

The service was great, nice and quick! Food was lovely and hot ready to eat.

Only two of us in the restaurant, forgot to get my drink, staff did not advise me to collect my own drinks which I payed for!

Staff didn’t want to deal with customers and sent them to the self serve machines, when I said excuse me she was talking to me with her back to me which is rude. First and last time here

Food is nicely done but the wait for something so small such as chilli bites is a joke. Waited 35minutes for a small cheeseburger and some cheese bites. Place wasn’t even busy!

The burgers look a lot smaller than I remember but tasted fine. Chips were decent too.

Was cold, they used a paper bag, so didn't keep the heat. If the food had been hot would have been 5 stars, as food tasted great.

After entering the restaurant and approaching the counter. I was completely ignored by staff. No-one wanted to take my order so after waiting patiently for a whole 10 minutes I left and went toMacadonalds, where I was served immediately by a very pleasant young lady

The delivery time was stated as 15-30 mins, once ordered estimated arrival time was 30-45 mins so not too bad, food turned up over an hour after that and was cold and soggy as if it had been sitting in the drivers bag for ages

Please never order from here for delivery, I ordered before 9pm never received my order at 2245 rang the burger king at CRAMLINGTON who had no way of contacting me because the app works on a different platform so my details weren't available to the branch I now have to try and get my money back . The manager at the branch wasn't very helpful at all he just kept saying he couldn't contact me

I got a Vegan Royale burger, chips and a Cappuccino. ( meal deal) for £7.99 I enjoy the vegan burgers from Burgerking; nice size, plenty of salad and flame grilled burger makes a great taste. The coffee I don't rate at all. The young girl helped with the order on the board, so good customer service. In Cramlington.

Sent a Coke Zero instead of full fat and the whopper had lettuce and pickle on when we asked for none. Other than that top notch

Great service at the till, I had 2 deals and the person serving me went the extra mile to make us happy. Food as good as expected, we all enjoyed it! Shop clean and organised. Only thing I would improve is heating, it's getting colder outside so the shop should be warm and cosy

First time back in a few months as no fries in order when I got home last time, can't believe it tonight it happened again order number 75 had no fries when I got home should have checked I know but shouldn't have to, good food what we had though bit disappointed !!!

Classic burger king unreal chicken royal one of the only places for a fanta frozen and they are unreal.

The entire order was wrong. Not one thing that was delivered was what was ordered. Gave the driver the code to match the order. Didn’t realise it was that hard to put food in a bag after reading it off a screen.

First thing we noticed was there was empty tables, but none clean. Sauces all over them. Which my kids pointed out. No one cleaning up. Food was nice but did not enjoy the service by staff. We were supposed to get our sauces with our children’s meals (the kids don’t eat their nuggets without sauces) but when I went up to ask for the sauces that we were supposed to get. The girl staff (tattoos and cap) said we have to pay 30p. I had to go back up again and say we were supposed to get the bbq sauces with meal. She said no we don’t. Then I looked at the receipt and it says we do. The male staff member then took over and apologies and said I was right whilst she just looked. It sounds petty over a sauce but when I’m having to keep going over for a simple thing and everyone watching as I’m trying to sort things out. Also felt that we were being talked about aswel by her and other staff members whilst I was asking. Won’t go again.

Food arrived cold, bun was stale, I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, burger was tiny, had no taste whatsoever and got about 15 small fries in the packet, was my first time there, will not go back and definitely wouldn't recommend going here, food all over floor and empty tables, staff standing around talking to each other

Managers were very attentive to make sure my order was seen too and all staff members worked together as a group to get orders done correctly and quickly

The food was cold, the delivery was really late.

Told us to order some food so we did and then they told us to leave because one food isn’t going to feed all of us but we told them we’d eat it then leave but they weren’t having it and starting screaming at us I will not be going here ever again.

Cleaning bk i have ever been to.

The food was cold to the point the fries had slightly hardened and the nacho sauce was cold and only had a little bit of bacon the onion rings were chewy due to being cold and the milkshakes were like water

Yet again, after about the 6th visit, fries were instantly sent back (but told they were freshly cooked, I don't think so), chicken roll barely warm after being draped over a hot plate for 5 seconds. Coffee was like hot dish water. I was advised by the manager that I should pre warn the staff that I would like my meal hot....surely a basic need? The restaurant and kitchen floor area was a disgrace, and food items trampled into the floor. The email address given had no manager's name, and failed being sent. Do any of the staff have the basic hygiene certificate? A shocking experience. We have contacted Watchdog and they are very interested in all other poor reviews, so much so, they have been secretly filming at Cramlington as it's the worst restaurant in Northumberland. Smile everyone, you will be shown on BBC 1 early next year.

Estimated delivery time kept changing and when it did finally arrive, the drink was missing and the food was cold.

Chips were as cold as ice,i hate it ,so bad so bad so bad , sandwich was cold too..i think they just took the food out of the fridge and deliver it ..so regreted to order from here

Food is subpar compared to other Burger king. The staff don't know what they are doing really, a lot of them are time wasters and stand about so your order takes longer than expected. Only go here if you are desperate.

terrible experience wrong order came i rang burger king to explain the mix up to be told “nowt to do with me it’s the drivers you will have to go through just eat to get a refund” no apology no explanation terrible customer service i understand mistakes happen but it’s how it’s handled after that’s important

Manager had the right attitude to helping sort out my order, which was wrong due to an allergy request, the manager Shayne was quick in resolving the issue accommodating my allergy, with good customer care.

Really enjoy most of the food here considering I’m quite a fussy eater. The service if great always greeted with a smile and polite welcoming and nothings an issue for them and I’ve usually received my food before I’ve had time to fill my drinks. The restaurant is kept clean and today often seeing staff pottering around clearing and wiping tables sweeping floors I’m a frequent visitor and will continue to be. keep it up your doing a grand job
