Burger King in Northumberland

Food arrived cold, bun was stale, I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, burger was tiny, had no taste whatsoever and got about 15 small fries in the packet, was my first time there, will not go back and definitely wouldn't recommend going here, food all over floor and empty tables, staff standing around talking to each other

Managers were very attentive to make sure my order was seen too and all staff members worked together as a group to get orders done correctly and quickly

Told us to order some food so we did and then they told us to leave because one food isn’t going to feed all of us but we told them we’d eat it then leave but they weren’t having it and starting screaming at us I will not be going here ever again.

Cleaning bk i have ever been to.

The food was cold to the point the fries had slightly hardened and the nacho sauce was cold and only had a little bit of bacon the onion rings were chewy due to being cold and the milkshakes were like water

Yet again, after about the 6th visit, fries were instantly sent back (but told they were freshly cooked, I don't think so), chicken roll barely warm after being draped over a hot plate for 5 seconds. Coffee was like hot dish water. I was advised by the manager that I should pre warn the staff that I would like my meal hot....surely a basic need? The restaurant and kitchen floor area was a disgrace, and food items trampled into the floor. The email address given had no manager's name, and failed being sent. Do any of the staff have the basic hygiene certificate? A shocking experience. We have contacted Watchdog and they are very interested in all other poor reviews, so much so, they have been secretly filming at Cramlington as it's the worst restaurant in Northumberland. Smile everyone, you will be shown on BBC 1 early next year.

Estimated delivery time kept changing and when it did finally arrive, the drink was missing and the food was cold.

Chips were as cold as ice,i hate it ,so bad so bad so bad , sandwich was cold too..i think they just took the food out of the fridge and deliver it ..so regreted to order from here

Food is subpar compared to other Burger king. The staff don't know what they are doing really, a lot of them are time wasters and stand about so your order takes longer than expected. Only go here if you are desperate.

terrible experience wrong order came i rang burger king to explain the mix up to be told “nowt to do with me it’s the drivers you will have to go through just eat to get a refund” no apology no explanation terrible customer service i understand mistakes happen but it’s how it’s handled after that’s important

Manager had the right attitude to helping sort out my order, which was wrong due to an allergy request, the manager Shayne was quick in resolving the issue accommodating my allergy, with good customer care.

Really enjoy most of the food here considering I’m quite a fussy eater. The service if great always greeted with a smile and polite welcoming and nothings an issue for them and I’ve usually received my food before I’ve had time to fill my drinks. The restaurant is kept clean and today often seeing staff pottering around clearing and wiping tables sweeping floors I’m a frequent visitor and will continue to be. keep it up your doing a grand job

Went to Cramlington branch. Staff were handling food bare hands! One member of staff pulling up knickers, another member using their hand as a comb. Another on the tills. Zero hand washing. 🤢

my food came freezing cold after waiting for nearly 2 hours for a delivery, was "being prepared" for over an hour aswell, expect a full refund for this

Noone seems to check where the order is going if you've paid for it it just lands at your address not where you are , luckily the driver saved the day .

I ordered at 4pm, delivery time was changed twice. drinks were in same bag aas food so it was cold and stodgy, pretty inedible overall. only think that seemed to be decent was chilli cheese bites.

More a quick stop or pick up it feels a little to open and that tables and chairs was an after though . But the food and service is friendly and quick .

Been here twice and have always been a burger king fan but this one has to be the an aberration, the staff are pleasant enough but the food is awful. Everything is cold, straight off the pass and cold, cold fries, cold onion rings, cold burgers and cold coffee.

I regret to say that my experience at Burger King in Cramlington was utterly disappointing. The restaurant was shockingly filthy and unkempt, leaving a lasting impression of neglect and poor hygiene. Despite the lack of customers, the staff seemed more interested in indulging in their personal habits, as I observed them lounging by the windows, openly vaping. This blatant disregard for professionalism only added to the dismal atmosphere. Overall, my visit was an unfortunate reminder of the importance of cleanliness and customer service, both of which were sorely lacking at this establishment. In addition to the appalling hygiene standards and unprofessional behavior of the staff, the quality of the food at Burger King in Cramlington was equally subpar. The items I ordered were prepared carelessly and lacked the freshness and flavour one would expect. It was evident that attention to detail and culinary expertise were sorely missing in the kitchen. Coupled with the unsanitary conditions of the restaurant, the dismal quality of the food only served to further tarnish my dining experience.

Food was amazing, staff were so friendly and great atmosphere loved taking the kids there.

Tried these twice now & both times these cowboys have messed up! never again!! Cold rank food and both times we have been missing food items & there portions are a joke! Missing all 4 ice creams and told to drive all the way over to them to prove it, this is why we get the delivery service! How hard can it be to read an order then put the same order into a bag! Place is a joke & I'm just glad we will never be disappointed from these clowns ever again!! This is supposed to be LARGE fries over £3 each and not even half filled

Food was freezing, I could count my chips, (were also freezing) latte was cold, wrong burger given to me, burger was burnt, very burnt….. and was told I couldn’t get it replaced….. overall it’s not worth your money!

Burger King has a habit of arriving cold, but not this time. It arrived quickly and perfect temperature, delivery driver was polite and food quality excellent. 10/10 would order again :)

The food is to an edible and sufficient level, however the hygiene is disgusting, utterly disgusting, it is never clean, every time I've ever been there is food all over the floor crumbs and food all over the tables, I've only ever been once where someone was actually cleaning, but even then there was rubbish and stuff all over the floor. The service is incredibly slow and there is never anyone working they are always on smoke breaks and I feel unable to sit outside in this establishment as their smoke is blown in my face and food.

Dirty tables even though it wasn’t busy, I was ignored by all staff when I went to the counter. I asked for a tray for my dine-in meal and told I wasn’t allowed one as it was after 6pm! Awful atmosphere, freezing cold, horrible experience all round
