The best restaurants in North Tyneside North East

We come here quite often with our kids, and we are never disappointed. The staff are always very pleasant, the food is always delicious and there is a friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk in.

I had one of the most beautiful grilled chicken salads in here today. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely in the beer garden yesterday .. beer good... atmosphere cracking, playing darts.... grandson had the chicken strips and pudding,they were delicious.. Great afternoon

It's not really a food place but the limited selection is actually quite tasty but the coffee is absolutely what you'll go here for

Its not changed at all apart from the lush jukebox has gone. If you went 20 years ago its untouched brilliant blast from the past. Remember to switch your phone off!

Wow. Just had the greatest takeaway ever. Always used this takeaway when I lived in Wallsend. I am a bit further down the road now and had one delivered tonight. Came in good time, Red hot and the quality was out of this world. Team Ruchita………. Thank you

Although the Turks Head is part of the Greene King group, it benefits from avoiding corporate modernisation and retains traditional decor and furnishing. As such, as far as traditional pubs are concerned, this is easily the best in town. It is comfortable, cosy and offers good service and decent beers. Possibly the best pub in town.

Lovely food. Feed the family for £20 deal in the school holidays is absolutely brilliant value for money. Lovely staff, polite, chatty and great service. Thankyou.

Odd place, sort of weird warehouse, club, bar hybrid and is an average of all of them but good an none of them. Stayed for a couple of beers but music was too loud for an empty room with no-one dancing in it.

I had a lovely afternoon in here catching up with family. Good pub grub, I'd recommend the Chicken Katsu which my partner had and said it was delicious. I had the Lamb Dhansak, which was tasty but needed a bit more sauce. Sticky toffee pudding was a hit. Staff were great! Will be back

If this is only going to be a sports bar and only over 18s allowed it'll end up shutting because everyone goes there for breakfasts meals and Sunday dinners.. pretty devastating
