pizza toppings stuck to box and leaking. same with garlic bread. inedible

excellent Sundays roast highly recommend

It was marked delivered when it hadnt even left the premises. The original delivery time was 1900 to 1920. When I called to chase I was told it would be leaving the kitchen in 5 minutes. It didnt arrive until 2005. One meal had leaked in the bag.

The steak was over cooked, I ordered medium but it came well done

Order not received and restaurant has no record of it!

Chocolate cake was the only think that wasn’t nice seemed like it was a few days old. The pizza and garlic bread however was amazing and would definitely be ordering again

A decent little restaurant if you are wanting a pizza or some Italian food. Usually it is very busy so be sure to book in advance.

The food was actually very good. however the chips were Luke warm as was the pizza. The carbonara was red hot as it was in a foul container. Shame really as like I said the food was very tasty. The least you expect from a takeaway is that it's hot

We have been a customer here for years, the last few time the experience has been terrible but tonight took it to the next level. We ordered food to be delivered, 2 hours had went buy then the food came cold, they said they would make a fresh order and collect the other, 30 minutes later they called saying they ran out of thing and need the food back to warm up to send back out but it would be about a hour before we will get the food back. Absolutely taking the mick

This was the second week in a row it turned up over half hour late. Not so bad if it’s hot and edible. The whole lot was cold. The chips were hard and like reheats. The garlic bread had no heat left in it whatsoever. The lasagne was stone cold and the salad consisted mainly of onion. Judging by lack of response I doubt you even read these reviews.

Super late with delivery. Tried ringing but no answer. Food was quite nice, Yorkshire puddings like rubber. Ordered profiteroles for dessert….got 4 small profiteroles which cost nearly £6…..daylight robbery.

Family went for birthday meal last Saturday 7th Sept was a party of 14 got in for just after 12 still waiting forfoodafter 2pm complained on Monday 9th told manager would get back but now Fri 13th and no reply not a way to rum a business

This restaurant is disgusting, you order an entire meal from this place nearly two hours before closing and they take your money and close the restaurant without you getting your food delivered, how can you expect to deliver food when you can even do it in two hours! I’m shocked at being a loyal customer to this place and this is what they do, they need to do better!

Abysmal service. Ordered at 4.30pm for delivery at 530 food finally arrived at 6 50 pm Luke warm and soggy . Just eat said to ring restaurant but they were not answering phone . Promised a refund by manager who delivered the food so sorry for delay this is on us it will take few days to sort refund but nothing received rung several time since but no response

Always a consistent experience at Sopranos with reasonably priced, good quality food. I recommend the calzone pizza

Ordered food was an hour late, rang them and asked where the food was, they said they would ring back but did not kept ringing them up but they would not answer the phone, ignored all calls, will not use again

Sopranos could not give an update on why order was so late, they said they would ring back but never did, then ignored phone calls asking where the delivery was they actually switched there phone off, disgrace do not use...

Amazing quality food as always. Beautiful fresh pizzas with very fresh ingredients. Delicious garlic bread and the chunky chips are devine! Highly recommend Sopranos

Ordered Sunday lunch at it was so good. Homemade Yorkshire pudding, lamb just fell to pieces and lots of fresh veg and creamy mash. Loved it!

We’ve been going to Sopranos for years as we’re really local. Honestly the best Italian restaurant in the area, we’ve never had any issues with our food. Always delicious and service is great!

order turned up and was Luke warm, ordered at 18.30 and food arrived at 20.05

Great food and very reasonable prices. Portions possibly too big 😂 Mostly seems to be made in house rather than bought in. Great spaghetti and meatballs!

Ordered from here loads food is really lovely it’s line & the kids favorite place & I highly recommend, however they started refusing to deliver to me because I’m “too far away” for a busy day ?! If that’s the case please change your delivery area instead of canceling me after delivering to me multiple times previously. Very Disappointed!

went there to collect and they shut shop, collect 2:35 it said, food ready text received. went there shut, I rang them twice luckily some one answered and they said they did not know there was a collection. did not advertise they shut at 2:30, not a happy eater 🥺

Really wanted a nice thin Italian pizza what came was awful crust dry just all 4 pizzas weren’t nice and they were cold never again

My food was absolutely shocking the whole meal had been damaged whilst in your car I have a massive complaint to sopranos and taken photos I will be taken the meal back to the restaurant tomorrow am also annoyed to think I gave you a tip well I hope you are made to pay for the meal out of you wages you should take more care when dealing food as I also waited nearly a full half hour over estimated delivery time

Wouldn’t feed it to my dog, pizzas had a thick layer of oil sitting on the top of the pizza and the chips were drenched soaked and soggy

Food has definitely gone downhill. Carbonara sauce was out of a jar

Not only did it arrive late the food was freezing cold and items were missing. Also the bruschetta was a soggy bit of bread at the bottom of very wilted salad. The rice tasted like plastic as if it was a microwaved packet rice and the hallomi was put on top of brown salad. The mussels were not worth the price as the shells were massive but the actual mussel was small and only 5 in total. The salmon and Seabass were both hard and cold and a very small portion for the price.

Ordered 4 Sunday dinner deals, came cold missing 2 starters and a dessert! The veg was rock solid the dinners were cold!! They sent the missing items out and said they will send pop for compensation… 1 can of pop! My son said it was the worst thing he has ever eaten and he loves his food! £55 wasted.

Never have any problems with this place but today the beef was really fatty had to throw most of it in the bin

2 hours waiting for my food, still hasnt arrived, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes… nope no food, tried phoning the restaurant and they have switched their phone off

Price went up two pounds from last week. There was less meat than the week prior despite the price being raised by two pounds and that’s way higher than the rate of inflation. The veg was undercooked and not worth the price. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning and expect I won’t be alone.

So, my family and I have been coming here for many many years. We booked for 40 people to celebrate the life of my daughter who died a year ago. Her friends all chipped in and paid £100 deposit which was going to then be donated to charity. Food was nice enough but one member of staff needs to learn some manners. We booked for 6.30 and due to the number of us were asked to order drinks and pay at the bar. This took some time and were then told if we didn’t hurry up and order that people wouldn’t be able to order off the special menu and would pay full price. Really??? My mam suggested we ordered food in groups of four to make the bill easier at the end but the waitress refused. At the end of the night we each had to go to the bar and pay for what we had ate, which we all did. We were then informed that the bill was short by £58. Said 3 specials hadn’t been paid for yet 3 specials do not come to £58. We had no choice but to pay it. You made a lot of money from us last night and a lot in tips too. I wouldn’t have tipped if I had know this would happen. Shame on you and you need to retrain some of your staff in manners!

Excellent food the best had arrabiatta pasta was beautifully cooked in sauce and it wasn’t dry like other restaurants and garlic bread tomato was to die for thank you great service

I order the same food every time I order and tonight it came totally different it was nothing like what I have ordered several times before. I rang up to tell them and I was told by a snoopy young girl that it was della casa and different chefs cook it different ways which is absurd. so people are supposed to get a surprise by ordering something they want but the chef will cook it how he likes on the day what a laughable response. The dela casa I have is cooked with garlic and white wine I got garlic in a gravy that had come out of a tub and just knocked up quickly no onions r nothing inside just chicken and gravy sauce abouslty horrible and uneatable it was nothing like dela casa. Gravy with dela casa are you serious. No way chefs cook things different to how they like. it’s put me off wanting to order again when last week I ordered 4 times then I get this. Can you confirm chefs at your restaurant cook things differently as this is the first I have heard. I Rang up today to speak to someone and got threw to the same snobby girl telling me there’s no mangers about and what dose it regard so I tell her it’s about the food and she said I will get a call back and I am still waiting. is this how you are letting your establishment being runned it’s shocking

Have gave this place the benefit of the doubt for over 6 months now and I'm sorry to say it's terrible... Makes me question who is rating this???... service is discusting, took a good half hour before they noticed we were there (restaurant was empty)...so decided to order in this time round.. chips delivered tonight, rock hard, pizza is raw, totally inedible!! What was once a loyal customer, will not be returning.

Sorry to say but utterly terrible.... Have given this place the benefit of the doubt so many times because it used to be fantastic but my god has it gone down hill..just had it delivered as the service is embarrassing and chips are still hard!!! £3.50!!!! Haway man!!!!! If you're gonna change this for chips then make sure they're cooked

I ordered the food via just eat.I am so disappointed with the foods I have ordered Bruschetta for starter. How can you use rocket instead of fresh basil? And I couldn’t taste Parmesan cheese at all.there was no pesto and garlic on it.I ordered my main meal Pollo Dolcelatte the breast chicken was raw . I never order anything from your restaurant.

Ordered food though uber. It arrived later than expected and all the sauce from pasta was in the bag not in my food. Also it doesn't taste good either

Manky from the minute you walk in. You can tell why it got a 2 star hygiene rating. Sticky floor, cheap and dirty table dressings and cloths. Seats wobbly. Table sticky. Food took forever and when asked, the staff were stumped by simple English. Only reply was "2 minutes" only answer you could get was "2 minutes". Can I get some garlic sauce? "2 minutes" nothing came. Food that cake out the kitchen was OK at best. Deffo not worth the price or the wait or the language barrier frustrations. Sorry bit can't and will not recommend.

Managed to get into Sopranos last minute for valentine's, they were busy but quickly seated, Ordered the belly pork starter, didn't realise it came on a bed of mash, with Diane sauce, tasted amazing and very filling, fortunately took a while for my Maine to come, fish platter, prawns mussels and sea bass all tasted fantastic, perfectly cooked,. Probably the best meal Iv ever had . Service is always friendly and efficient. Been 3 times in last 6 months. Thank you for making our night special.😄👍

My first visit to Sopranos with two friends. The Happy Hour price is extremely good value & all if the food was delicious. The staff were efficient and friendly. Definitely recommended.

My experience at sopranos last time I went it was empty it only took 10 minutes to get my food and it was delightful

Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted promptly, however when myself and my son ordered food the waitress had pushed a wrong button, which in turn led us having food served separately.i can not understand why you would fetch a plate of food out for one person and then explain my son has to wait 10mins for correct pizza we ordered.we came out to eat together NOT SEPARATELY!!!! So unprofessional

Calamari that had no crispy coating was something that I was not accustomed to, leading to me being over-aware that some had a rubbery texture. Pollo al pepe, chicken breast was overcooked and dry on the outside, flavours of the sauce were good but it didn't mask the poor cooking (or potentially heavy reheating) of the chicken. Chunky chips were as expected and made for the most enjoyable part of the meal, which says it all. Paired with a subpar service characterised by hollow looks from the waiter, a semi-flat soft drink and a white light directly above my head in a restaurant that is attempting low mood lighting. Leads this to be somewhere that can't be recommended.

The Sunday dinner is well seasoned and fresh vegetables meat is very tasty and plenty this is why I am a regular customer and also I recommend you to friends and family

Starters potato skins plenty the bruscetta was just huge lumps of tomato with rocket leaves piled high on top a little balsamic vinegar would have been nice....mains spaghetti Bolognese runny and tastless and my polo risotto with mushrooms and creamy sauce was sooooo salty and just a bowl of stodge. Usually when asked if ok when it's not I'd nod and just not go back but when asked I had to say something and the waitress just said she'd refer it back to the chef. Atmosphere...well there was none of that music was rubbish songs by other non famous people singing them the waitress and waiter had no banter or personality so overall not a great experience.

Food was freezing cold, salad was brown, packaging was all damaged, pasta sauce spilled into risotto box all food went in the bin and took over 2 hours to come, lots of picture evidence

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was disgusting, took 2 hours for pasta and chips to come. Then it comes and the carbonara is just awful like a sour cream taste just vile. Chips tasted like they had been reheated.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times and the food is always amazing but this order really disappointed me. The pasta had a strange taste, the garlic on the Kiev pizza was in huge clumps and the garlic mushrooms were ridiculously oily.
