Canny chinese, me and my friend enjoyed the food we got from here.

I found a hair in my chicken fried

I ordered a munchy box from here and was the best Munchy box me and wor lass have had. Tried different places for munch boxes and not one comes close. Everything was perfect no complaints, nice service and people. Definitely recommend and go again!

I don't get that often but when I do I get a munch box or one of the boxes and it is top tier good classic home feel.

This really is the best Chinese in North Shields forget the rest. Traditional great food huge portions delivered piping hot. Can highly recommend the Duck dishes succulent full of flavour. Amazing side dishes including the beansprouts and the fried rice perfect. My most favourite that most Chinese don't doo is that Yung Kee make desserts amazing Pineapple Fritters a total must have. And Banana Fritters. Great service. Great delivery. And they also do lunchtime specials!

Just had a chinese from here it was absolutely disgusting. Sweet and sour king praws just batter balls with a minuscule prawn inside, fried rice vile. Kung po king prawns also vile just looked like prawns in gravy and soft noodles seemed like reheated left overs. Waste of money will never return. AVOID AVOID

Got this place mixed up with another takeaway to be honest. If I'd realised I wouldn't have ordered. Service was very pleasant but food was awful. Very old school gloopy msg. The chow mein was very dry. Also its cash only

Excellent munch box me and max love it

I haven't had a takeaway from here for years but friends recommended it. I got lamb chops, chips and curry sauce. It was disgusting and ended up in the bin. The food had clearly been frozen and microwaved. The lamb chops were like leather and the chips were a soggy, microwaved mess.

Good sized portions. Best chicken in batter I've tasted. I always get free prawn crackers. Highly recommend....

Without a doubt the nicest Chinese I have ever had. Big portion sizes, cheap and the food was unreal! Can't recommend this place enough.

Fabulous meal and massive portions

This is normally best place buy a curry, but last 2 weeks, special curry has changed. Instead of pork , have noticed luncheon meat in stead, not going to order again

Ordered from here few times now recommend from my daughter shannon food is amazing delivery was fast considering we are going through pandemic at the min. Delivery driver was so polite and well mannered defo going to keep ordering from here thankyou and stay safe x

Best Chinese in north shields been eating from here for 20 years. Munchy boxes are top notch too. Food is always piping hot whether I collect or have delivered. I have ate at other Chinese on Tuesdays when these r shut but cant compare. Btw best sweet and sour sauce in the country, No one can compare to it.

Best chinese in shields sometimes

Got House special curry. The meat was tough and dry and seemed to be pressed chicken. Also contained canned meat cut into strips. Because of the small container size there was little room for sauce so the meal was dry. Never again at least for curry

The food is plentiful as is the choice. The phone manner is not as good as it could be. Very abrupt. Quite quick to fill orders. Have a very good reduced price lunch menu to suit all tastes and provide papers to read whilst waiting

Great little Chinese takeaway they do what's called munch boxes me my partner and two kids couldn't finish 1 they are huge for £20 the food is well prepared and is always tasty

I really enjoy the curry from here. They're very friendly and open till late. Will deliver but I tend to phone ahead and pick up.

Two weeks in a row an both orders wrong each time proper disappointed when a ask for fried rice a want fried rice not egg fried rice two weeks in a row now an more grease than curry won't be ordering again an wouldn't recommend anyone else dies too

We ordered king prawn chow main and was very dissapointed the meal was very dry and tasted very bland nothing in it expect noodles which tasted nearly burnt

Tenemos almuerzo desde aquí todos los viernes y nunca estoy decepcionado. Platos Especiales de la casa están llenos de sabrosas carnes y comida no parecen ser surcado por sodio que algunos chinos tome siempre hacer ahí la después de sed! Lo recomiendo y también es razonable.
