Love it The food is amazing and delicious

With glowing reviews a friend dropped off a takeaway beef curry; garlic naans, rotisserie chicken, rice and salad from NHS. The beef curry was well-spiced with a well-rounded depth and breadth of flavour. The garlic naans delighted me. Not had the chicken or rice yet but looked and smelled great.

I came across this café while taking a walk through the park and decided to grab a coffee. It was nice! I also want to mention the customer service—very friendly and polite.

Great food. Fantastic staff. Shame about the people who didn't understand that a promotional day means extra work for the kitchen. Also the way the way the spoke to staff. Shame on them

Ordered Chicken Tikka Pizza Uber eats. Received something else. Called the store to inform that wrong food delivered. 40 minutes no one picked the call after that call was answered and was told that they can not deliver my pizza as they have no driver. Went to the shop returned their wrong delivered food and even then I came without my food. Does not know how to deal a customer even their own mistake by sending wrong food item. Was left without food that I paid and on top have to go to the shop to return their wrong delivered item. Typical unprofessional senseless customer service I always used to order from them far last 3 years since we moved to Newcastle. Will never ever order again.

Pizza was perfect, I love how they do the crust (not stodgy) and perfect amount of cheese. Currys are always on point. Could be spicier but they never disappoint. Very consistent, it's good every time.

Got jalebis and samosa and it was yumm. Saw sheeks and other stuff too, plan to visit again

Was a bit disappointed with the parmo. Has a weird smokey charcoal smell and taste to it. The kebab and tandoori leg was good.

Good food and very good value for money!

Very disappointed with our experience with Brunch 23. We had a booking for Sunday brunch on March 30th, which was also Mother’s Day. We arrived, excited for our meal, only to find the shutters down and the place completely closed. They didn’t even have the decency to call and inform us in advance. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. We expected better communication and customer service.

I ordered kobid with chicken and the food was amazing

Used to come here from October 74 to may 76 as a student. Glad to servits still going strong. I bet you can't get a pint for 25 pence any more though. Happy Days. Dave Major
