Pizza & Co Westroad in Newcastle upon Tyne

Ordered around 6:20, on 6:40 it says, ready to collect but haven’t received it yet- still waiting at their shop

Super expensive different prices on the display then actual, 12.99 on display, and the guy told the prices gone bit higher guess what from 12.99 to 15.99 for him is little higher but not for me, and this price is for 9 inch pizza, drink( coco cola can ) n Parma n mayonnaise dip n fries expensive isn't

Order didn’t even arrive even though says it was delivered

Ordered 3 kids pizzas and chips the chips were loaded in salt kids dont like salt and had to leave them so couldnt actually have their meal other than the little pizza that they wanted

Terrible costumer service very rude and ignorant people you always get a wrong order the food is disgusting avoid this place

Highly recommend the Hotshot parmo and Tandoori parmo. Really love the taste. Good portion with chips. Their dips are tasty too.Their dynamite chicken is amazing too.

Pizza was soo good. We asked for spicy and its exactly how we expected. Pizza came with a garlic sauce. Their chips are also good.

Ordered kebab and chips today, disgusting, chilli sauce was like tomato sauce paid £7.00 which isn't expensive only about 11 chips in bottom of aluminum tray ,kebab was salty and in very thin layers I won't be back

Great food. This particular branch is a cash only policy. Had me moving up and down looking for cash. Such a turn off. But great food!

Can't recommend this place. Ordered for pickup to be paid in cash, and was quoted price of £7.50 (which is what I expected), but when I arrived, the price was £7.95 instead. I asked for my correct change, but staff said that their systems didn't update, which is why they quoted a wrong price over phone. The 45p isn't going to make or break me, but the principle was important - if you make a mistake, you own up to it, and this was clearly business' mistake. I again asked for my correct change, asking them to make this right by me over their mistake, but guy in glasses claimed that this was his shop, dug in his heels and rudely refused. It's upsetting, because I've regularly bought food at this place for over 5 years now, and I've spoken with him before, where he recognized me. Won't be shopping with them again, what a silly way to lose a customer.

the food quality has really dropped here and you get a lot less than you used to , the dynamite chicken had 2 pieces in a silver foil container these used to be full , the transporter burger was nice ,but the cheeseburger was like a rustlers burger

Rude staff, the guy with glasses is especially rude and has terrible customer service. Hair found in food and no resolution provided at all. Food is totally overpriced. Avoid this place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Desserts are completely spoiled (out of date) when we gave the complaint to management, no proper response and not even replaced with another item and no cash back , completely disappointed.

Delivery time kept changine from original time.took like hour to come.food was bit cold aswell.

Food was tasty and good portions size. The only downside was that the wrap wasn’t wrapped properly and it opened up when I got it out of the package. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

Easily the best Parmo in the west end of Newcastle. I actually have a friend who pops over from gateshead for them so that says quite a lot. They do a munch box with parmo, pizza and spicey chicken which is spot on too. There's normally people sitting in and it's a nice environment kept clean at all times. The lad that runs the place is really friendly. It's cash only, which I'm fine with, just one to keep an eye on if ypu're sitting in/collecting.

Food was delicious as expected from Pizza and Co. But disappointed, that when I placed the order for 18:20 and initially had a message it would arrive before 18:40 and then got pushed further ahead. So even though I got the message the pizza was on way at 18:43 and quickly dropped off, really if time slots are not going to work then they should not be offered!

We have ordered a 12” chicken tikka pizza and we haven’t got any dip with it and the pizza is very worst cold we rang them and asked about the dip they said you have to check it when you were in the shop and the person on phone was very rude he was saying the dip is like free and complimentary it’s not like compulsory we should give and our store is very busy so we can’t check each pizza box whether it has dip or not

The worst pizza I ever had it has no taste and no cheese on and the people of this shop are not even good in manner, I have order a pizza and I didn’t even got a dip with it and I have phoned them and asked about it then said it’s not there mistake ?????

First time visiting Pizza and Co and we are not local to Newcastle. What can I say 10/10 quality and service. Would defo recommend to others! You guys don’t know what you’re missing!!

I am very disappointed with delivering time it had kept changing and its Ramadan so we needed the pizza to be ready and delivered at 19:25 but it came 45 mins late. I tried calling just eat and the restaurant no answer I called 8 time if I known the time kept changing I would of canceled the order.

Food was freezing driver could be seen on the map driving round and round, would have been nice hot - could have called earlier to ask for direction but waited around 15 mins hence cold food !!

I don’t ever write or believe reviews as you never know both sides but I have to commend the manager & his team for handling the uselessness of Just Eats! Placed an order with just eat - no sign of a driver and zero customer service availability. The manager very kindly remade my order and one of his own team delivered within 30 mins and food is perfectly delicious as always! Highly recommend Pizza & Co but order with them through uber eats or pop in to their place!

Becoming the worst in area and very bad service! Waiting for 20 minutes then giving order by mistake and not providing what we have asked for! Wasting money and time buying from this pizza and co branch! Prices are not same on screen with what you will be charged!!! Imagine small pizza with £9!!!

Placed order for 7pm.. 45 mins late food stone cold. Spoke to manager of shop. He didn't care less. Blame it on the driver being late.

I tried there hot shot parmo its a meal it cam with salad and chips the salad was really nice it had olive and colsaw in it and the parmo was just right not to hot also really good customer service friendly staff food is good I tried the meal deal pizza parmo and chips with chiken Tikka 14 pounds

First thing the order was so late I call them and they said pick up byself so its not been delivered other thing is food quality is very bad chips are not freshly made looks like 2 days old and cold and parmo is very hard and burnt from the bottom we are totally not happy

Don’t usually like leaving a bad review but it’s been well over a hour for it to be delivered and when I call the restaurant was told it was made ages ago so it’s just been sat on the over not fresh at all not a happy customer at the moment

The service at this place is amazing. Hands down they have the best Parmo’s, pizza, garlic bread and garlic sauce in the city. Lovely clean place to sit in or take away. Staff super helpful.

I am a big fan of their parmo, one of the best parmo in Newcastle. I tried the chicken tikka pizza; that was good too. Giving 5 stars for the good customer service and good food.

Very rude guy. A guy with spects behave rudely with the customers. I saw twice speaking rudely with the customers and I thought it may be the wrong customer. Am a regular customer as the taste in pizza & co westroad is fabulous. But last time I got half baked pizza. Today I went to get pizza again and informed the guy wearing spects at till about the half baked pizza that I had before. And I just requested him to check once before giving my order. He got angry without any reason and started shouting on me. I said him this is not the right way to deal with a customer. He started yelling at me again and he rejected to give me pizza and warned me not to visit his store anytime, he is not going to give me any order in future aswell. I don't know what's wrong with him. He never spoke politely nir with a smiling face

I wanted the parmo and pizza for my kids. I parked up outside and ordered the food inside, the guy serving was really nice and advised the meal deal would be better, charged me £18 and only gave me parmo, pizza and the chips, the tikka was missing, didn’t look like a meal deal at all, I wanted to order separate and listened to them and got a meal deal which I didn’t get, food is nice don’t get me wrong. But £18 for a 9” pizza and parmo wasn’t the deal I wanted

Tried for the first time yesterday. excellent food and service. Generous portions yet very reasonably priced. The young man, Faisal, who served us was very well mannered and professional.

Highly recommend this place . From the cleanliness , to the service ,to the food. Refreshing to see staff who enjoy what they do and can see it in the food that is served . We got the Hot Shot Parmos and it was spot on . One of the best I've had . Fresh ingredients and full of flavour and taste . Must visit.

Ordered food from here normally they ok but this time they went over the limit found hair in my food and tried to resolve it they guy had the nerves to say no one got black hair when they all do tried to resolve and they guy was being rude back wouldn’t dare come to this place but service they should shut down would put 0 star Tried to order again and give them second chance they had the Audacity to say to me they can’t take my order online or over phone as I don’t coke collect how does that make sense they messed my order last time and now they saying I can’t order over phone or online has to be in store disappointed with this place and guys there 11-11-22 21:10

We got a 30 inch pizza from here and it was great!! Extremely tasty, good value, delivered PIPING HOT. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Ordered some pizzas - hotshot, chicken tikka hot and mega meat. All pizzas were tasty especially the chicken tikka hot and I will deffo order again.

Lovely food, very good prices, only issue is the place lacks a little bit of hygiene, however other than that I would highly recommend buying something from here

Disgusting behaviour from a team member as I called back to tell them I found a piece of hair in the pizza !!!! The guy wanted proof so I showed and he goes it’s not theirs when it is !!!! Called back and guy was getting so rude and was blaming me. The hair I found was stuck on the bottom of the pizza in the dough and man goes it’s mine.

Had second delivery from Pizza & Co from West Road this week. Did not disappoint at all, the food came as ordered, piping hot and tasted fresh. The food arrived promptly after 30 mins as promised. Would recommend and definitely order again.

I've been searching for a place that does decent parmos since my regular takeaway stopped delivering to us 😢 this place is UNREAL! Portion sizes are spot on! I opted for a munch box for £11.99 Half a parmo, chips 7 inch hot shot pizza, dynamite grilled chicken strips and salad! 11/10! My boyfriend ordered a BBQ parmo. Had to call up and order over the phone as their website was down and had to dig out some cash to pay. But overall it was worth it and arrived hot and fresh within 30 mins!

Just received food from this place, fast service even close to closing time, food was beautiful and staff were very polite, highly reccomend!

Really good quality. Consistency with this place. No faults. Told 15 minutes and was piping hot.

Love this place for their Parmo burgers alone (spicy hot shot parmo burgers my go to). Service has always been 10 10. Pizza’s are good but the base/dough is not to my personal style/taste but may be for some!

I've been ordering pizza and popcorn chicken from this restaurant . It's extremely tasty, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Peri peri thin crust pizza is delicious.

Amazing food , service and polite staff. Ordered a 30 inch pizza, the pizza was A*. Fantastic, still shocked how they managed to make such a big pizza and still keep the flavour. (Couldn't wait to eat the pizza hence some slices missing lol)
