Very disappointed with our experience with Brunch 23. We had a booking for Sunday brunch on March 30th, which was also Mother’s Day. We arrived, excited for our meal, only to find the shutters down and the place completely closed. They didn’t even have the decency to call and inform us in advance. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. We expected better communication and customer service.

Tenemos batidos de leche alrededor de 3 veces por semana y pedido 2 batidos esta noche. ¡ABSOLUTLEY REPUGNANTE! Quienquiera que los haya hecho necesita ser despedido, cambió los ingredientes. También pedí una salsa de chile, ya que se me había olvidado pedir uno con otro pedido de otro lugar. Esperé 30 minutos por mi salsa con mi pizza en la rodilla con dolores de hambre y adivina qué? ¡SIN SALSA! Pedí 3 cosas y no pude hacer una bien. Decepcionado

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff

Paid extra for piri salt on chips and didn’t get any, both orders were sent with the wrong chicken boxes.

Nos alojamos en el Premier Inn adyacente durante la noche listo para un vuelo temprano y tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí. Personal muy amable y comida deliciosa. Definitivamente volver.

Very disappointed when the delivery was stopped

Was little late but made up in foodchicken kebab & chicken tikka pizza & chilli sauce is just fire🔥went here for years always good nan bread loads fresh salad & plenty red onion &chilligarlic sauces all wackd in nanwrap can’t get any better ⭐ 🙏

1) staff literally used the toilet and after that locked it. Literally next customer asked for key and they blatantly said: It is out of service. 2) during day time there is girl, who looks so lost behind the counter. Too slow to take orders, pack them. God help her! 3) saw 4 times (in 6 months that I have gone to this pepes) people coming back and complaining about packaging of order or missing items. 4) bots are more friendly than the staff there. Doesn't greet, say bye or even acknowledge a customer saying cheers while leaving. 5) this is only franchised restaurant on that section of west road and is lowest rated for a reason. 6) if you are ever short on time, don't go cause order cancelled take between 5-35 minutes for collection. 7) reckon management business objective is "jab tak chal Raha hai.....chalao"

Good mocktails, food standard nothing spectacular won’t be rushing there again, lovely staff. The burger tasted like any other takeaway cheese burger nothing that wow...

I visit the lunch box regularly. Staff are always pleasant and attentive. Food is fresh and tasty. Plenty of hot and cold choices. Would recommend for a quick bite.

Bacon....Saucage...looks disgusting staff standing around doing nothing Not Recommended

Came to dine today and we were unable to sample the food or the service sadly. Instead we were introgated pre entry, asked for ID, questioned about medical exmpetion cards.. I have a disability and do NOT need to prove it to anyone, nor show ID to enter! It was rude!!! We came half a mile up the road and found a lovely little cafe called kyber cafe, staff were friendly and the food was tasty, they've just gained a new loyal customer!

Tuvimos el combo familiar ayer y su sabor a barbacoa fue simplemente increíble. Esperemos que lo hagan permanente, ya que es totalmente diferente del peri sabor. Habían utilizado salsa barbacoa de muy buena calidad y era un plato muy satisfactorio. Hemos probado muchos lugares para pollo a la parrilla, pero Pepe's en Newcastle West Road es el mejor. Servicio rápido también. Muy recomendable. Halal.

The bar was quite. Ordered food at 7 pm at 8 pm. I asked if it was ready .guy said I asked who's order it was, but no one answered even though you have to give a table number. No one near us saw him . Food arrived at 8.15. not sure if it was re cooked or warmed up as my curry was dry and tastles . I asked for a refund but told only the head office could authorise it . Given free drink to passively us . But it was awful service.
