The most authentic Asian curry I’ve even had in the NE. Amazing food! Deserve 6 stars ❤️🤌

Food was outstanding. I absolutely love the lamb chops from here. Tonight we had chicken tikka madras and chicken tikka balti, they were both lovely. The rice and naan were cooked to perfection. We also ordered the spicy chips because they are outstanding. Thank you!!

Absolutely delicious, all freshly made and was piping hot, I wish I lived closer I’d be ordering all the time, the chicken kebabs served on nan bread is 10/10!

The food arrived way later than the estimated time baring in mind I did specifically note to be on time as I am fasting

send was delivered at 6.20pm nothing arrived, tried to call restaurant was engaged then once I got through just kept ringing. how do I get a refund?

Spot on as always - lamb chops tad spicy but cooked well, always enjoy the food - our go to takeaway, love the fact I can order pizza for half family and curry for my liking from the same place. Chicken Tikka Massala always hits the spot chunky chicken plenty portion wise and tasty sauce ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You should see the way they cook the food!! They heat chicken up in microwave then fry it and they also just chuck the bread buns into the dirty microwave without a plate to put it on, just straight onto the dirty turn table plate!! Disgusting!!

Yes the delivery was late but they have 40% discount on and it's a Friday night. I was anxious my food would be freezing when it arrived but it was all hot. The Balti naanbab was very tasty, the spicy chips has outstanding flavour and the lamb chops, wow they were full of flavour. The desi sauce was beautiful very much like an apna sauce and that is my favorite. I cannot wait to try more of the menu. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Waited 2.5 hours for our food to be delivered for half of our order to be missing and the food that was delivered was stone cold. AVOID!!!

Curry was nice. But ordered a veg special with Bolognese and only got a pepper and sweetcorn pizza no Bolognese. Very disappointed

Quality kebab & Asian takeaway, with freshly baked naans from their own tandoor, and fresh veggies, and tasty meats. I almost always get the Super King Kebab which is donner meat, chicken tikka, and a chicken or lamb sheesh, with all the veg, and garlic & chilli sauces, and it always hits the spot. With a small portion of chips too, I think it costs £10.50 total. I've had their staff curry too, and it was also delish. I haven't tried their pizzas, cos I only ever get kebabs from kebab joints. The shop is located towards the end of the West Gate shops, if you're heading west out of town, but it's my fave one on the street so far. .

Ordered from here and they sent the wrong ice cream, as they no longer sold it. Phoned up, the manager was amazing. He went to Tescos and bought my niece 2 big tubs of Ben & Jerry’s cream. He went above and beyond and he didn’t have to do that but he did. So instead of a little tiny ice cream, she now has 2 big tubs 😊😂 I have 1 very happy little girl here. Thank you so much ☺️ I would highly recommend.

Order from this place a lot. However, in my last order I found a hair in the naan..I called straight away and one of the workers said she would get manger to call back but heard nothing. Complained through urber eats and they did nothing. Order was over £50 so unhappy I paid for food which was disgusting.

The food is horrible, the chicken thikka wrap smells like raw meat, fried chicken not fried at all 🤮 and mint and chilli sauce it's not even sauce it's flavoured water with colour. Finally a waste of money..

Madina grill is the takeaway we always make a detour to when we can. The food is always brilliant and the service is speedy. It's cash only which is worth noting before you head inside but there are cash machines nearby. MASALA FISH - The dish that is so good you order it every time 🤤

food is beautiful. but delivery was over an hour n 15 mins. Altogether came to £16.90 n i always give a tip the driver came to the door said he doesn't know how much it was n when i said tKe £18 he went to the car and rummaged about came back and hoyed £1.10 back at me and says sorry that's all a can give you!! what on earth i thought delivery drivers were never short on change!

I am very unhappy with delivery. Ordered with plenty of time. Very unhappy with just eat saying it’s been delivered. When the food was not delivered. Only when queried then was told it’s not been sent. Not happy at all

Avoid. Ordered through Uber, big mistake. Order missing extra chips and sauce. Pizza was average at best, Tikka wrap was horrific. Tiny for a start, 5 pieces of gristly chicken, that wasn't even Tikka, six chips and swimming in garlic... got the cheek to charge almost a tenner for it. Awful.

absolutely shocking. food was over an hour late and when arrived was missing pizzas and all food was cold. the curry had spilt all over so everything was greasy and covered in sauce. will never order again . massively disappointed and couldn't even call for an update as they never answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you!! avoid ordering unless you want to wait and wait for cold and missing items

Chips were stale horrible and clearly reheated. Fish was crispy and overcooked the grill boti wasn’t fresh as stated in the description. Pizza was burnt although they sent 2 (i ordered one) the second one wasn’t much better at all, absolutely awful. The only decent thing was the margarita pizza.

The food here is nice but the last few times we have ordered the delivery time took ages especially the most recent one it took over 2 hours to come and was cold :(

Took 2 hours to come, said it was on its way didn’t come for another 50 minutes, got here absolutely freezing cold, women on the phone rude doesn’t have a clue

ordered food for delivery at 1300 as it said available, waited for over an hour then rang the shop to ask how long much longer my order would be, the person on the phone said the delivery driver doesn’t start until 3pm!! doesn’t say nothing about that just lets you place your order and sit and wait like a muppet for no reason whatsoever. a hope people read these reviews cos they’re obviously in no hurry to deliver food under 2 hours, people need to avoid using this place if you don’t wanna wait!

Not enough cheese on the tikka pizza as well as the calzone with too much tomato sauce in the calzone and not stuffed with chicken

Yesterday evening, I bought chicken curry for my family and a guest from overseas. Unfortunately all of us including guest suffered from tummy pains and diarrhea. My both kids had several episodes of diarrhea. I WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN

Waited best part of 2 hours for delivery and it really wasn’t worth it. Garlic sauce tasted like Caesar dressing. Naan was both burnt and stodgy at the same time and the quality of meat was shocking. Only saving grace was the samosas which were good, but overall a terrible experience.

I ordered the chicken tikka portions which was expensive for just some diced chicken the photo shows that it comes with naan bread, it didn’t! I ordered garlic mayo I received 4 pot of different dips. Food was cool and didn’t look at all fresh. Wouldn’t recommend.

It took nearly 2 hours for it to be delivered half my food was cold and not cooked properly and half my food was burnt. I’ve got photographs to prove it.

I have ordered for here many times and they have always been late this time it did not even come or turn up called the takeaway and they were going to call the driver then call us back no call back and then they just ignore your calls not going to ordering for here again we have had to order for another takeaway

wrong food delivered to start with was also inedible nothing like any previous order ive ever had. litrally looked half eaten. put in a complaint was refunded 99p for a 17 pound order I've ordered from this restaurant for years via telephone and just eat never had a problem my order looked liked I'd recived a member of staffs half eaten supper absolute disgrace after years of being my go to take away I will never order again loyalty means nothing and to receive 0.99p refund is an absolute joke

Again, this was the worst order I have had. I responsibly say; whoever read this review if you dont want to ruin your day, please do not order from this restaurant. This is not a good restaurant. I dont know why Just Eat app include such quality less restaurants. Thanks

Took over 2 hours to arrive, Ordered bbq chichen pizzas and a garlic bread with cheese which was all burnt all 3 of them,the mixed kebabs the chicken was the weirdest stuff I've saw undercooked and had a paste texture with a thick coating of undiscribible paste like stuff,spent 39 quid for the pleasure, aviod

Sadly the pizzas and chips are w ell over cooked really disgusting it ruined my kids treat, it never used to be like this guys it's not the first time the pizzas have been so burnt we couldn't eat them also the rice in my byriani was nice I came here for over 10yrs plus and hope I will still buy and enjoy the food as we all make mistakes

never had a korma that is bit spicy think need to use different chicken for korma as it was spicy chicken and shouldn't be at all and carton of rice was bit on small side.

I had the Madina mix grill … and Wow it was delicious and plentiful. I can honestly say that was the best takeaway i have had in Years..

1st time trying here and the food was beautiful, large amount of meat in our meal, will defo come back

Absolutely loved this place, after trying a few other grilled places and understanding Madina Grill is far the best place for food. Ordered a peri grilled burger and the flavours was so delicious, portion sizes amazing which left me craving more. From now on Madina Grill will be my first to go for a cheeky takeaway from now on😍😝 10/10 5*
