Bought 3 nan bags hardly any meat just chips and salad sauce waste of time just bined the rest

Very disappointed with the response I received from Kareems Grill when I phoned up to complain about my order I received on Thursday night through Just Eat. After receiving my delivery I noticed the chilli sauces were missing, I phoned Kareems Grill to tell them and the guy who took my phone call really wasn’t bothered at all, no offer to make sure I received the sauces so we could eat our kebabs, I won’t be using Kareems Grill again. So a negative review it is for your incompetence to check your orders before sending out for delivery.

I ordered a donner kebab wrap for £4. It was good and tasty. Basically this restaurant only serves take out, since there is no seats available inside. The service was nice and lovely. It is clean also.

Masala fish was so good! The chicken karahi was the winner loved it.

I have bought from here maybe 30 times. it's also fantastic quality every time. one of the best takeaways in Newcastle. Great menu. theres something for everyone.

I order a kebab and paid extra for chips to be included. when the food finally arrived (late) there was no chips included. for an 90 minute wait was extremely disappointed with my Luke warm food.

Not much to say about this other than its BANGING!!! Only ever really got the Nanbab and kebabs and they are out of this world! Been going here a while now and decided they needed the praise they deserve. Never let me down yet. 10/10!!

over cooked even the curry the chicken in it was dry also think for a 18 quid kebab it should come with salad and the sauce over powers the kebab as well

I tried the barbeque pizza, and I can't think of a genuine taste of the kind. I would go for it everyday.

I ordered chicken tikka pizza and it came with donor kebab and chips.

Ordered food on the 14.4.24 at 8.40pm said it would be 1 hour but didn't arrive so rang shop they were not interested just said get intuch with just eat you can't ring just eat just report the problem it's now 10.30 still no food and no reply from just eat

Loads fries were lovely, maybe too much tomato flavour to sauce. Food was good quality, warm. Would try again!

First time ordering from here. I was shocked! I asked for salad with a kebab and both had very minimal salad. I also ordered a large doner kebab which had again was lacking and wouldn’t even pass as a small kebab. The meat was so dry, it was horrendous! Really not happy, won’t be buying from this takeaway again! Kareems Grill, doesn’t really know much about what a grill should look like. Below standard and poor portions.

Just to share my experience with this takeaway in Newcastle as I had worked in several takeaways few years back and I know the value of providing customer services as it is very crucial in food or any business as how would you satisfy your customers with your service and taste. I have been to karim's so many occasions and I would love to have the fish either masala or grill they both taste delicious that I haven't consider any other place in Newcastle for this. I will highly recommend this place to enjoy your mouth watering taste. Thank you

Awful! Never again, donna wrap with garlic and cheese, 10 inch wrap barely any Donna meat in it, also STONE COLD 🥶 took it back and all they said sorry we didn't put the oven on, will not return 😔

Go to place for indian food saifi the best guy ever. I went here especially for the pizza but i have tried parmo and the fish which both of them were amazing including the pizza

I can’t complain about the taste. Their Garlic mayo is probably best i have ever tasted in North East. But this is the 4th time completely disappointed with their service. I am just a fool to keep on going after these many times. I always order a pizza with no sweet corn. I am not allergic-tic to sweetcorn, but i hate it. Literally like if had a list of things I hate, 1st thing would be my ex and sweetcorn goes next. I have ordered at 9.10 PM and they told like it would be ready in 10 mins. I have reached there by 9.22PM. I can agree with the grace time. But after 16 mins (27 mins after placing order), they are offering me a pizza with sweetcorn and simply saying they made a mistake. They did that like 4th time for me. There is no one who says deliberately no sweetcorn on a pizza. But still they messed up for 4th time. They didn’t even cared to say simple apology. Imagine, if this thing happened to a British customer, i am sure they would have said at least a sorry. Unfortunately even though I have spent a lot on buying pizzas from them, my skin tone didn’t let them to ask an apology. I am fed up as i need start my day early. I asked for refund which they have given. Thanks for the good times at your place. All the best.

Please , start pickling the red cabbage . Chilli sauce is good but tiny , kebab meat was great .

Had two deliveries from this place and I must say the portion size for what you pay is fantastic. Both my kebab and special naanbab were amazing. You don’t get a lot of places that add lamb chops to their mixed naanbab and even though their lamb chops weren’t the best I’ve ever had they were still a welcome addition. The meats were seasoned well and again only place that chucks two sheesh kebabs in. Normally places only give you one. That was also perfectly spiced. Chips and salad were on par with normal kebab shop standards but the naan was very tasty; especially since it soaked up all the flavour from the meats. Also got the geordie delight fries which came in a massive portion. I could’ve done without the pizza sauce but apart from that it was very tasty. If you’re a glutton like me definitely give this place a try!

I go here most often so here is pros and cons Pros- cheap. Tasty some products. Cons- 1.They DONT ACCEPT CARD payment. Once i went with card and had to leave the product and return again with cash. 2.sometimes got cold nan and doner while bought near 10oclock. 3..You have to pay extra to get sauce in a pot otherwise will be spreader over chips or keban while most takeaways provides separate sauce pots with foods when its meant to provide. 4..sometimes salad arent fresh. 5.you wont get nan in a separate paper-bag if you buy the tandoori leg+nan, and they spreads sauce over the leg piece which also gets mixed to the nan, thats somewhat dissatisfying. Hope KAREEMS GRILL work with that.

On my first visit to this establishment, I had anticipated enjoying a samosa chat. Unfortunately, I experienced a negative occurrence as I was deceived by the vendor. The advertised offer stated that a sum of £10 would entitle me to a samosa deal, consisting of two samosas priced at £5. I specifically requested one vegetarian and one chicken samosa. However, the vendor insisted on charging me £10 for this order, leading to a miscommunication. To handle the situation, I pretended to have a limited understanding of English. I feel compelled to inform you that I am a student at Newcastle University, pursuing a degree in Criminology, and therefore, I am not ignorant as you insinuated, as the owner of this establishment would claim. To summarize, my expectation was to receive four samosa chats for a total of £10. Upon inspection, I discovered that the package contained only two samosa chats. This incident demonstrates the establishment's deceitful behavior, as the quality of the product was unsatisfactory, lacking in taste. Furthermore, the staff exhibited ignorance and were unhelpful. Consequently, I returned the subpar food items to the shop and proceeded to report this incident to the appropriate authorities.

First time ordering from here and it was absolutely lovely. The kebab and chips with every pizza is a very nice touch. The pizza itself was lush with plenty of toppings and the garlic sauce was divine although I would make sure you get a couple of you’re like me and slather it on as the tubs are a bit small. Highly recommend

The most value for money takeaway in the neighbourhood! Their Nanbabs and the special grill has huge portions of meat, fries and a super sized naan, all at very reasonable prices. All the meat was well seasoned and grilled to perfection. Could do with a few more dips to mop it all up but I'm not complaining!

Used to go here all the time years ago as they had good offers but had a few bad orders so stopped going thought I'd give them another try what a let down, first of they only accept cash so had to quickly go cashpoint, paid just under £10 for a kareems special pizza came with 2 strips of kebab meat and a handful of chips if I was to know they literally going to give this small amount of chips and kebab would of just ordered separate. What a let down! Avoid at all cost or double check quantity before leaving shop.

The Fish Masala with naan is the one food every spice lover should try. Oh let's not forget the Lamb Krai with Naan.... I am salivating....!!!!

Great food for a good price 👌 I ordered 2 special Nanbabs today. The menu displays in the shop are a bit confusing and they don't have any paper menu's to take away. Call me old fashioned, I like to look at a paper menu at home before ordering.

Belly buster burger was good. Mixed wrap no complaints. However the highlight for me was the Naga Nanbab absolutely beautiful. Got messed up a bit by bicycle delivery but absolutely stunning. Only thing I'd say is for Naga.... could be hotter.

UNREAL!!! Ordered three times from here whilst my daughter was at GNCH and can't fault this place. The kebab sizzler is a must try never finished a one yet. Pizzas are lovely to, garlic sauce unreal and the chilli sauce is nice and spicy. Thanks guys once again.

Just had the dinner, okra lamb, kabab masala and biryani. I called and let them know first that I loved it. I think it is the best joint to get authentic indian/south Asian food. The heat, the garam masala, the taste, and the fragrance - all on point. Loved the food. I wish all the takeout be this good to spread the magic of curries and biryani. It is not the best in India maybe, but sure the best in newcastle. It is not easy to impress me with Indian foods, may be because I cook myself. But they did really good. Unlike bad service and food such as “my Delhi”. All name no game. PS: can put a bit less oil in foods.

Food as always is delicious my partner and myself are regular customers to this establishment. We love the food here matter of fact the food from here is the no1 best throughout Arthurs hill and Westgate Road area. Not only that you always get a good convesation out of the staff which is even more pleasent to eat or get food from here. If we could we would give this place 10* for as they are awesome. Food is cooked well and very tasty, the wraps and cheesy chips with the garlic sauce yummmmyyyyyyy........

Wow I can see why people recommend the biryani the chicken has a charcoal smokiness and the lamb is perfectly tender. The rice as well cooked and spiced well. It had heat but there was also a complex flavour I really enjoyed. The roti was crispy as well. I would probably get a nan next time as the bread is also good quality

Thinking the worst fried wings were £5, 2 cheese burger was nice, and 2 worst none flavour vegetables cold samosa i ever tried. Anyway total price were £16 these. Which to me is too expensive. However when i when in the shop the gentleman said the reason 3 wings were expensive because they was made fresh and other place do it for cheaper because they ready made, truth is they also technically marinated in powder, all they do fry them in oil. Anyway after the guy complimented own foods i had to call and give my feed back about what i thought of their foods.. To be honest not going to lie, I love their currys.
