Pizza was perfect, I love how they do the crust (not stodgy) and perfect amount of cheese. Currys are always on point. Could be spicier but they never disappoint. Very consistent, it's good every time.

Without informing to me they added beef and quality of pizza is worst

I’ve been a loyal customer of Kareem's for years, and I’ve always had positive experiences in the past. The staff used to be very cordial and accommodating, which is why I kept coming back. However, todays experience was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but it was delayed by over 20 minutes. When I asked the staff about the delay, their response was rude and dismissive, which was completely out of character for the place I’ve supported for so long. The food, of course, was still great once I finally got it, but the poor service and lack of professionalism really soured the experience. It’s a shame to see a place I’ve enjoyed for years let down by such an experience. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but I’m hesitant to return unless there’s a noticeable improvement in both the staff’s attitude and communication moving forward.

Decent garlic bread with cheese, had doner meat and chips on the top, delivered hot and quick, would order again

Very disappointed with the response I received from Kareems Grill when I phoned up to complain about my order I received on Thursday night through Just Eat. After receiving my delivery I noticed the chilli sauces were missing, I phoned Kareems Grill to tell them and the guy who took my phone call really wasn’t bothered at all, no offer to make sure I received the sauces so we could eat our kebabs, I won’t be using Kareems Grill again. So a negative review it is for your incompetence to check your orders before sending out for delivery.

I ordered a donner kebab wrap for £4. It was good and tasty. Basically this restaurant only serves take out, since there is no seats available inside. The service was nice and lovely. It is clean also.

Masala fish was so good! The chicken karahi was the winner loved it.

I have bought from here maybe 30 times. it's also fantastic quality every time. one of the best takeaways in Newcastle. Great menu. theres something for everyone.

I order a kebab and paid extra for chips to be included. when the food finally arrived (late) there was no chips included. for an 90 minute wait was extremely disappointed with my Luke warm food.

First time ordering from here. I was shocked! I asked for salad with a kebab and both had very minimal salad. I also ordered a large doner kebab which had again was lacking and wouldn’t even pass as a small kebab. The meat was so dry, it was horrendous! Really not happy, won’t be buying from this takeaway again! Kareems Grill, doesn’t really know much about what a grill should look like. Below standard and poor portions.

Loads fries were lovely, maybe too much tomato flavour to sauce. Food was good quality, warm. Would try again!

Just to share my experience with this takeaway in Newcastle as I had worked in several takeaways few years back and I know the value of providing customer services as it is very crucial in food or any business as how would you satisfy your customers with your service and taste. I have been to karim's so many occasions and I would love to have the fish either masala or grill they both taste delicious that I haven't consider any other place in Newcastle for this. I can’t complain about the taste. Their Garlic mayo is probably best i have ever tasted in North East. But this is the 4th time completely disappointed with their service. I am just a fool to keep on going after these many times. I always order a pizza with no sweet corn. I am not allergic-tic to sweetcorn, but i hate it. Literally like if had a list of things I hate, 1st thing would be my ex and sweetcorn goes next. I have ordered at 9.10 PM and they told like it would be ready in 10 mins. I have reached there by 9.22PM. I can agree with the grace time. But after 16 mins (27 mins after placing order), they are offering me a pizza with sweetcorn and simply saying they made a mistake. They did that like 4th time for me. There is no one who says deliberately no sweetcorn on a pizza. But still they messed up for 4th time. They didn’t even cared to say simple apology. Imagine, if this thing happened to a British customer, i am sure they would have said at least a sorry. Unfortunately even though I have spent a lot on buying pizzas from them, my skin tone didn’t let them to ask an apology. I am fed up as i need start my day early. I asked for refund which they have given. Thanks for the good times at your place. All the best.

Had two deliveries from this place and I must say the portion size for what you pay is fantastic. Both my kebab and special naanbab were amazing. You don’t get a lot of places that add lamb chops to their mixed naanbab and even though their lamb chops weren’t the best I’ve ever had they were still a welcome addition. The meats were seasoned well and again only place that chucks two sheesh kebabs in. Normally places only give you one. That was also perfectly spiced. Chips and salad were on par with normal kebab shop standards but the naan was very tasty; especially since it soaked up all the flavour from the meats. Also got the geordie delight fries which came in a massive portion. I could’ve done without the pizza sauce but apart from that it was very tasty. If you’re a glutton like me definitely give this place a try!

I go here most often so here is pros and cons Pros- cheap. Tasty some products. Cons- 1.They DONT ACCEPT CARD payment. Once i went with card and had to leave the product and return again with cash. 2.sometimes got cold nan and doner while bought near 10oclock. 3..You have to pay extra to get sauce in a pot otherwise will be spreader over chips or keban while most takeaways provides separate sauce pots with foods when its meant to provide. 4..sometimes salad arent fresh. 5.you wont get nan in a separate paper-bag if you buy the tandoori leg+nan, and they spreads sauce over the leg piece which also gets mixed to the nan, thats somewhat dissatisfying. Hope KAREEMS GRILL work with that.

On my first visit to this establishment, I had anticipated enjoying a samosa chat. Unfortunately, I experienced a negative occurrence as I was deceived by the vendor. The advertised offer stated that a sum of £10 would entitle me to a samosa deal, consisting of two samosas priced at £5. I specifically requested one vegetarian and one chicken samosa. However, the vendor insisted on charging me £10 for this order, leading to a miscommunication. To handle the situation, I pretended to have a limited understanding of English. I feel compelled to inform you that I am a student at Newcastle University, pursuing a degree in Criminology, and therefore, I am not ignorant as you insinuated, as the owner of this establishment would claim. To summarize, my expectation was to receive four samosa chats for a total of £10. Upon inspection, I discovered that the package contained only two samosa chats. This incident demonstrates the establishment's deceitful behavior, as the quality of the product was unsatisfactory, lacking in taste. Furthermore, the staff exhibited ignorance and were unhelpful. Consequently, I returned the subpar food items to the shop and proceeded to report this incident to the appropriate authorities.

First time ordering from here and it was absolutely lovely. The kebab and chips with every pizza is a very nice touch. The pizza itself was lush with plenty of toppings and the garlic sauce was divine although I would make sure you get a couple of you’re like me and slather it on as the tubs are a bit small. Highly recommend
