Ordered chicken biryani, too spicy and had a food poison, terrible experience

The Diablo pasta was beautiful, the depth of flavour was on point. Pasta portion was big which I loved! Seafood pasta had a good amount of seafood in it too. 100% coming back soon!

I've been here many times, and it's always been lovely. Good portion sizes, never long to wait, and friendly staff.

A brilliant cute little place that got nice set of dumplings. Bit pricey but good indulgence.

You might find better facilities in the chain hotels but you won't find this kind of service. If you like your hotels small and friendly, this won't disappoint. The staff are uniformly lovely and you're always welcomed with a smile. Great value in a nice location in leafy Jesmond - handy for the Metro (about five minutes' walk from either Jesmond station) and not all that far from Newcastle city centre. A decent breakfast at a reasonable price, and great to have kippers as an option! A thoroughly enjoyable stay. I will stay there again the next time I visit Tyneside.

Great place, have been here quite a few times before. This time noticed there was a section outside at the back with seating, which is great as it's relaxing outside. Think the scone could have done with some cream and jam but other than that was great and would go back again.

Mi pareja y yo visitamos el pequeño vestíbulo Tynemouth el fin de semana. Es un restaurante muy pequeño con un ambiente genial. La comida era perfecta no se puede culpar en absoluto, a un precio muy razonable y sabía increíble. Mi pareja tomó una margarita de la semana que era un sabor de manzana y kiwi que era encantador y yo tenía una botella de cerveza para acompañar la comida. El servicio era fantástico, con pedidos tomados muy rápido y chequeos regulares para ver si queríamos más bebidas. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente! La factura viene con un cargo de servicio automáticamente adjunto que me fue señalado por nuestro servidor como él entregó la factura y como yo pagué, que estaba más que feliz de pagar! Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la comida mexicana, no encontrará nada mejor en Newcastle

Posting again for the other site in Newcastle Really annoyed with an uber eats order. Regardless of who I need to contact, I now feel the need to vent as I’m without dinner. This will be the last time I order from here sick to death of missed orders. Lo and behold, I was not given my drink again tonight despite challenging the driver who just shrugged his shoulders and suddenly couldn’t speak. I then opened the box to my burger to find there is a black hair as per pictures on my burger. I haven’t got the money to get any other food and I’m here on a work trip. I used what I had left on my credit card to pay and now I’m out of pocket with no food/drink….please see photos

Great little cafe, has a cute rooftop terrace for sunny days. Staff are really welcoming :)

Family lunch outing exceeded all expectations, delicious food & wine, prompt and friendly service and excellent value for money

Always loved this spot but today whilst the cafe was quiet at 13.00, a member of staff hoovered the ceiling and shelving behind the bar for over 15 minutes until I had to leave. When leaving and looking uninpressed the staff member apologised for the noise

Stayed in Newcastle for just one day and was recommended this place — I’m so glad I came! 🌟 I ordered the Brown Sugar Dalgona coffee and wow... absolutely the best taste I’ve ever had! 😍☕ The shop has a super welcoming vibe, vibrant decor, and a fun atmosphere that makes you want to stay and chill. 🪑🎶 Highly recommend to anyone visiting! 💯✨

We went here because it is the nearest restaurant to The Globe music venue (and the Arena), and we wanted a quick and simple meal before going to a gig. The meal was neither quick nor simple but I'm giving Alsham a five star review because the food was so good. The reason it took a while to come is because everything is freshly prepared ... and you could really taste that. We had four vegetarian dishes and each one was bursting with flavour. No alcohol is served but there is an excellent range of freshly made fruit juices. It was a warm evening and we sat outside (a rare opportunity in Newcastle) in a traffic-free street (also rare). We will definitely eat there again.

A lovely, chilled cafe. Great vibe, warm, friendly staff and lush food. The humus eggs are incredible! Only wish this place was open weekends!
