Wento to Burger Drop in Heaton Road was served by an amazing young lady that allowed me to look to the menu on my own time without rush, made my order and waited for my food. Food was amazing ( Fire Chicken Burger ) was cooked to the perfection and very delicious. Loved it and will come back for sure

We went on Saturday,ate in , food was lovely especially for the price ,big portion,in fact was that big of a portion we had to take some of it home with us ,which staff gave us a box to put it in at no extra cost ,place was nipping clean ,staff were lovely, especially the young lass who served us ,would recommend burger drop Heaton road & we will definitely he back again .

Food tasty, took a bit long to get orders out but was great value for money.

Wasn’t impressed. Ordered salt and pepper “loaded” fries and chicken burger. £5.50 for “loaded” fries. Basically a portion of frozen fries with barely any peppers or onions. Chips weren’t flavoured with soy/garlic as expected. Overpriced for what they were - see photo. £10.90 for three small chicken strips in a bun. It was ok, chicken wasn’t overly juicy but not dry. Just seems overpriced for what you get. It’s a shame, as I like trying new places and giving them a try, but I will stick with Friez & Burgz given the quality of the food seems better, bigger portions and it is much cheaper.

I also appreciated the generous amount of cheese (or any other special feature you liked). The side of fries was hot, crispy, and perfectly salted. Service: The service was fast and efficient. My order arrived sooner than expected,. Price: For the portion size and quality, I think the price was fair. It’s not the cheapest burger, but you definitely get your money’s worth. Overall: If you’re craving a good burger, I’d highly recommend [Takeaway Name]. It’s one of the best takeout burgers I’ve had in a while, and I’ll definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved the brisket burger & onion burger. The cheese was perfectly oozed on. The brisket was so tender & falls apart in your mouth. The staff couldn’t be any nicer, lovely people. The restaurant seating area was tidy & has a lovely atmosphere.

Ordered on the website and was told 15 minutes and it would be ready, arrived 15 minutes later food wasnt ready and they didnt have one of the items that we ordered but hadnt contacted us to let us know so had to pick something else and wait for that to be made and no compensation offered, food was terrible and freezing cold after the wait I had.

Great wee place, came for my son’s 10th birthday! The staff were really helpful, complimentary ice creams and Oreo desert for the birthday boy! Would recommend this place, proper good quality burgers in a funky environment. Kids loved it! Prices reasonable too! All round winner! Well done burger drop Heaton!

Order 2 burgers one plain one with cheese, chips were already cold driving 2 minutes home, gets back to ask for a replacement meal due to not receiving my drink or garlic sauce. Gets back to the restaurant for Humpty Dumpty in the kitchen to just replace the one burger? Ayeeee good idea I’ll eat freezing cold food cheers. Asks for a replacement meal for them to give me the same cold chips I got 40 minutes prior, don’t get food from here it’s organised by 2 gimps

Decent enough place. Was very busy. Full of Uber drivers, which were all standing at the counter. This made the lady on the counter assume I was a driver too. The burgers were nice enough, but there’s a place i usually go which I still don’t think could be beaten. Otherwise I would have gave this place 5 stars.

Yesterday, I ordered the Japanese Teriyaki Chicken Wings and over the past 24 hours have had symptoms of vomiting and stomach cramps. I have food poisoning from the food I ate from Burger Drop Heaton and would warn any other person from eating any chicken meal. I have also seen another review of a woman and her husband had a similar experience where they ate a chicken burger and had to go hospital because of the poisoning they received. I do not recommend any chicken meal from this place.

This place can't even make a order right and this is the third time they make's mistake with my order and every time the blamed on driver and the driver blamed them. I Will never buy from them again.

I visited with family. The shakes were unavailable sadly. The staff were absolutely amazing and I've marked service as 5 stars. The atmosphere was disappointing - very loud music and the same images on repeat from their opening day on West road. The smash burgers were so oily I couldn't taste anything else in my burger. To be honest, I've had better tasting food from takeaways in Newcastle but obviously not as gloriously presented. The food is not worth the price either. 3 burgers, 3 chips and 3 drinks as well as 3 sauces for £72 I'll not be returning here.

Was told it would be a 10 minute wait but it was 45 minutes. You could see the kitchen staff struggling to keep up so no idea why they said 10 minutes? What’s worse was the owner was in the kitchen eating food and not helping the staff. He even said to the waitress “if anyone asks I’m not here”. Not a great look. Food is decent but overpriced especially given the level of service on show. Owner needs to be more professional and not stand in the kitchen eating. That’s a food hygiene issue surely. He also had no hairnet etc whilst near the food.

Went in ordered food at 22.11pm Waited 30mins made enquiry as to how longer will it be for my single fire chicken meal the young girl that was serving forgot that I was sat in the restaurant waiting, she was to busy chatting to her friend, food was on the pass for I estimate 15mins food cold upon arriving home back to Whitley Bay Sunday 17th Sept

We found the dine-in experience to be underwhelming although all agreed the food was very good. We went to the new Heaton restaurant as the other one was being renovated and we were the only diners there, although a steady stream of delivery drivers came in past our table to collect orders. It looks clean, the décor is pleasant, and the lighting avoids the sterile feeling of Five Guys, but you are literally just eating your (excellent) takeaway with your hands if you don't want plastic cutlery, and drinking soda out of cans. There's hardly anything to differentiate except that it's fresh out the kitchen. A big gripe would be the absence of milkshakes at the Heaton Rd branch, and the minimalist drinks menu. It wasn't obvious from the menus we were given that milkshakes weren't available. That was only up on the big screen menu behind the counter. (Large pictures of burgers with milkshakes on the giant moving ad screen on the other wall taunted us throughout our meal!) That left only fizzy drinks or bottled water - the drinks menu is minimalist to the extreme. No alcohol or fruit juice and no glasses available so you have to buy a 500ml plastic bottle to get water. I'm rather sad that some of the best burgers in Newcastle don't come with a better dining experience - none of the other reviews indicated that this might not be the place to come for a family celebration - and perhaps we'd have been better off just getting takeaway from the Westgate Road branch where they offer milkshakes.

These guys are BULLIES and they’d rather silence you than offer an explanation. I love their burgers, but their promotion and content creation on Instagram and TikTok again and again showcases wasting of food. As a food activist, I decided to comment on one of the TikToks where the girl literally dropped perfectly good looking serving of loaded fries on the floor. I let them know that food wastage is not justifiable, and there are people who could use that food. They decided to delete my comment rather than offer an explanation. So yeah, these people promote wasting good food rather than donating it to the people in need. They need a reminding that there are people literally starving and in need of a decent meal. BurgerDrop is privileged entity with no remorse or sympathy.

Chinese Chicken is the best in the game. Absolutely unbelievable 🥵 Alternatively, if you preferred a beef burger - then I would highly recommend the Bacon one. The staff at the Heaton branch always provide the best service. I’ve never been disappointed since it opened. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to try the best burgers in the North East. P.s love the insta reels
