The best restaurants in Hartlepool North East

Quite often run out of some products which is bad management. Decent food when you can get what you went for. Pies are always cold and sandwiches that already made do lack some decent fillings. Staff are great. Think management needs to order enough produce to keep customers returning. I e lost count the amount of times no sausage or bacon left so went elsewhere

Ask for two mixed wrap with salad garlic with no chips ended up with 2 mixed with chip salad wouldn’t say it was salad chips where scraps

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was wanting an item that had been removed from the menu. Was looking at the menu to order something else instead and the chef came out to see me as the waitress must of asked him if the item had been removed. The chef very kindly offered to make me the dish, and it was delicious! Extremely good service, above and beyond, and 1 very happy customer, thank you!

Booked for a special occasion this week and were not disappointed. Service was excellent, nothing too much trouble and extremely friendly staff. Food was first class, no complaints, everything tasted as it should with truly authentic flavours, no doubt we will be back.

Come here for a breakfast and it’s probably the worst iv had in Hartlepool. The bread wasn’t even toasted properly, mushrooms were freezing and the rest was clearly just microwaved. Do not recommend

Staff are always friendly and approachable - asked for some different music and it was not problem at all. Always a bubbly and relaxing atmosphere.

We were regular visitors until recently. Our last visit was terrible. We called for Saturday breakfast. Our breakfasts were thrown on the plates. Didn’t look appetising at all and didn’t taste much better. I was given a chipped cup with my pot of tea.When I complained I was told they were all chipped. We won’t be calling at The Conservatory again.

Paid nearly £20 for two chips etc, obviously theses were left over from lunchtime it was like trying to eat roof tiles

Staff welcoming and set up a table for where we wanted to sit. We went on a steak night. One of us had rare to medium rib eye and one had a rump steak well done and they were both done to perfection along with chosen veg. Relaxing place to place to enjoy an excellent meal.

Lovely time with family. We had a few pints and cocktails before we went for an Indian meal.

Was OK but have had better, portion size was a bit small for a large cod

Poor customer service .even worse delivery and drivers avoid . Not the first time ive had issues but definatley the last time .DO NOT RECOMEND
