Cooplands in Hartlepool

Quite often run out of some products which is bad management. Decent food when you can get what you went for. Pies are always cold and sandwiches that already made do lack some decent fillings. Staff are great. Think management needs to order enough produce to keep customers returning. I e lost count the amount of times no sausage or bacon left so went elsewhere

New management now, the issues mentioned by some customers have been noticed, and addressed. Please try it again if you were put off before. :-)

Food is always fresh. Lots of choices. Always well stocked. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Free parking right outside shop makes it easy to nip in and grab something on the go.

I was a loyal customer visiting at least 4 times a week, spending upwards of £40. But unfortunately the service has gone down hill. I have witnessed the staff be rude to my son after he asked for a sandwich to be made up because the one in the fridge had items he didn't like being told he could just take them off. Reluctantly they did throw a sandwich together with hardly any filling of his choice. I put this down to one bad day but unfortunately the next few visits when these staff have been just as poor. It is such a shame the staff are ruining this store. Will not be using again.

Quick delivery got 2 pepsin that where warm food was a little cold but I enjoyed it

Good choice, but it's popular, so they do run out of some products

Use this bakery a lot, and the staff are always very friendly, nothing is to much trouble, clean and tidy and plenty of choice well presented

Miserable staff, empty shelves at 3pm. Customers made to feel an inconvenience. Requested a sausage sandwich, sorry no sausages left, requested a bacon bun, no bacon left, it’s 3pm, you don’t close until 5, won’t be returning, customers in queue behind me walked out, only one girl serving.
