Easy to get serviced food is a bargain.

Stopped serving food at 9pm so we got coffees they then decided to clean the coffee machine.not very good To stop serving food at 9pm on a Friday makes no economic sense 😑

To be honest I wasn't expecting anything fantastic for the five pound menu but one cheeseburger had to be returned due to being stoned cold. The other, whilst warmer was served in a bun that was practically stale and just basically ruined the rest of the meal. Service from staff was good and seems to get plenty of people in but to be honest we won't be going back. Feel it was 17 pounds (meals and the drinks) wasted....

Ordered burger and katsu curry both were cold and disgusting burger was burnt won’t return anytime soon.

There was a lady who needs a special mention from this mornings breakfast. We booked a table for ten @ 9.45 am. The service was amazing. One lady, older and as an older lady I can say, that went out of her way. Small, dark haired and tattoos. We had several children and she even got them another drink of apple juice so that we didn't have to leave the table. She also brought us some bunny chocolate to take away. She went out of her way to make us welcome on our first visit. We are from Hull and had a long drive home. Couldn't see the name on her badge but I would come back for that experience. Absolutely outstanding 👏

We visited today, nice and early and it was quiet but started to get busy quite quickly. We were seen to by Acacia in the soft play area who was very friendly, efficient and and attentive. Then when ordering our food and drinks we were served with a smile by Michelle, who efficiently checked for any food allergies and was very helpful. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was comfortable, clean and lively. The refillable cappuccino was a bonus too. All in all, very nice and we will definitely be back.

Took my kid to the soft play which was really quite dirty and poor quality for the price and then when we tried to get drinks at the bar the staff where ignorant and ignored us in favour of serving others who arrived after us and then simply walked off still not even acknowledging our existence. Very odd and unwelcoming. We left without being served and wont be returning.

Unfortunately probably the worst meal I have ever paid for, very underwhelming. The staff were friendly but the place was dirty and needed some tlc. Portion size ridiculously small, and for what I ordered the menu was very misleading. I won't be going to another one of these places.

I went as a mid week lunch for a change and I was pleasantly surprised by the food portions as they are a good value for the price. I had the chicken tikka masala and it was just the right amount of spice so it had a kick to it but was still mild. The building itself is wheelchair accessible as far as I could tell with outside seating too. The carpark had plenty of spaces at the time of me going. If going at a busier time I would take into consideration that the carpark isn’t overly big so you may potentially have some issues. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t fault any of them. The service was quick too but once again I didn’t go when it was busy so expect the wait times to vary depending on the time that you go.

Well located, very friendly staff and quality value for money food. Had breakfast and evening meals here with the family whilst staying at the Premier Inn and found the food and service great. One of the locals was allowed to continue being a little loud whilst we were waiting to eat after 'a little wine' which wasn't reined in, which we found intrusive, but we moved to a different part of the restaurant- maybe this is normal and it's an 'us problem'- we didn't want to be killjoys!

Friend was told about £5 menu deal. Went to see not expecting much but pleasantly surprised. Good choice of food. Nicely cooked. Desserts particularly good. Would definitely return

Waited some time for a table, looking forward to trying the cavery only to be told they had stopped serving roast at 2pm due to running out of ingredients. Lovely friendly staff who were apologetic, but surely its bad management to run out of roast at 2pm on a sunday? If your always that busy as suggested maybe try stocking more ingredients to make more money? Never mind, Toby Carvery saved the day.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, service was great and staff were friendly. Food as usual, generic pub food.

We have been several times during the last 12 months, as a couple and as a family group and we have always been extremely pleased. The location and facilities are great for a family and the staff are always outstanding. We will definitely be back again soon

Despite evident understaffing, the restaurant provided wonderful service, delivering food promptly and accurately. The food quality was exceptional, and the manager's dedication to customer satisfaction was outstanding. The overall experience deserves nothing less than 5 stars!

Called in for breakfast. Lovely welcome from the member of staff who showed us to our table. Food was nice and hot and place was clean. Every member of staff were really friendly and welcoming .we will be coming again .

Would it recommend this place at all went in tonight one of the kids starters came out with a huge black hair in it than one of the adult deserts was a sticky toffee pudding which was freezing cold and the toffee on the top was like congealed jelly there was a blonde lady who was absolutely brilliant but the rest of the staff were not so good even giving it one star is being too nice I certainly will not be back

Carvery was absolutely beautiful, the gentlemen serving it is so welcoming and funny, makes people feel at home. Fish and chips are very good as well.

Busy morning, but got seated straight away. English breakfast was really good. Great service from Amy and Debbie. Welcoming atmosphere, would highly recommend.

Service is extremely slow, the staff try to "reserve" tables at 8pm (they stop serving food at 10pm) because they are too lazy to wipe down the tables at a later time. So they lie and put "this table is reserved" signs on tables. Will go somewhere willing to stay open for paying customers.

Spinderalla cut it up 1 time: After 3 hours of swerving middle lane hoggers, ombrophobiacs and general anus holes I checked in. That was quick and friendly, kinda like a glory hole? So my friend said... I needed beer and that came quicker than a red bull F1 pit stop. I consumed it even quicker, see proof. Moments later an anaemic pizza turned up; I was so sad I heard mini violins playing. Then I remembered I ordered it so I got it down like James Brown. Boy was it way better than it looked, kinda like that fat drunk girl outside the chippy in 1997. Left the crusts. Obvs. 4 stars for atmosphere cos there was a seagull screeching outside and I wanted to put its beak in a vice and play keepie uppies. Hear yee! Hear yee! For the great beast has been slained! Lord Loch Ness Monster was ordered and consumed on this day, the 10th day of month of year 22. Thou shall capture no more pictures of Nessy the chicane necked wonder of the world. Thy beast was not consumed with disrespect. For they were partnered with sweet potato fries, coupled with chicKin and garnished with an abundance of salady salad. For they will be remembered. #chickenANDribs

Went over the marine for a walk with the weather being nice called in the old west quay sat outside in the sun tables disgusting cigarette ends all over one of them and drinks for one beer and a coke very expensive won't be going again

A seat by the window offered a great view of the marina. Lexi said her Haddock and Chips were exceptional. Samie doubled up on her Smothered Chicken and emptied her plate. My 7oz Gammon Steak hit the spot. Friendly staff with great service. Love it here.

Good breakfast from 6.30am! Very consistent, nice coffee and the staff are friendly and smile first thing am. Nice views over the Marina.

Brewers Fare quick and easy and located in the beautiful Hartlepool Marina.

We tried this place it has some good reviews.but food was pricey for what we got. food was cold and bland.saff were friendly and welcoming.wont be coming back.

We came yesterday with the kids but decided to come out just me and the missus I ordered the mixed grill she got the haddock both superb and chef cooked the steak to perfection weldone as other places cook it as they want. Not this time was perfect also mention little blonde gal very helpfull and attentive she earned her little tip. Ps the good Looking lad from kitchen popped out with extra pepper corn sauce lovely man. Keep up the good work will defo be back when we next visit

Around a week ago my family descended on mass for a buffet breakfast as part of a weekend of gatherings linked to my Mum's 60th Birthday. Given that there was nineteen of us - this could have been a disaster - but due to the kind and warmhearted nature of the staff - both adults and children had a lovely morning. The staff could not do enough to help. Would definitely recommend 👌

Went for tea last night after work with work mate (he said brewers Fayres are all right) On this occasion obviously not first problem pint of stella smelt like a dog dish and my pint of coke smelt the same came to conclusion that dish washer must need a clean or they been washing pots in marina! Then after deciding what to get for tea (15 mins) went to bar to order starter 1: spicy chicken wings 2: wanted cauliflower bites sorry don’t do them ( well take them off menu) ordered potato dippers very bland and tasteless 3: chicken goujons was the best bit of my tea Then went to order mains! 1 big stack burger and want cheese and onion pie meal once again (sorry don’t do that anymore take off the menu then) so 2 big stacks it is then coleslaw tasted mouldy and the rest was s—t wont be going again

Late morning refreshment / snack, there were no sandwiches on menu but had tacos instead. Pleasant service, unremarkable experience. Dont leave food unattended outside - seagulls!

Well, it started with a very warm welcome from the staff who where very helpful and engaging. I ordered the Smothered Platter and upgraded to the larger steak, medium rare and it was cooked to perfection, I was going to eat elsewhere but due to the weather decided to eat here and I must admit I wasn't disappointed, many thanks to 'all' the staff, cheers.

Business stay at the Premier Inn which has the brewers fayre attached. Nice welcome, Paul is very good behind the bar and welcomed us like old friends. The food is OK after a long day at sea, everything you want for a bit to eat and a quick pint. Nice view over the marina, can't really fault it. Thanks👍

Breakfast was nice when staying in the premier inn next door, a nice selection and always seems to be fresh. The service is self serve however the staff during breakfast time were excellent and helpful. We ate dinner here one night and it was awful, the fish was dry and old (very disappointing for a seaside location) and it was served with skin on fries. This is a bit disappointing as I was hoping for a nice traditional Fish and Chips when on a harbour. We were offered bread and butter to which I can only assume the bread is the same bread that is out in the mornings as it was stale when given to us. When the servers brought my partners meal out, one of the two young ladies knocked her fork on the floor, the two servers then just stopped, stared at it, dumped the plates on the table and walked off without offering a new one or even picking up the one they dropped. I then had to go and grab one from another table. Simply rude as they clearly were aware of what they did and just didn’t care. Will not be coming again!

Sunday dinner service ended early with no notice to customers. Didn't have sufficient stock to make numerous cocktails and some wines not able to order either.

We had our daughter’s birthday party in the soft play here a few weeks ago, everything was perfect and ran smoothly. The two ladies that were working in the soft play area were great and very helpful.

Travelled from Washington to visit HMS Trincomalee with family. Great service from Amy. Really good cheese and bacon burger, it came exactly as I ordered it. Tasty fries, all inhaled in minutes. Would definitely recommend to others. Received a voucher for 33% off next visit.

Nice motorhome stopover next to marina. Can be a little noisy but ok....large motorhomes can take more than one space but watch you dont get boxed in by cars...leave numberplate registration at reception and its free.

A very nice restaurant, with good options for vegetarians and gluten free. A good outlook over part of the marina as well. The food was delicious, and served promptly by very polite staff. One minor gripe..the advertising board outside said 'two mains for £11.49'. This was not honoured, as it only applied to certain menu items. So although the food was worth the £22.28 we paid, maybe the marketing policy should be reviewed.

The food was well cooked and presented well. The organisation of the serving area was chaotic, people stood around waiting for toast and drinks in the area where diners were collecting from the servery.

Had booked a table. Was waiting to be seated at least 10 minutes. Was told by bar person someone would be out to deal with us when they could be bothered. Food average. Not a very welcoming feel at all.

Just been for breakfast this morning with my partener and 2 girls. We were served by a lovely lady called Amanda. We were chatting and she was telling me how she does breakfast shifts and works in the play area,which i will return again with my little girl. Exceptional customer service, very happy and friendly. She is an asset to your company. All the staff worked extremely hard,but all looked to be having a good shift, well done thanks again,will definitely be back again.

Just had a fab meal at the Old West Quay. All the staff were very friendly, especially Paul at the bar. The food was very tasty. Will definitely be back again.

Very disappointed that the owners are letting the hard working staff down as the place is in need of an overhaul. Photo shows wallpaper hanging off in dining area and carpet needs replacing.

We stayed for two nights at the Premier Inn & dined here for dinner, breakfast & drinks. The staff were very friendly/attentive nothing was not too much trouble & felt very welcome. We will definitely come back here with the hidden bonus of having a bonus card now.

Dined here for two nights. Food was good and the staff were polite, chatted with us in the evenings and at breakfast time. They were interested in where we came from. They gave a warm welcome and gave my daughter a free Easter egg.

Food and drink are what you would expect, the view is excellent and interesting.

Our order got really messed up but Deb did her very best to compensate. Food was good and we will be back
