don't know how early it was but came quick was not happy that u did not give me my garlic in a tub it was put on my wrap I had no garlic for my chips I was disappointed don't do that to people if you don't no or never been asked to do that

the food was freezing cold by the time we received it, it is usually nice from there but today wasn't it, the food tasted stale as if it had been cooked hours before hand

The pizza did turn up on time, but it wasn’t very nice unfortunately I was rather hungry and I was travelling up north for business. I only had three slices.

Milanos is my go to place for food , excellent service and great delivery time and drivers...

Normally a really good takeaway, but last couple of orders have been awful. Kebab was cold on arrival, and something on the pizza just tasted off. 90% of it ended up in the bin. Won't be back, shame really - it used to be our first choice!

I had the donner pizza 🍕 and it was really nice.

Order pizza & wraps from here at least 4 times a month. Always early or on time, food always hot and tastes good! Portion sizes are spot on!

easily one of the best kebab shops in town. although recently they have been putting kebab meat on top of the pizza instead of baked in. this should be an option.

Food has not arrived Phoned shop 2 times and told its with driver then the lady admitted they hadn't actually sent my food out. I want a refund!

Ordered food from here for a while, tbh was oright, but the amount of times they forget to change the base to BBQ as requested, on this specific occasion refused to change the pizzas after multiple orders of the same thing to the same address. Point blank refused to cooperate £13.90 down the drain, use over the road from us from now on

My order was over an hour late, I had to chase it and found out my order ended up being delivered to the wrong address. Won't be ordering from here again.

i ask for diet coke i dont like suger drinks there bad for your teeth he should phoned me up to ask if i wanted full.suger coke food was ok but not fantastic it was to greesy

All the chips were over cooked and extremely dry. Wasn’t impressed with the delivery driver leaving the garden gate wide open

I don’t do right these cos I just get a pizza it comes I eat and nowt spesh but I really enjoyed the pizza the right amout for tomato base I got a nice drop of it with every bite normally I don’t taste is I only no it’s there cos its dryed on the bread round the crust but I really enjoyed it I’m ordering it again tonight 😋😋

They can't even get the orders right, I asked for the chips crispy, and when they were delivered, they were soggy and the cheese wasn't melted on them properly, and I asked for my money back, and I waited nearly 3 hours them to drop the money off, i won't be phoning their shop anymore, they don't listen to the customers, and the food is rubbish

this place must have changed owners because the food has gotten better but i still have problems getting what i ordered.

One thing i cant stand at a kebab shop is a Donner kebab with everything separate, My partner found out they did a kids donner with everything inside and the first we ordered on friday was lovely couldnt fault it.. Sunday popped in for one was horrid.... very hit & miss will be trying somewhere else.. it just seems Hartlepool doesnt have any decent kebab shops anymore

The wrap was open so as soon as my child held all the chicken fell out. Needs to done properly next time .

Food came half hour late after latest delivery time and everything was cold

Normally order here frequently but tonight they missed the mark on a few things. Pizza was burnt and cold. Cold to the point the cheese had re-hardened, chips were cold and cheese slung on them not even melted. Maybe it was an off day as it’s usually the best but not tonight. Didn’t complain to shop was far too tired after work and having a poorly toddler I just needed something on my stomach at that point and anything would do. Maybe next time but don’t think I’ll be running back soon

Very poor quality, both pizzas cold. Donner pizza just had 3 or 4 slices dropped on a tomato and cheese base, not even sliced up and in with the cheese. Bases weren't cooked properly. Thick cold and sponge like. Went straight in bin

Food was lovely, but the order was incorrect

The order was 15 Minutes Late, and when arrived the Chicken & Donner kebab was Freezing cold, Not even slightly Warm, The chicken parmo was Cold & there was also a missing pita bread & When I rang up to explain the food was freezing I was told they could send me a pitta bread out But they can’t and Won’t be sending any food out or replacing it. The guy on the phone was lovely trying to get his manager to send us fresh food but the manager point blank refused & offered us a pitta bread.

How difficult can it be to deliver the right food?

These guys have been my go to for some 8 years. Endlessly consistent, the best garlic sauce, the best kebab meat, the best chilli sauce, the best chips. They're just the best. Out of hundreds of orders I've never had an issue. Stay awesome my old friends.

Arrived less than luke warm. Chicken was swimming in grease in the wrap.

Food delivery is always speedy when a certain driver is on ( I should ask his name ) unfortunately food order today was messed up, I asked for basic fast fix mixed kebab with sauce separately in tubs as one of us has a dislike to it( regular order and in back and white) however chilli sauce all over food so one won’t touch it! and no pitta bread, come on basic , I’ve championed this restaurant in past for delivery and fast food but what is happening

Full parmo was smaller than what you’d expect a half parmo to be. Disappointing.

Pizza came half burnt and the flavour was pretty bland.

Again enjoyed the pizza, all good.

Good quality tasty burgers. Good value.2 mins late but dealt with quickly and nicely by the restaurant. Will use again.
