Great chicken Kiev pizza and a decent Parmo. Pizza and Parmo deal is great value for money

Ordered plenty of times before and never had an issue. This time the driver delivered to the wrong address and when I rang the store to check, the person on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful. Probably will not order again.

Was lovely for a kids meal decent size aswell positive review from me be definitely using Milano again

I orderd a large kebab n chips it wasnt large

The pizza was squashed and the chips weren’t quite like they were the last time I ordered from here. Not bad though.

Missing basically a parmo as it was tiny, wasnt hot, pizza was in the verge of being burnt for proof id Needs bee

I don't like leaving negative reviews,however I can only speak as I find. I ordered the 2 piece chicken and chips and the kebab. Both items were cold, I don't mean Luke warm I mean cold, the meat had gone hard and crispy, the fries were horrendous and inedible, feel disappointed that my hard earned money went in the bin. I can not recommend.

The food was barely warm, the chips felt like they have been cooked and reheated and the pitta bread was missing

what the flips happened to your chips. ours were soggy and sknnier than fries. meat was still delish though and the garlic

you still put the garlic on my wrap when I never told you too why can't you just leave it in the tub

don't know how early it was but came quick was not happy that u did not give me my garlic in a tub it was put on my wrap I had no garlic for my chips I was disappointed don't do that to people if you don't no or never been asked to do that

The pizza did turn up on time, but it wasn’t very nice unfortunately I was rather hungry and I was travelling up north for business. I only had three slices.

Normally a really good takeaway, but last couple of orders have been awful. Kebab was cold on arrival, and something on the pizza just tasted off. 90% of it ended up in the bin. Won't be back, shame really - it used to be our first choice!

Order pizza & wraps from here at least 4 times a month. Always early or on time, food always hot and tastes good! Portion sizes are spot on!

easily one of the best kebab shops in town. although recently they have been putting kebab meat on top of the pizza instead of baked in. this should be an option.

Food has not arrived Phoned shop 2 times and told its with driver then the lady admitted they hadn't actually sent my food out. I want a refund!

Ordered food from here for a while, tbh was oright, but the amount of times they forget to change the base to BBQ as requested, on this specific occasion refused to change the pizzas after multiple orders of the same thing to the same address. Point blank refused to cooperate £13.90 down the drain, use over the road from us from now on

i ask for diet coke i dont like suger drinks there bad for your teeth he should phoned me up to ask if i wanted full.suger coke food was ok but not fantastic it was to greesy

All the chips were over cooked and extremely dry. Wasn’t impressed with the delivery driver leaving the garden gate wide open

I don’t do right these cos I just get a pizza it comes I eat and nowt spesh but I really enjoyed the pizza the right amout for tomato base I got a nice drop of it with every bite normally I don’t taste is I only no it’s there cos its dryed on the bread round the crust but I really enjoyed it I’m ordering it again tonight 😋😋

They can't even get the orders right, I asked for the chips crispy, and when they were delivered, they were soggy and the cheese wasn't melted on them properly, and I asked for my money back, and I waited nearly 3 hours them to drop the money off, i won't be phoning their shop anymore, they don't listen to the customers, and the food is rubbish

this place must have changed owners because the food has gotten better but i still have problems getting what i ordered.

One thing i cant stand at a kebab shop is a Donner kebab with everything separate, My partner found out they did a kids donner with everything inside and the first we ordered on friday was lovely couldnt fault it.. Sunday popped in for one was horrid.... very hit & miss will be trying somewhere else.. it just seems Hartlepool doesnt have any decent kebab shops anymore

Food came half hour late after latest delivery time and everything was cold

Normally order here frequently but tonight they missed the mark on a few things. Pizza was burnt and cold. Cold to the point the cheese had re-hardened, chips were cold and cheese slung on them not even melted. Maybe it was an off day as it’s usually the best but not tonight. Didn’t complain to shop was far too tired after work and having a poorly toddler I just needed something on my stomach at that point and anything would do. Maybe next time but don’t think I’ll be running back soon

Very poor quality, both pizzas cold. Donner pizza just had 3 or 4 slices dropped on a tomato and cheese base, not even sliced up and in with the cheese. Bases weren't cooked properly. Thick cold and sponge like. Went straight in bin
