It's the best pizza shop in Hartlepool, I always phone them, lovely pizza, and nice wraps

Foods normally good but was stone cold, kebab meat and bread gone all dry, tried to salvage the cheesy chips in the microwave but not the same. Will try elsewhere as being loyal clearly gets you nowhere.

Just had a calzone pizza and chips... chips were like cardboard. Not unusual take away rubbish. But the real star of the show was the drastically undercooked pizza dough and and barely there topping/filling. I've a bad feeling we will be ill from picking through it as we were too impatient to return it for a refund. In summary this wasn't the usual fare from them but I'll not return.

This is a very good takeaway experience lots to tuse from hot and tasty.

Ordered from here last night, lamb kebab was disgraceful, the lamb was so chewy we couldn't eat it, I phoned the shop and the man I spoke to was really rude and told me that's what lamb is supposed to be like and i was the only person that had complained in 12 years about the lamb, i did laugh and say i think that how long they had had the lamb their and that's why it was so chewy, disgusting food and even worse customer service

DO NOT ORDER. Awful food. We ordered as the reviews seemed ok. Took nearly 2 hours to come. Order came and had no sauces at all with the full order. Staff were extremely rude when we phoned. Will not be ordering again.

Food is always amazing and fresh, and have to say its one of the cleanest takeaways in the town. Food is always hot and on time when delivered and Customer Service is 10/10. Would definitely recommend Special Mix Kebab with Naan bread. Oh my 😍😛

Ordered my food, it already took that long I had to ring up and ask when it was getting delivered. They said “5-10 minutes”, another 30 minutes and it had arrived. Not only was the food cold. It was late. And I rang up to complain and wanting a refund and have waited another 30 minutes for my money back. Absolute piss take!!

Phoned order, 2 and half hours later phoned back to enquirie where my order was to abuse over phone , never again ! Absolute disgrace whoever was on phone ! Sent delivery driver away . Thanks but no thanks, bad reviews given ✌🏻

Always use these for the Special Mixed Kebab (Nan Bread & Tub of Garlic). NEVER had an issue with the quality and you always get plenty. The Parmo's are lovely too.

It took over 2 hours to be delivered and when it came the boxes were falling apart from sweating for god knows how long. The order wasn't right so it all went in the bin! Very disappointed and an awful end to my wife's birthday. Kids fell asleep before it even got here! I will never order from here again! I didn't want to even put 1 star but it wouldn't let me post without a star rating!

Brilliant takeaway go there all the time delivery people are friendly very clean and you can ser them make your food 10 out of 10 :-)
