Food was great, would recommend

Chicken kebab last night the bread was to tough to eat only had 5 picers chicken it was more like a salad kebab.

Had the deal with parmo, kebab and chips for under a tenner, absolute steal without even seeing it, then when I got it the size? Absolute joke, and that was a half... made two meals from it, was so buzzing, new favorite place, going again tonight 🤣

Ordered chicken kebab, donner kebab, portion chips and two garlic sauces. Food was cold which needed heating up. The salad looked like it was a week old, lettuce underneath was brown. Both Garlic sauces where missing and the chicken was like plastic most got binned. Wouldn't recommend and will not be going back. Still showing on the app as preparing food although recieved almost an hour ago.

Nice food, Just forget orders like brought me a parmo before with no chips missing orders again tonight still go there because food is nice but there are getting to the last chance.

To the People who say this pizza shop is nice they must eat out of bin bags worst parmo and kebab meat known to man

Honestly can’t say one bad word about our order the Parmo’s are gorgeous the donner meat was so fresh and the garlic bread was cooked to perfection 10/10 can’t wait to order again. Also the delivery driver was canny as considering he had to go out his way

Took nigh on 2 hours. Wasn’t what I ordered (didn’t complain - see below) and was massively salted (suspect deliberately because I called to ask where food was) Pretty much all went straight in the bin Avoid

By far the best takeaway! Definitely our go to now, pizza is always perfect and the parmo wrap is made perfect not too much grease and plenty of crispy chicken, thank goodness for you guys was losing faith in finding a decent takeaway and you guys knock it out the park every time!

Wouldn’t go back here. Took 1 hour 45mins to arrive and it was cold. The food tasted like it had been sat there all day and warmed back up. Let down when you’re hungry.

Ordered off Hartlepool eats they put garlic on one of my items when someone is allergic to the mayonnaise in it and told me they don’t put mayonnaise in garlic when i know they do got told can’t bring something else out and can’t refund it so had to go in the bin

Tried to order online for an order of a substantial amount as family where up , was told can't do that then they asked us to call Into the shop and pay , what's the point of an app if I've gotta go down then they wouldn't deliver the items and we then had to go back down and pick everything up not a massive issue but I don't see the point of an app or delivery service if we can't use them

Food was amazing I loved the munchie boxes it was 10/10 recommend going again

We ordered a parmo and mixed kebab tonight. The mixed kebab was okay but the Parmo was raw when it got to near the middle and the salad tasted greasy and had a funny texture . And the box it was in was damaged. Tried to ring the shop quite a few times to let them know. But there was no answer .

Had papa mafs a few times now can honestly say it's absolutely lovely fresh ingredients very friendly people who run it as well and the parmesans are the best I've tasted by far deffo recommend 😁

I reccomend the calazones very nice well worth the money!

Best chicken tikka pizza ever ABSOLUTE Class unreal always get it I've recommended my FREINDS who have ordered the same they say the same top notch

The dynamite honey chicken tasted of nothing but soggy batter....definitely no honey in there!!!. The parmo was made up from chicken strips, no bechemel sauce and the cheese (if you can call it cheese!!) tasted of burned plastic.....now the salad was literally days old, it smelt of really bad sweat and was turned a slight brown colour....disgusting meal all round really......did you know if carlsberg made 🍕 shops....Papa Mafs would be THE WORST pizza shop in the world!!!.......so a big pat on the back to Papa Mafs in hartlepool you really are doing the town proud by serving food as disgusting as this. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Sadly this time around the food was not up to the usual standard. Papa Mafs food is usually exceptional and this is the first time I have had a below par meal from the restaurant. But it won't stop me ordering again, everyone has an off day.

Visitor to hartlepool staying at hotel would not deliver not everyone is fake call

Pizzaa was great, rich of flavour. I enjoyed it. Maybe location is not too great, maybe it is me not use to such areas, or was poor timing as stepped out from the car and 'walked in' straight into weed smelling surroundings.

It's the best pizza shop in Hartlepool, I have been going there for more than 10 years, I would highly recommend them

The food made me and my friend ill, my hot shot parmo was burnt and the delivery driver accidentally gave me an extra meal so he came back aggressively banging on my door demanding it back, he was very rude and I won't be going again

Bit disappointed as had been told really good things about this place. ordered a mixed chicken kebab which cost 7 pound, received 5 pieces of chicken. really not worth 7 pound.

Just been In and the safe were touching there ears and hair and not washing hand after won't be going back there again

Ordered a chicken kebab wrap, stated this 3 times, ended up with a fried chicken wrap, called and complained told money would be returned. Never did. Called next day and had to explain difference between a chicken wrap and chicken kebab, told no refund would be returned. FOOD WAS NOT GOOD, small portion cheap cheese and greasey asked for refund not more food then the owner hung up over £5.00. Definitely avoid this place and stick to the favourites or alternative take always. NEVER AGAIN.

Had a lovely Parmo the other night, free can of Pepsi and garlic sauce. Highly recommended :)
