The best restaurants in Sutton London

Delivery was advertised as 30-45 minutes, it took over an hour and a half. When it arrived it was missing items from my meal, starving and not very happy to be missing some of the food I’d ordered especially after waiting so long.

Sweet Corn is not fresh and the grilled chicken doesn't taste as expected.

Shout out to the two males on duty on close on 14/10. Popped in for a quick snifter while waiting for a friend late at night. One random man decided to create a debate while being overtly racist and determined to let everyone know his opinion (and offending punters and staff). The staff discreetly made sure that I as a single female and him exited separately and safely as he was getting aggressive. He did shout after me outside but I had enough space between us to scarper off avoiding him. A big Thankyou. Was my first visit and was really impressed generally. Staff were all friendly and the locals (mostly !) seemed friendly. Let’s hope the racist chap was a one off!

Had takeaway a few times. Decided to pop in for a change. Delicious food as usual. Staff very pleasant. Shame it was so quiet mid week but were doing a roaring takeaway trade.

ibr last year my mans chicken wasnt that great but recently hes been coming in banging. Proper fresh n that what u expect cost of living n that mans doing the chicken cheaper than anyone else in circle i cant blame him. the chicken biryani is £4 and is acc so much value for money. Proper authentic spices and that I feel like im in a bazaar in pakistan. And bare protein too if youre tryna hit macros its like 25-30g. Banging preworkout. uno that one time when u had to stay at some indian kids yard and his auntie whipped some next cuisine with 1000 spices and it just tasted mad, this is basically that. also if you buss my man a .3 of cali he will always nice you cos he bills it too 🤣 Will buss like 2 extra wings and make it ultra fresh. Ibr Sams sutton is better but this donny shuts at like 3am or something so if youre coming home from the pub/rave you can still get some 10/10 scran for cheap price. 10/10 would recommend.

I was having trouble parking as the car park was full. However, the Landlord and Landlady took the trouble of coming outside to advise where I could park which was really helpful. Old fashioned pub with a Public and Saloon bar which is nice. Darts going on one side of the pub and the quiz the other.

This takeaway used to be, by far, the best Indian food in the area. Better than the best rated restaurant. Something changed between May and August 21. Unfortunately, the food is now very poor, old fashioned Indian and everything is spicy hot. In August we had a pasanda that was too hot for my partner to eat and a very hot prawn puri. Trying it again this week (hoping it was a one - off) it was worse. Examples. The chilli paneer used to be hot (I like it reasonably hot), with soft, white paneer in a very light, almost non-existent sauce, with trimmings. Now it is overcooked paneer in just a thick, brown sauce. Prawn puri was previously mild and light with thin, light puri. Now it it is a thick, brown, hot sauce on a thick, brown, tough bread, which I couldn't eat. We gave the place a second chance, because anyone can have an off day. It's a shame, because it really was a brilliant takeaway before.

Frequently eat from here and always find the food of a high standard. Satay sauce is the best I’ve ever had. Competitively priced, and always fresh and hot on arrival. I can’t recommend enough.

The beef burger is probably the worst beef burger I've ever had! so dry & chewy! on the picture it smash patties. this was 2 thick dry burger patties.

Do not order from this place. Ordered from here on Uber Eats, order is cancelled after quite some time, as the comments suggest looks like a scam is going on with online delivery to take payments.

Wow. All I have to say is WOW !!!! The Nicest food I’ve ever ordered. Had my tastebuds jumping out my mouth absolutely mouthwatering. Got the loaded fires with prawns and fried chicken topped with buffalo sauce and yes it was hitting all the right boxes . Definitely a top recommend

I'm not sure why this restaurant only has 3 stars. I enjoyed the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. The customer service was great as well.

We have been many times, since the new owners have taken over the quality of the food has gone down, service poor, portion size now very small. Food served was only warm, asked staff to re: heat, no apology did not seem to care about customer service at all, waited a long time between courses. Will not be returning.
