The best restaurants in Sutton London

I went to Kebab Planet in Sutton and had a really disappointing experience. The chef was not polite at all—he almost shouted at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. It’s not how customers should be treated.

Have not been here in a while as had a bad meal some time ago. Decided to give it a try again and wow I'm glad i did. 4 of us went and everyone loved their food. My mixed grill was especially delicious. Service was great very friendly wait staff and customised an item for my friend as after it arrived was too hot. Nothing was too much trouble and prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back again.

Originally we was only told about the all you can eat menu, but discovered you could order a la cart, we chose to do this as we are not big eaters ! We started with the crispy duck, which was pleasant enough ! I had chicken in black bean sauce, my wife ordered chicken chop suey which came up completely anaemic looking , completely white with only bean sprouts and processed cubes of chicken.. this was supposed to be a main course ?? All of this ,we were expected to eat from side plates ! My rice was served in a very small bowl , and my main course was barely warm! We were quite disappointed, and left not feeling that we had value for money or had a pleasant restaurant experience .

I had a very unpleasant experience at this branch. The front staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire visit uncomfortable. Good customer service is essential in any business, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. The food quality was average at best, but the way customers are treated is just as important as the food itself. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and customer service. Definitely not a place I’d recommend based on this experience.

De acuerdo con Ezra, tuvimos un servicio horrible de la camarera que parecía de mal humor / no contenta de trabajar, por lo que el servicio fue espantoso y tomó el lugar de quien creíamos que era el dueño del sexo masculino, que era agradable. Primera vez que ordeno. Entrega rápida. Gran porción de pollo y un montón de arroz. Realmente sabroso y hecho para dos comidas. Muy buena calidad y lo recomendaría.

We got a take away from here this evening. It was the first time we have tried here. The portion size for the price was shocking. £9.50 for sweet chilli chicken there was 6 small pieces in this dish! We e will not revisit.

Very tasty! Every bite was sensational. The service was also responsive and friendly. I was there for a quick dinner around the corner from the Residence Inn.

Ordered from here recently, it’s insanely overpriced and the food is average. I realised it was expensive, but when the food was delivered the portions were very small. Really disappointing.

Busy I agree but tables not cleared ! Toilet door handle hanging off - needs fixing ! Toilet paper - all stuck in box ! Condensation water all over floor ! Wet and dangerous !! Not impressed !!

Went there to get Nigerian pounded yam and egusi. This guy that attended to me told me it’ll be ready in 5-6 minutes. I ended up waiting over 35 minutes and I was delayed because I already paid. Got me so angry

Really horrible food. Recall being given burnt, dried chips, not edible at all. There was no way of even biting them as they were hard- rocks. When I showed the assistant the chips, she said some customers like them like this. I was seriously shocked 😲 I let them keep the chips and money. Good luck 👍 (I think people are writing reviews of some fish and chip place near the sea on here. This place is in Carshalton and nowhere near the sea :))

The time kept changing then I only recived half my order . Not very happy
