Absolutely disgusting food, all of it was lukewarm at best, korma tasted of watery onions, mint sauce obviously had yogurt so old it had fermented in it, naan bread was rock hard and could have been used as a Frisbee. Chicken tikka starter tasted of just vinegar, not that it mattered as it was so tough I wouldn't have been able to chew it. Staff were very rude on the phone when taking my order and delivery was very late, as in 3 hours late. Everything went into the bin as it was completely inedible. Avoid at all costs

Food arrived eventually, 3 hours late. Pashwari naan was rock hard and and could have been used as a plate. Korma tasted of watery onions, mint sauce was so old the yoghurt had fermented, prawn puree had 1 small prawn only and chicken tikka starter was so dry you could resole shoes with it plus tasted of just vinegar for some reason. Everything was lukewarm and was completely inedible. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have no taste buds, a very strong immune system and like waiting forever to eat

I used this place regularly up to about two years ago and the food quality used to be good, but it has been going down hill quite badly - watery and no flavor . When I paid the bill it was more than I had expected, went back to the take away to question the price and the guy behind the counter apologised and gave me a £5 refund. Today myself and my wife thought we would give this place another try all to our dismay. The food has got worse from the last visit two years ago, I don't think the food quality could get any more worse but it has. £36.00 for a meal I might have just gone to the supermarket and purchased a meal from them with more flavor and not at all watery, and they are running the same con with over charging the customer and only giving you a refund when you question it. I wonder how many other people they are doing it to. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for them to say that the tried to come to our address However we have cameras they did not turn up And had the audacity to say do we still want our food after waiting all that time The RUDENESS they also had our phone number and didn’t contact us because you have to give them a phone number when you make an order and they was told when they was outside to ring even though we would see them on the camera!!!!!!!!!!

curry was that bad it tasted like it had been cooked in a toilet it was that watered down cold and took over an hour to come and had 2-4 bits of chicken in a whole curry 😹 don’t order if your over 80 or have a low immune system the food can probably kill

Popped in for a takeaway. I am absolutely speechless. Very dirty, dirty windows, dirty floors, dirty counter, dirty table and chairs, dirty through door , door open to kitchen dirty and I mean very dirty back area. My advice is do not eat from here. I would not agree with the hygiene rating on their window.

Tandoori knights Indian cuisine in the heart of Wallington Stafford road is just another world of food that u probably will not find in anywhere else in London the way they cook all there curry dishes is just so Devine and everything is prepared daily they don’t make old left over curry’s I have tried many curry places in the local area and I haven’t found anything like this ever there spicy curry’s and Nan breads is just so delicious and tasty there dips are so tasty like I said this is the best curry place there is in London also they been serving us during this hard covid 19 times via delivery Uber eats once a week is our treat for sure allways 5 *****stars and thank you Tandoori knights 🙂

I believe I have ordered here three times, the first two I really enjoyed the food, but then my last order I ordered a Vindaloo and Madras and both curry were too watery and it put me off unfortunately.

Ordered delivery to celebrate birthday via UberEats. Food was tasteless, sauces were watery as if it has been defrosted & diluted! Delivery was quick, still food was cold! Tandoori Night didn’t even offer a refund never mind an apology! They should be ashamed to call themselves a restaurant! Spoilt my birthday!

I wish I could give a minus. Waiting ridiculous amount of time for it to be delivered. When it arrived we were unsure what everything was as it all looked the same. It was all inedible. No taste whatsoever. Watery, and absolutely disgusting. I'm unsure how you can even make food so gross. Threw whole lot in the bin. Awaiting refund.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Just ordered this through uber eats, and its the worst Indian I have had by far....food turnt up cold the paneer dish you could say it was just held under a tap full of water and the korma was so watery was not enjoyable one bit for the price you pay is day light robbery to be honest £34 for a meal that taste like water and so bland and cold

The worst curry I have ever had in my 25 years of life. I would highly suggest you give this place a miss my food came 30 mins late and was cold and sooooooooooooooooooooo bland literally it was like eating cardboard! Straight in the bin - Dont waste your money!

The first time I used them my order was 3 hours late!! When I rang I was told it would be 15 minutes then my calls were ignored. I eventually went to the shop as I had paid through the app and he said he would cook my food now as he had not even started it yet! I gave them the benefit of having a bad day and ordered again a few weeks later. I was told my order would be 30 mins but after waiting 2 hours and making several phone calls the food turned up. I put most of it in the bin because it was cold and not good enough to eat. Will not be using then again.

Very disappointing order. Was very late so arrived barely warm, not very tasty and there was a hair cooked into one of the parathas.

After waiting for nearly an hour after my food was meant to be delivered and having to make 2 phone calls asking where it was (during the first one the person hung up on me when I was asking where it was) it finally arrived. The food was average at best and really not worth the hassle.

I should of checked the reviews before buying our curry tonight. Unlike other's experience my curry actually arrived on time which is surprising given it is a Friday night (Red Flag?). Our driver had no cash change, so what was meant to cost me £15 actually cost me £20. If he does read this I would of actually left a tip but the rudeness just left me closing my front door in shock. Not a great start to takeaway night Ordered a Butter Chicken that had more coconut chunks then chicken, our stuffed partha could be used as a Frisbee due to how it was just burnt and solid. The only thing worse was the customer service. At first I got told the curry is meant to have that vast amount of coconut in it. Then they will happily send me out another curry but I have to pay for it and ontop pay extra as a delivery charge as I haven't reached the minimum spend. Instead of getting defensive, I suggest they acknowledge feedback and progress as an establishment. However, their attitude to myself and the lack of replies on Google reviews suggests otherwise. Its now 10PM, and regretting not ordering with Asian Tandoori in Hackbridge. I won't be returning

Poor service, waited 2hours for food delivery. Could not call anyone as phone constant rings. Finally get through to another number and it turns out it is some delivery driver that says he’ll call back but doesn’t. Food finally arrives after my daughter drives to the shop to find out what is happening and food cold, watery and very poor. Would not order again.

Absolutely terrible service. More than 1 hour late, still didn’t turn up. Hung up the phone when I was mid-sentence when calling twice. AVOID! These people are buffoons. Wish there was a 0 star option.

Placed my order at 7.05pm was told it would arrive at 8 it finally arrived at 10 past 10! I ordered a chicken tikka pathia which tasted lovely but £7.95 for 3 pieces of chicken and very little sauce The container was half empty!!!! Unfortunately you will not get my custom again

Been using this takeaway for years, tasted awful & chicken was dry & chewy it arrived in 20 minutes when guy on phone said it will be at least 50 we are busy! Always a bad sign

Were waiting for a delivery for over two hours instead of promised 50 minutes. For the second hour they kept promising to deliver within the 'next 10 minutes', until they just started hanging up on our calls. And this is on Saturday night with three children waiting for their dinner. Unacceptable rude service.

These new owners seems lost and chaotic for no reason. The lady owner in which I believe has a terrible attitude and rude at times. The old menu specs were much better but I believe they are trying to take their own spin on it which other tandoori restaurants in the area taste and looks much better. I’ve been going to this one for years and since it changed hands although keeping the same name has gone down hill. Gave them 2-3 chances but they simply don’t know how to build great rapport with existing customers. My friends and I now go to others within the area but sooner or later this one will fold as they can create the consistency of service and food spec. Especially when your rude to your customers then you shall pay your consequences. Shall not be back as there are other tandoori restaurants and take away who now I’ve found which are better value and quality for food specs. Shame this business is ran by wannabe’s. Trust me you won’t last.

Lamb and chicken curries are amazing. But the worst biryani I had anywhere in the UK. Avoid biryani and it should be fine

Have ordered from this restaurant before and has been awesome. This time it was really disappointing and quite bland. Disappointingly the biryani didn’t come with a vegetable curry and you aren’t able to order vegetable side dishes 😔. Will probably order again as may have just been an off night

Ordered paneer tikka from them. All they gave is grilled paneer devoid of any taste. Literally the worst paneer tikka I've ever had. Essentially we ordered 7 pieces of grilled paneer in £8.5. Never ordering from these guys again. Stay away.

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve had a takeaway from! the chicken tikka masala was perfect and a good portion, rice was perfect. Bombay Aloo was amazing and onion bhajis were crispy but not dry. the samosas weren’t amazing but the food was brilliant, this will be my new go to from today! and it came earlier than expected.

Very good food, well cooked and tasty. The lamb in the tandoori mixed grill bhuna was quite tough, but everything else we had was perfect. Was also delivered early which was nice.

Lamb kebab was tough; tandoori chicken too bland. The chicken tikka (Hot) was quite good though - the only redeeming part of our otherwise disappointing order.

10/10 as always recommend to anyone

Delivery time was given as an 1.5 hours, which was how long it took. Food quality was ok, but not great, the chicken was definitely NOT breast meat, which is what I asked for. Also, I ordered a naan bread which was not delivered. Not very happy.
