Favorite Chicken & Ribs Rosehill in Sutton

It's been awhile since I last experience something as bad like i did today. I stopped at this shop for my lunch about an hour ago (05/09/24) and I got myself the offer (chicken burger and chips) for £4.99. To start with it was a kid meal without drink but that fine (everyone is on hustle pilot at the moment). What made me seriously angry was the burger - it was bad; I perceived some smell while I was at the shop which I suspect was coming from the burger, and I put my nose to it a few times but I ignored it (besides, there were other customers wondering why I would do that). Getting to the office 10mins later, I took a bite of the burger, guess what? I was right, it was really cold, taste funny and the aroma was nothing to write home about - because I didnt want my money to go to waste, I swallow the bite with ginger tea, enjoy the chips and throw the rest in the bin. Moral of the story, always follow your gut

Fillet burger was tasty, not dry and the fillet size was good

Rude staff, stale cold hard chips that they re heat in the fryer and serve it as fresh. Refuses to change it. Chips were hard, cold and full of oil. Do not buy from here

WARNING!: Absolute disgusting & vile place. Ordered a full chicken meal, including burger's, chicken and wings for the whole family to eat. We've all caught food poisoning and have been extremely ill and unwell for the past two days. The food was disgusting, cold, didn't taste good, we had to throw the rest away. We've been vomiting and generally unwell, whole family is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! BEWARE!. I will contract franchise to let them know and health services. This is unacceptable it's ruined our whole week.

really rude staff who like to lie when ordering, telling you it will be 2 minutes, then once you have paid, tell you it will be at least 15 minutes. so had to cancel order and get a refund, which they got very rude and ignorant. Will never use them again. plenty of other decent food takeaways around to use instead.

Disappointed with the service. Not asking for any special treatment here but it should be 1st come 1st serve not having to wait for the customer that came after you. I went there a couple of times and I was served after the ppl that came after me. Don't wanna bring the race card but that's the vibe I got. Not going there again. If you want good reviews and loyal customers treat them right.

Disappointed on what they call it Fillet Burger. It was more of a chicken steak. No it wasn't mistaken for a chicken steak, the fillet itself was very thin. The bun wasn't fresh either.

Never ever answer the phone - I mean over months 🤦🏽‍♂️

My go to fried chicken shop. Friendly and tasty. And decent prices.

Bad service and rude staff. I ordered some food yesterday but I had to wait for long time. I realised that the staff was not serving in "first come first serve" order as he clearly served at least tow guys came after me whereas my food was ready and only needed packing, still I had to wait for half an hour. When I mentioned the staff spoke in a very rude manner, he even asked about my nationality. Very rude, will not visit this place again.

Been coming here since I was a boy. Lol. They always give extra wings and the chicken is tasty. Although the prices are higher than the others near by, but at least the food is more flavoured rather than just salty.

I'm appalled by the service. I placed an online order, worth 30 pounds, and got 1 burger and a drink, because the order got mixed up somewhere. When contacting the restaurant I was literally told by whoever was working on Monday 28th September, that he doesnt care about any of it, neither about the mix up nor his customer, and it's not his problem. The fact that I have been told he doesn't care about his customers put me off from ever ordering here again. If they don't care about customers, who knows what is in their food. Disgusting.

It was my first and last going to this chicken shop, the burger was cooked like yesterday and burger was too small. chips won’t be cooked wasted my money

Depends on who is working. One guy never has anything ready whereas another guy has it all ready. I had to wait about 20 mins today n the guy was serving people who came in after me 1st!🤨

Have been to this chicken shop for about 15 years and has never disappointed me, I have always recommended this place to friends. Cant wait to eat here again soon!

The best chicken ever and the owner is so nice and chill

Place looks shabby. Service is good. Food Is tasty. A little bit overpriced for what it should be. Had 6 hot wings and chips for £3.69. Still tasty, great free sauce, a typical chicken shop with fresh tasty food. And few places to sit near the bus stop that takes you to sutton or to Morden.

Just gone down to get me usual chicken and the shop is shut at 8.15. Absolutely disgusting

Yep first time I have eaten at this place first opinions count for a lot it was very nice great flavours good service and your aloud to sit at there tables and eat in side at no extra cost will use again

Chicken is pretty good, I always get the fire burger. I prefer this place to overpriced KFC.

Usually a good experience and come here often but a bit dismayed to find that is says halal and has a certificate up but is selling ribs of pig as the man said to me when asking if lamb or beef.
