Over an hour late and wrong food delivered

One of the best fast-food places I've seen; their food is delicious and reasonably priced. The portions are decent, and everything is good. All the staff members are kind and helpful. I strongly suggest this fast food.

The food is nice and delivery came on time. However I paid for e bottle of Pepsi max but only received a can.

cold and very disappointing. Their description of the chicken pieces was false. no sign of breadcrumbs and certainly not crispy! the chicken breast fillet burger was cold and tasteless. VERY DISAPOINTING!

Place 3 order for Devil box meal . Upon delivery the burger was in wrap paper was smashed and soggy . Call Sam chicken in Sutton was told that they don’t have a delivery person and if i need my burger i need to place an order for chip pay the chip , delivery and service fee then my order will be redelivered . That was ridiculous .

Really average Chicken fillet burger, which was cold and didn't taste at all fresh. Then 2 manky pieces of chicken with more bone than meat. Disappointed as Sam's is usually much better than this. Won't be rushing back!

Waited an hour and a half for my order to arrive when it said 20-35mins at time of order.. my order finally arrived after watching the driver stop off first and to top it off, it’s the wrong order. Completely wrong order, the driver wouldn’t do anything about it and blamed the restaurant for giving him the wrong one. I have requested a refund

Deal on just eat states Buy one get one free on Burgers and wraps so i ordered a Chicken burger and Chicken wrap,did not recieve the free Burger and wrap.Phoned shop staff member said he would ring me back,he didnt .

The beef burger is probably the worst beef burger I've ever had! so dry & chewy! on the picture it smash patties. this was 2 thick dry burger patties.

Wrong order delivered, the other guy gonna be fuming if he got mine. Poor sod.

We ordered wraps, wings and loaded rice from here last night and all (5) of us have become ill. Wings were not fresh at all and the chicken was hard. Extremely disappointing and the fact we got sick is disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

The chicken here is so disappointingly bland. Morley's is 2 mins down the road go there. Don't waste your money here

Very bad experience using Sam's Chicken Sutton. I had to come out to find the courier who was delivering. In addition the order was completely unacceptable and cold. I am very disappointed with the service.

It looked like the delivery girl was completing another order before placing mine. went to another place, it took a long time to get to the restaurant and bring the food. and the food arrived cold.

chicken old and dry very disappointed as we have had fresh cooked meals from there before

‘Loaded’ rice didn’t have any toppings on, just a smidge of mayo and some crumbs of onion. The ‘chicken fillet burger’ was two tiny burnt scraps of chicken strip, which they tried to hide in a mountain of mayonnaise. Awful food and won’t be ordering from here again, I’ll get a refund and try somewhere else….also how does it take an hour to incorrectly prepare this junk.

Chicken was oily so we had to use paper towels to take some oil off before eating it. Also chips had other fried crispy bits of something other than chips. The food was nice except for these two things.

Pink chicken, cold stale chips

Firstly, the driver is not at fault and neither is the takeaway shop. Just eat I think was at fault as it the tracker updated times properly and didn't update the status of the delivery. It did show when the food was out for delivery. This is the first time this has happened and I was happy with the food when it arrived so it's just feedback about that.

Driver was at the wrong address when I called him back he didn’t pick up I had to go and meet him with my heavily pregnant self by the time I got my food it was cold I couldn’t eat it so therefore it went to waste

Loaded rice is excellent. Peri Peri Chicken is great! Service is good and environment is clean. Will definitely come again.

The order was delivered very quickly and still piping hot. A bit disappointed the chicken wings were tiny. I don’t get this when I visit the shop?!?

Came just within the time limit.

The main bag wasn't sealed when delivered and some of my wings were exposed as the container they were in wasn't closed properly! Please ensure the bags are sealed so customers food is protected and hygienic.

I Ordered a whole chicken. Instead of 2 legs & 2 breasts, I received 1 leg & 3 breast pieces. Also instead of 2 sweet & sour sauce, I received 1 sweet & sour and 1 Piri piri sauce. I hope next time, the ordered item will be checked properly. Anyway, food was tasty, thanks

The food was tasty and was delivered on time. However, the quantity appears to have reduced and it is starting to feel not value for money.

My chicken burger was squashed and the chicken wings tasted reheated. Very disappointing after previously been happy with the previous order.

We liked the service by him so much and thought he was such a brilliant example of being kind, courteous, helpful that we wrote this review. I ordered a chicken fillet burger but turns out it’s a strip burger very poor… the chicken wings wear disgusting soggy no flavour at all had 1 bite and threw them away.. the only thing I finished was the chips and drink and for a chicken shop that can’t run

The driver was great! One my favorite the Sam's. U can see my order history more than 60 times im ordered in Hendon. One of the most dry chicken burger ever have. They pressed a whole burger to pancake size. No enough sauce. I love sams's but this store is bad quality!

Really like the wings here, they’re not overly greasy or spicy

Burger had barely any cheese and next to no salad - didn’t look like the advertised photo at all. Disappointing

The customer service in this shop is PERFECT. These guys are super welcoming!! The chips (with peri salt) are probably the best I've ever had. The only downer is that, if you are ordering half grilled chicken, you can't ask for both legs. Other than that, this place is as good as gold 👌🏽

In all the years that I've ordered from Sam's Chicken they've never disappointed... Until today. Although the chicken and delivery was great, as always, unfortunately they did not deliver the fries I ordered and paid for.

The food was really good but unfortunately the burgers were cold when we received it which was a bit strange as the rest of the food was good.

Chips nice as usual, 1/4 chicken was decent but the bbq wings were abit tired, didn’t even finish it

The fries were undercooked and only had spicy salt on half. The Burger was good, and Peri Chicken tasted old.
