The time kept changing then I only recived half my order . Not very happy

Drink was delivered leaking and destroyed whole order

you forgot the sweet and sour sauce that we paid for

Waited for food and followed courier on app but it was cold when it arrived so must’ve been cold when it left the restaurant as I’m only ten mins away.

Ive order large mc crispy but received medium one

Two happy meals missing and I had to pay delivery again for the missing items. Out of order to say the least.

Once again made my order and the driver marked this as delivered when it didn’t even come to my address!

We didn't recieve our two large fries.

Both drinks completely empty and spilled out in the bag.

I have a problem, all the time when I order coffee, not even once do they put me in sugar and Wood stick, can you do something in this case, this is not normal. Thank you, all the rest was good.

Freezing cold and dry as anything

Salad had no bacon, no toy with happy meal, banana milkshake had hints of chocolate

My food came earlier than expected so even better! Really enjoyed it too.

the courier seemed to be taking a lot of detours prob dropping off other deliveries amazingly the food was still warm enough when arrived and milkshake still nice and cold so I'm happy thanks

Food was terrible, chicken wrap despite ordering with NO chilli relish, was covered in it, Chicken was over cooked, making the whole thing uneatable. Missing item, I'm baffled by how a restaurant can get such a small order so WRONG!!

Disgraceful service and no ability to cancel after 1 hour no update on where it is. I could walk round there and get it quicker!!! Had to order from another McDonald’s after an hour of waiting…eventually this order came well after 90 mins and there is no way to cancel which is ridiculous. No way I should pay for this

3 1/2 hours for the food to be delivered. I went to Asda wallington and had the food there awful service. I would like a full refund not a credit

the driver was on video call to his friends and showing them my door number and in side my house

recieved drinks that were spilt into the mcflurries making them watery and inedible, one of the staff had also thrown sauce pots into the bag landing in the mcflurries... still waiting for refund.

Awful, no idea why I keep trying this store again and again. Dry burger, looks old extremely bad quality. Food is cold, as usual half a portion of chips given. Rubbish.

The food was cold! The chips were so cold, I suspect they were cold when packed. The nuggets were luke warm and just about edible. Interestingly, the hot chocolate was piping hot and I suspect was freshly made before the order was dispatched

I ordered hot chocolate x 2 large cups but what was delivered was warm brown water. No chocolate content at all it was in drinkable.

The app is screwed I order again against a £22 order and it didn’t do anything but add two hash browns. I can accept I didn’t check but I should not have to £3.50 for 2 has browns that are cold when they arrive just adds insult to injury. Uber eats are going to get a lot more of my business unless you offer the delivery charge back.

Absolutely awful , meant to be delivered at 17:45pm didn't come till 18:45pm , rang store at 18:00pm for them today that the delivery driver has submitted that it was delivered even though the food was still at the store , only thing that was spot on was the woman on the phone who was able to sort another driver for my order

All food stone cold on arrival. Dinner ruined. Ridiculous prep time and driver going around in circles for ages so everything completely cold on arrival. Refund requsted please. Will never use that restaurant again.

Ordered online, only 2 burger and 2 chips turnt up when order 4 of each!! When i rung them to ask where the rest of the food was the woman bluntly said 'complain on the app bye'. Very rude and unprofessional.

None of my order was there . There was ment to be 3 meals there was only 1 meal and it was the wrong meal now just eat are saying they can not refund me as i gave the code to the delivery driver meaning its a successful delivery but the items wrong

The label on the food said it was prepared at 7:10pm, not delivered until 8pm, even the two lates were cold and undrinkable. Had to order a meal from Uber eats to replace this order. Fries and burger went in the bin and drinks down the sink.
