McDonald's in Sutton

Ordered online, only 2 burger and 2 chips turnt up when order 4 of each!! When i rung them to ask where the rest of the food was the woman bluntly said 'complain on the app bye'. Very rude and unprofessional.

Everything looks good but was cold when it arrived. They should put the food in a heat bag while on route to us customers

I am just complaining your staff I don’t know his name but now he is packing the delivery I am a delivery driver i got order from your store When i came to collect the order i ask to hin to gave me my order he is not responding but after 5 mins they say to me your order is not ready then i say why you didn’t tell me before then they start arguing with me. I say sorry to him but still he is taking personally the food is getting cold but they are not giving me he say to other staff members don’t give him the food then after 15 minutes they gave me the food Please encourage your staff don’t take anything personally while on working I say sorry but still he is misbehaving with me Unhappy with that guy

Did not get to eat as the coffee had spilt soaking through into the food- when delivery driver picked up the bag bottom fell out and food was floating in coffee - inedible! Compensation request with pic submitted!

Most of the food was good and the delivery was fast and well packaged but the chips were overcooked and there was an eyelash stuck to one of them, the food also wasn’t very warm

Very rude behaviour from staff .. and also i ordered few things including one fries. And they are not giving coupon which they are promoting at the moment even at the front side . If there is no coupon don’t do false promises by advertising.

Shocking customer service. Received order with missing item. Was told I’d get a refund but item was main part of the meal. Asked if I could just get it delivered… told no. Asked if I could get the delivery fee refunded to order item again.. told no. App deleted. Waiste of time and money.

Very rude customer service. I think the one who served me is manger or team leader. Definitely need some manners. I ask him is my order ready. The way replied is completely wrong. I didn’t expect kinda reply so I was shocked. I couldn’t even reply him back. Please do not do this to anyone. What is it you or your family member, would you accept that kinda rude attitude. I won’t go again.

Food arrived freezing cold, I don't understand why the delivery driver goes past the end of my road to deliver another order 15 mins away, before he comes back to me. I am literally 3 mins away from the restaurant , my food should not be cold. Every time I order from this restaurant it's the same story and i'm fed up paying you for a service that is not working

Delivered someone else’s order

It took an hour from when I ordered, it would have been quicker for me to go there. Food was stone cold, which is very normal but the chips actually look undercooked. One thing I would say is that the delivery driver apologised for the wait. I had to sit down…..as no-one ever apologises!!! Fair play to him and credit where credit is due. Overall though, very disappointing, I would say that McDonalds need to re-think their delivery methods as their food doesn’t travel well.

Big Mac arrived cold. I have taken several screen shots that show the driver missed our road first time and sat across the other side of the main road for a several minutes before working out he was heading in the wrong direction. Our food was eventually delivered cold. I have submitted a request for a refund.

I ordered my food at 2.11pm ans didn't receive it until 3.38pm. the food arrived luke warm. large fries packaged as a medium at best. no one should ever have to wait over 1 hour for their food! I'd like a refund or a credit equivalent to what I spent. I was very disappointed today.

The burgers are always thrown together, we asked for extra picklea and onions and got just a plain burger, the driver gave us the bag of drinks akwardly so they got dropped and now have half cups of drink.

Half the order didn’t arrive, when I went to the restaurant to sort out the issue the manager called me a joke and told me to get a refund through just eat. Unfortunately that advice didn’t help with my wife and daughter being hungry and thirsty.

Horrible, the food arrived over 90 minutes late and was cold when it eventually arrived. I ordered for the new chicken Big Mac and it had that label on the box but then I opened it to find a normal Big Mac extremely disappointed and I expect better. I hope that this is read and looked into

i ordered a large double patti quarter pounder deluxe meal and recieved a single patti deluxe instead. We also did not not get the dips or straw.

No stars never revived my order is not the first time this is happened l think your need to train your staff leaning off the streets when it not. Delivered we have to then wait five days for you to reimburse our account if we get it at all.

Good Sri Lankan food take away. The only issue I have is that they get through massive amounts of plastic containers every day and most of them are black plastic which is difficult to recycle so disappointed
