Kokoro in Sutton

Primera vez que ordeno. Entrega rápida. Gran porción de pollo y un montón de arroz. Realmente sabroso y hecho para dos comidas. Muy buena calidad y lo recomendaría.

Ambiente agradable y la mejor cocina japonesa. El mejor lugar de reunión para los miembros de la familia. Totalmente satisfecho con el servicio al cliente.

Terrible customer service the Chinese lady just rush to make the order. Make wrong size, suppose to be large and she make medium . Also the wrong food. I ask if this is what I order and she said yes I made by myself! When I'm back home check the food completed wrong. She need to be more humble and also pay attention on what the costumer like to order. I'm no allergic for slice food but what's happening if I'm allergic? Very unprofessional!

Do they employ rude idiots here? I rang to make an order tonight (6 Jan., 2024) “for collection”, and the stupid girl said (twice) that she didn’t know what “collection” meant! How unbelievable for a take-away restaurant! When I asked if she was “taking the p1ss”, she started giggling and said “yes”. Then I could hear her workmates laughing too. Such a great way to treat potential clients! So give this place a miss, unless you enjoy sloppy buttheads taking the p1ss out of you.

What can I say? It is Kokoro. Standard Korean/Japanese takeaway food. I have been here several times in the past. One note, if you ask for Beef Bulggogi and they don't have it but say their Korean Beef Stew is the same, don''t believe it. It is NOT!

Was extremely happy with my Deliveroo order. Ordered chicken katsu curry with rice since it seemed to be popular amongst other reviewers. So glad I did! Delicious chicken and a pleasant curry. Large portion size too, couldn't finish it in one sitting. The meal was a bit pricey but given the taste & portion size, would definitely order from Kokoro again. Also they gave me free dumplings as a first customer so that was a nice surprise.

I was a big fan of Kokoro however their 'Spicy Pork' no longer has any dried chillis in it so the name is misleading. I recognise not everyone likes spicy food, but they have 9 other sweet and non-spicy dishes, surely one dish that isn't so sweet and has a bit of heat to it isn't too much to ask for? The last thing they needed was another sweet and bland dish. I won't be going anymore.

Have ordered & purchased from Sutton so many times with no problems. Ordered today on Deliveroo (as still social distancing/ shielding) and order was simply left on my neighbour’s doorstep. I got no call from delivery driver. I started worrying when the Deliveroo site said my order had been delivered! Luckily my neighbour was at home (and walked to my house with my food) as I would not know where my food was! By the time we ate it food was cold. Not happy

Just did a Deliveroo for my family and received a little free bag of gyozas with a “thank you” note written on it. This warmed my heart so much, thank you guys for feeding us during these times . The food was perfect, the portion was HUGE and the quality was amazing. will be ordering again!

I ordered from Deliveroo yesterday. I really like Kokoro and have never usually had an issue.. However yesteday not only did my food come cold, but it also had glass in it. Pictures below. Luckily after being seen at the hospital I didn't swollow any glass but please becareful when ordering from here.

The service is very quick, and the choice of dishes is quite good too. Great portion size and quite tasty. Would recommend if yr shopping in Sutton

Not places in Sutton to go for good food in Sutton on the go. Its not the best branch I've been to but I think it might be due to the location. The maki avocados is my favorite.

Best Japanese style in the area with cheap, fast and quality food. Friendly staff good for a quick bite or fast take away.

If you fancy a quick meal, here's the place. The prices see reasonable and a good variety of meals. But these locations are small with not a large seating area, but most customers tend to take away.. Worth trying this, there are a few around, I have only been to Sutton and Croydon branches, both are good.

My dad had the spicy pork and after two mouthfuls his eyes were streaming. He's great with spicy food too, he'll happily quaff vindaloo curries and nibble on scotch bonnets but this pork was apparently 'by far' the spiciest thing he'd ever eaten, even mixed with the rice it was inedible. He even tried putting it in a sieve and rinsing it with water but it remained, as he put it, "not even food".I assume it's not normally that hot and the chef made a mistake but that was just crazy. The rest of the food we ordered was pretty spicy but not unpleasantly so. Tread carefully!

Me sorprendo al recibir un servicio muy lento, teniendo en cuenta que yo era el segundo cliente para ser servido. !He pedido grandes katsu curry y recibido menos de una pequeña porción de Kokoro Wimbledon.Me sentí como si pagamos £6. 75 por un plato de arroz ya que no había suficiente pollo y también la comida estaba fría. Esto podría ser que ut no era la hora de comer y no quieres cocinar comida ya, así que fue decepcionante.

Este lugar siempre parece ocupado, así que sentimos que debíamos dar una oportunidad. Una dulce y picante de pollo, uno chili de tofu y una bebida era de £11. Ambos eran bastante picante que nos encantó, no puedo soportar cuando un restaurante peleles y tonos.El lado negativo, no es el más limpio, no sucio, pero sabes a lo que me refiero. Probablemente es mejor como un lugar de almuerzo para llevar, sin duda volveremos.

Kokoro es una revelación. Entré a los aromas de comida deliciosa. Si te gusta la comida picante, entonces usted debe probar su picante de pollo, que tiene una opción para ser servido con arroz o fideos. Tuve con fideos y me quedé impresionado por sus sabores picantes! Era tan sabroso y excelentes para probar. Mucho mejor que cualquier fideos había comido antes en cualquier restaurante. También hay una de sus gyozas muy buena relación calidad-precio. Hay pocas mesas y sillas si desea un bocado rápido. No así para llevar. El servicio es profesional y de la policía. Si necesitas un recibo de su orden, luego deje que el servidor sepa antes de pagar. Yo se lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Been living in Sutton for 18 months and wished I had discovered Kokoro sooner. I bought a section of sushi and dumplings. They were all very fresh and tasty. Will definitely go back and try some of the hot dishes.

Average want to be Japanese hot and cold food, if you have wasabi or itsu available, probably try them instead.

Been in here a couple of times and the quality of the food has always been on point. Food is pretty cheap as well. Will be back.

Not tried the sushi but if the katsu curry or spicy pork is anything to go by, it's likely to be superb. Prices excellent too.

I usually have a take away from Kokoro. The food is fresh and always have a nice selection. Good value for the price.

Good tasty, hot and cold Japanese food in the heart of Sutton High-street. The service is very efficient and the staff are welcoming. Would highly recommend eating here if you are out an about in Sutton.
