Harvester The Plough in Sutton

Really disappointed at our visit this evening. The menu has changed, all of my families favourites are gone and the replacements are poor and not a patch on the previous menu. My son was almost in tears as he didn't like the new options when he tried them. My jacket potato was grey inside and was inedible. The prices have gone up a lot and the portions were smaller. We won't be returning to a Harvester any time soon, which is a shame because it has always been a place my family has loved to visit.

Sophie was amazing and the food was great. Highly recommend the new menu, tacos are lovely and the new corn bread bites. Will be back x

My son and myself had a pleasant meal and the staff were fine, but a few days after the meal, I received a parking fine from Euro Car Parks. I appealed the fine and attempted to upload the receipt for the meal. I wasn't sure if I had done so successfully, and requested if they had not received it ( the upload of the receipt for the meal) to let me know (by phone or email) and I would send a copy by post. I heard nothing until some time later, when I received an email stating the appeal had been rejected and to pay the fine of £50 within 14 days, or it would increase to £100. I am very disappointed that Harvester use this company to oversee the car park, who deal with my appeal in such a heavy handed and impersonal manner. When you encounter this type of problem, it certainly puts you off of retuning.

Waitress didn’t have patience. It felt like we had to repeat ourselves several times to place our orders. I have been eating in the Harvester for over 25 years. We waited 30 minutes for drinks then another 25 minutes for our food. Food was cold, menu change means signature starter of cracks k prawns is gone and replaced with deep fried shrimp tails what you can buy from any supermarket. Disappointing!!!!! Manager just charged for drinks but his introduction of what’s the problem was unprofessional. Then when I said I have been coming here for over 25 years he responded with “things change”. This is a clear example of over promising and huge under delivering in customer service. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK-EVER

Excellent! Wonderful warm ambience and lovely welcome from Hayley and Sophie who were attentive, caring, helpful and thoughtful. The food was cooked to perfection, delicious and well presented. Definitely on my list to return soon….highly recommended!

We had such a wholesome night at the harvester thanks to our gorgeous and funny waiter paolo. at least i thought his name is Paulo, but if i got it wrong this is the description of him_ a white man, slim build, moustache. and the food was good too

Sadly this place seems to decline every time I review. If the kids didnt like it so much i think id have given up.Recently refurbished so it does have a good atmosphere. Sadly that's the only positive. The salad bar options have decreased. It's now very dry pasta and strangely coloured slaw. My half chicken was replaced with half a sparrow made to look worse by the over sized plate. I miss the days where the portions here would have filled that plate. Desserts were good but clearly padded out with the whipped cream. When it came to paying the waiter entered the tip I offered rather than giving the machine to me then gave me the machine without allowing me to check the amount so I didn't know what I was paying.

Lovely place with fantastic Polish Manager. We came there for a family dinner. The food was delicious and hot, meat was really and really yummy.

Went with the family for a casual dinner. Service was very good and our server Matt was lovely. Food was good but something was cold but this was immediately resolved . We thoroughly enjoyed our meal

Very good food! I recommend you coming here, the food is good quality and quantity for cheap and low price's. The restaurant is very clean and hygienic and the staff are polite.

Nice modern and recently refurbished decor and layout. Has free parking, good variety of options, deals and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing and plentiful. Good choice of free salad bar, you can buy any of the sauces also. Our server Abdi was very professional and pleasant.

Went here for a birthday meal, we hadn't booked in advance, however, we were seated straight away. I told the waitress I had a voucher for a birthday meal and she said it was fine, just to order what we wanted off the menu and the cheapest meal would be free. Sophie, our waitress was both friendly and chatty, which made for a pleasant change. We both liked the fact that she found time to talk to us. Our meals were both hot and tasty, Sophie did a call back and wished me a happy birthday and also enquired as to whether I was having a good day. We finished our meals and didn't have room for dessert. Sophie had a different idea, she came out with a small ice-cream decorated fudge pieces and mini marshmallows, with a candle in the top, Sophie even sang happy birthday to me along with my daughter. Thank you for helping to make my birthday special, you are a waitress in a million.

Very average and mediocre service. You can revamp a place but if you continue dishing up average to poor food and average service the revamp wasn't worth it. Dirty fries don't bother Glass of wine with lipstick (not mine) Glass of water - warm glass equals warm water Music too loud Pea's mushroom (half) and tomato (half) why bother -terrible Wrap looked anaemic and unappealing Salad bar - not as good as it use to be.. Steak - lovely

19th of February . Went for daughters 40th birthday. Took 30 minutes just to be served. Then another 20 minutes just to get drinks. Salad bowls were dirty and salad cart not stocked up properly. When dinners arrived we had to ask for steak knives and then we were told there was no jacket potatoes. A bit late to tell us once the meal was being served. And another meal had no chips. Very poor. Took another 30 minutes to get deserts . And when they arrived they had melted and were dripping all over the table. Where they had been left at the counter for so long. Awful awful, I took my 3 grandchildren as a treat, waited over 30 mins to order, they brought bowls for salad & everyone of them was filthy as was the cutlery, when I mentioned this to waitress she didn’t seem too bothered she then brought more bowls again filthy. I went to the salad bar the lettuce was going brown and all the other salad items needed filling. Our food arrived after another long wait my grandchildren order the mini burgers omg they were so dry & cold I think they had a couple of mouthfuls, my meal also warm & not at all appetising. I complained to the manager who was very apologetic, I also said I am not paying the bill to that it was like he didn’t really cared & said fine. I have never seen the restaurant so busy, I do think they were very understaffed & couldn’t cope with the volume of customers. Such a shame harvester always provided good food & service.

Ness our server was fantastic, bubbly chatty and really friendly. Restaurant is beautiful and the food was spot on .. best meal in a long time

What a shame. Restaurant has been refurbished nicely. We booked a table for a late breakfast at 11. Waited until 11.35 for a coffee and until 11.55 to receive our food. Not asked if we would like more drinks. Service was dreadfully slow. Food generally ok but eggs Benedict overcooked with no runny middles. We will not be returning.

My wife and I visited for lunch on Friday afternoon. I have not been to a harvester for years but I always remember them being good value for money and a lot of choice. Unfortunately not anymore. They had no chicken and therefore all the combo meals were unavailable and they also ran out of jacket’s potatoes! The food we ordered was very average but also expensive. Won’t be rushing back!!

Wow!! How amazing does the new place look!! Beautiful refurbishment, felt very homely and modern while modern to, someone please tell me where you got the mirrors and plants from..? Hayley looked after us this evening, she was amazing and really made us feel welcome, when asked on her recommendation between sauces for the ribs, which were amazing might I add, she really knew her stuff to best describe the flavours for each one. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ness as well who came to make sure we was all enjoying our evening, both ladies are an amazing credit to your business and they really made the evening one I really didn’t want to end. I will defiantly be coming back and hope to be seated where we will be looked after by these two beautiful ladies.

Has reopened after redecoration and looks great! Salad was fresh and our meals were huge, cooked to perfection and very enjoyable. Jackie our waitress was friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to going again.

I'd like to personally thank the manager Chantell for organising my dad's 51st birthday. Despite the circumstances of a pandemic, she made it very special and appointed an excellent waiter for us called Gary! Gary was absolutely attentive (despite having a lot of other tables to attend to), he gave us exceptional customer service and assisted us with our every request! Chantell and Gary are an amazing asset to the company and truly understand the value of customer service! Thank you for making my father's 51st birthday memorable!

We booked for dinner via the app which was very easy to do. Arrived & greeted by James, who checked our car in, explained the protocol for the salad bar, then showed us to our table. We ordered drinks then were invited by our waiter to the salad bar. Our waiter put the salad you wanted into your bowl, then took it to our table. He also asked if you wanted rolls & brought these to the table too. An excellent practice to comply with the Covid safety measures. Onto mains. 2 of us opted for the 3 course festive menu & 2 of us went for the 2 course festive menu. Starters chosen were the cheesy mushrooms & buttermilk chicken. Both dishes were lovely. Mains ordered were the turkey roast, with all the trimmings, full rack of ribs, chips & coleslaw, the dirty burger with chips & coleslaw & the 10oz sirloin steak with chips. All dishes were cooked to perfection. Desserts chosen included Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, Baileys profiteroles with ice cream & the billionaires bar with ice cream - a great way to end our meal. Needless to say we all walked away very satisfied when we left. Thanks for a great evening Team Harvester. Will be back soon.

We arrived at the Harvester early for our 2030 booking. The man greeting us at the door gave us a run down of the current COVID related procedures to follow and were then shown to our table . We sat down and waited at least half hour , while a server literally sped past us to all other tables to attend to their requests . It felt like he was deliberately ignoring us. In the end my Dad got up to speak to one of the staff- we had noticed that they were clearing things away from the salad buffet.Eventually, a friendly server came by and apologised for the lack of service , and promptly took our orders and sent for another server to escort us to the salad bar. The server that was sent was abrupt and a little rude. We got drinks and starters and then waited for the main meal. I had ordered a meal with steak as did my Mum and when the mains arrived , the server informed me that the meal he put in front of me was “non well done”and he put the well done meal in front of my mum. The opposite was true but he left by that time. The taking of the payment was very prompt compared to everything else that evening, due to the current COVID closing times - overall the end of the meal was better than the rest of the evening.

We ate at this Harvester as the other one to us was unfortunately busy and now we know why this was easy to book, the service was appalling. So offered unlimited salad, but allowed up once and although asked to go again, still waiting. Unlimited drink, yep still waiting for that, asked for bill, yep hang on so we waited. And alas we were not only ones, table next to us asked for a napkin and waited and when asked again it was actually in a drawer right next to server. The actual food was good but badly let down by service so on tonight’s performance if you got time to kill would recommend if not then go to Harvester at The George

Booked breakfast at the Harvester for this morning, to take advantage of the EOTHO government scheme. We checked in & were shown to our table. We all reviewed our order options & our waiter then came over to take our orders. Our waitress then came over with the cutlery & condiments & asked us to follow her to the breakfast bar area where we could then choose from the good choice of cereals, yogurts & toppings. Our waitress also took our toast order & brought this to our table with a selection of jams. 2 of us had the unlimited breakfast & drinks, 1 ordered the classic breakfast & 1 had eggs Benedict. Really nice filling food. Ample fruit juice, coffee & tea & regularly asked whether we wanted top ups along the way. All in all, a great way to start our day. Thank you Team Harvester. Will be back soon.

Couldn't fault our experience - new regime in place for covid whereby the waiters select your salad - it Lal went smoothly and our food was served quickly. Restaurant (although full) was well distanced to comply with social distancing. Only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be the use of paper menus that includes a list of the salad items (could be a portable chalk board) rather than your whole table crowding at the salad bar (I imagine this would apply for all harvesters)

The first thing we noticed was that the staff was not wearing masks. Neither did they appear to keep a distance from us. Our waiter explained the new regime but was not friendly. When he brought the salad bar bowls he had his thumb on the inside of it. Our food was barely average. My husband's onion ring was soaked in fat, my granddaughter's scrambled egg was dry as was my chicken and jacket potato. On a more positive note, we noticed that a used tabel was cleaned after each customer and there was sanitiser at the entrance. I do wonder why our table was sticky though. Sorry, but we will not be returning any time soon.

I arrived at this restaurant early in the evening, I appreciate that it was 50% off and busy but this does not excuse even slightly what I experienced. I have never felt so compelled to write a review!I was greeted by an old man, he had clearly had a bad day, he was very abrupt and miserable. His appearance was awful and he stank I understand that it was quite hot but no excuse for that kind of mess. I asked for a table for four people just to be told “we haven’t got any”, no apology or smile.Well, I’m glad there were no tables available! I needed the toilet and had a quick look around the restaurant, there were tables covered in dirty plates, the waiters were running round like blue arsed flies clearly having a hard time coping with the demands. I have used this harvester previously and have always found the staff to be pretty good. This has completely changed my opinion of the place I will not be going back there I’ll use the next closest one

I have only given this good rating because of out waiter,We had a young boy named charlie, such a nice polite boy but please give this guy a break, a holiday or a payrise!He waited on us aswel what looked to be about 5 other tables where as there were about 4 other waitresses that seemed to have 1 table each, the poor boy had to serve salad cart, refill drinks and serve food to everyone, he did not get a minutes peace, he looked hot, stressed but still he was nice, kind and polite and done all we asked, our food came quickly but we had to wait a long time for everything else, the food was ok and the mon-wed discount was good but had we had any other waiter we would have probably complained but this boy was rushed off his feet.Please acknowledge what a good staff member you have but share out the tables equally as this was clearly unfair

I came to the harvester to have a meal out with my family, our waiter was a young boy called Charlie. We could see he had quite a few tables on his own, bearing in mind he had to take orders, bring food, do our salad cart, keep refilling our drinks etc. You could see he was working so hard and still gave lovely service. Food was also nice, overall good experience.

I came to the plough with my family for a meal last week. What can I say, those poor staff, they are run ragged, I thought slavery was illegal. Our waiter was polite enough but you could see the toll the hard work was taking, there just isn't enough staff, I am tempted to go to the council or papers about this because it shouldn't be allowed. The food was OK though we waited ages for service but that's not the staffs fault

Dreadful, no organisation, empty plates left on table for over 25 minutes, only removed and dessert menus provided after we went and asked a member of staff. Drinks order was forgotten and took 2 different staff members before we finally recieved them... Asked for straws... Never arrived. On the plus side. Food was alright, rotisserie chicken was a bit dry.

We booked fairly last minute and were lucky to get a table as the rest of the night was fully booked. We were greeted by a lovely manager who apologised that there was a slight wait and asked us to grab a drink in the bar while we waited for our table, which we were more than happy to do, and within 5 minutes we were shown to our table. Tracey was our server for the evening and despite it being extremely busy we couldn’t fault her service. Promptly took our order, we had the set menu - the full rack of ribs were delicious, Tracey even managed to check back during our meals, impressive with the amount of people in the restaurant. Tracey is an asset to the team at the Plough Harvester and we hope she gets the appreciation she deserves, we would definitely return! Thank you for a lovely Tuesday evening x

It's not michelin star but it's good value tasty food, they have an extensive menu catering for variety of diet including some tasty vegan options. Id recommend going at less busy times as service/food can get a little hit and miss when it's too rushed. When it's quiet the food is hot, salad cart stocked and fresh and service great.

Went recently for brother-in-laws birthday as a group of 7 + baby, was seated easily and the food was fine. However, a few days later received a parking notice of £85.I'm aware some restaurants have a little tablet asking for number plates to be entered, but I didn't see this - and no member of staff pointed it out/asked about the parking which is what I would expect if there are parking restrictions in place.The parking fine came to about the same price as the meal, so definitely won't be returning to this harvester again.

We have visited here twice recently, once on Christmas day and once in February. Both times we have been impressed with the food as well as the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. However both times our meal has been spoilt by loud chavs sitting near us, shouting, swearing and allowing their children to shout and run around. So sadly we have decided not to visit again. Shame, but the restaurant cannot help its clientele.

I booked a table for 4 at The Harvester for dinner, via the app. We were shown to our table, which was opposite the salad bar & the open cooking area. Our waiter then took our drink & meal orders. We all went for the great value 2 course evening menu for £12.99 each & of course tucked into the well stocked salad bar & warm rolls as well. 2 of us chose starters, nachos & buttermilk fried chicken. Both dishes were very good. Our mains chosen were the bbq chicken stack, fries & corn, the bbq burger & fries x2 & fish & chips. All main courses were served hot & were delicious. 2 of us then chose dessert, The rocky horror sundae. These were yummy. After paying, we left the restaurant very full & content. We were booked on a Saturday at 4.30 pm. I haven't been to a Harvester for years but I found it to be really good value with good portions of hot food, I had the bacon burger with fries and of course the fabulous unlimited salad and bread rolls. Its great for kids and we were surprised how reasonable our bill was. Would definitely return. However a small downside was that the car park at the rear was very poorly lit when we left.

Start with the positives food was lovely and hot and for the first time in a while the rolls were HOT!!! However when we first arrived and sat in the bar area there were 3 members of staff there and you could hear them talking about previous customers which was a little rude, then service we recieved at the table was awful she would be mid conversation with us and then start chatting to customers she knew, you could tell she didn't want to be there. My son had gone large with his portion of chips however when they came out he had the same portion as everyone else when I asked her she replied with 'well i dont know I'll have to get you some more if your not happy' a little rudeness in her voice! We purchased refill drinks at the bar and then when we went to refill the machine had hardly anything to choose from it would have been nice to have the heads up on this as we probably wouldn't have purchased. Toilets were not clean and to top it off we could see 2 members of staff having an argument from where we were sitting which wasnt great for us but we had 4 kids with us. We go to the plough a lot however after this visit we probably wont come back which is sad.

Stopped off here for a bite. Staff were very friendly and polite. We ordered from the two/three course menu. £8.99 or £10.99.The starter of nachos was a little disappointing in that the bowl was even smaller than the salad bowel. The cheese had not been melted evenly probably due to the bowel.We both had the scampi this was fresh and hot. Bit tight on the mushy peas portion.Don't get caught out by the private car park rip off merchants and put your vehicle registration in their computer.

I think title says it all. Salad Bar ( once topped up) was really good. Main meal was very average chicken was moist enough but very small portion, jacket was nuked and floppy and it takes real skill to make runner beans, peas and carrots so bad. Everlasting Pepsi came in handy. Service was ok but interestingly the waitress never asked if food was ok.

Family friendly place to enjoy a great meat platter. We always go to harvester and enjoy the food and the service. In this special location you wont regret your visit as everyone is lovely and the management team just "spot on" we will come back

Visited on New Years day for dinner. Had prebooked via the Harvester app which was very easy. Had a nice table allocated for our meal. Our order consisted of a true blue burger, a bbq burger, bbq chicken stack & 2 tapas dishes, nachos with pulled pork & breaded mushrooms. All food was really tasty & we also helped ourselves to the well stocked salad cart & bread rolls. 3 of our group had unlimited soft drinks & 1 had a Bulmers cider.Finished off with a rocky horror sundae & a chocolate orange slice, with ice cream. Great food. Great service.

Went here with 19 members of my family for a xmas catch up,was amazing I had ancho steak along with 3 others was outstanding as was the service from our server Gary who I give six stars

We had a group of 12, last night. It was perfect, the staff looked after all of us, even the fussy eater! Well done, we will be back again soon.

We had a great meal for my husband's birthday. The waitress debbie was excellent and really made the evening special.

Staff are lovely and friendly, but the quality of the food isn't that great. Went for the sirloin steak which was tough, chewy, and cutting through lots of tendons. Felt like eating a bad quality rump steak

Good to know that the manager valued our custom by fitting us in around prior bookings. Observed the balance of service in restaurant and take away service. Staff attentive and interactive. Food lovely. No room for puddings on this occasion.

Visited The Plough today and we were served by Debbie what a star. Warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. Debbie really knew the menu and recomended a delicious spicy steak dish. Thanks for adding to our evening. To the manager, I recommend a pay rise for Debbie.

We popped in for lunch - I love the Harvester Thousand Island dressing on a pile of salad!

We always get excellent service at our local Harvester and today was no different. We were served by Debbie, who was really friendly, fast and helpful. The food was really good too, with lots of vegetarian options to choose from. will be back soon!

I received a £85 pound parking fine for parking I the their car park. While they might say there are signs it sure was not obvious. I have never in all my years of experience in catering heard of a pub car park issuing parking tickets. I don’t even understand what the problem is why couldn’t I park there? I saw nothing to indicate I couldn’t. It’s absolutely outrageous. I will definitely be taking this matter further.

We had an amazing meal at the havester it made it such a pleasant experience by out waitress debbie she attend to our every need and more she was extremely amazing with our children as our little girl was having a moment would definitely be back and recommend and we hope we get debbie again

Went here for the first time to celebrate a family birthday and it'll be the last.

The whole place looked horrible. Where we were seated it was disgusting. The seats were wore so much, all dirty, walls were brown, windows probably cleaned once a week.. Floor.. we had to clean our cutlery ourselves too.. we stayed because we were super hungry and we are not locals. We still thought that maybe food would be nice. My fish probably weren't wven cooked properly. Peas weŕe tasteless. It's like they boiled those from a can in water for a while ... My brother didn't even finish half of his burger ... left so much. I did complain to the lady. Not way through as it was so hard to get anyone's attention there.

Went to this place yesterday wife my wife for our evening meal. we were put in a corner table, it was cramped and we did not have much room, right next to the cash register and where the rushed staff congregate. i had to summon a member of staff for service. simple order fish and chips for me, salmon for my wife, lemonade and orange juice.

We went here as an unscheduled visit which meant we had not booked the guy working front of house told us it would be an hour wait so we waited. However it got to over an hour and when we questioned our table there wasn't one ready so he asked if we would sit on 2 separate tables which was fine for us the services was amazing they were so apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant meal which we did. Massive top always book before you go Harvester don't just turn up unless you want to wait.

I only just moved back to Sutton and thought I'd take a mate for a drink at the Harvester. As much as I wanted to leave a good review as the lady that served me was very sweet as we chatted about all the different gin they had it didn't take long for Euro (scam) Car Parks to send me a NOTICE for 85 pounds. No where in the WORLD in a restaurant, pub or establishment car park, have I thought it necessary to take much notice to see whether or not I need to check for parking meters or notices for parking 'illegally' (it's a pub car park for crying out loud, where else am I going to park) or anything really other than hoping to get a seat at the bar and decide what beer to get. That's it. So unfortunately, the 85 quid I could have spent at another outing at the Harvester now has to go to the bank account of some cowboy parking firm.

Sadly this place really seems to have gone downhill. We stood at the desk waiting to be seated for ages while staff just stood around chatting although they had seen us. One eventually wandered over and seated us. The restaurant was virtually empty. We waited ages for our drinks to come and to place our food order. Staff still just standing around chatting. After we had placed our order we must have waited about half an hour for our food. Not really acceptable when there were hardly any customers. The food was ok,nothing special, the jacket potatoes had clearly been hot held for a while, hard on the outside and starting to go brown on the inside, the peas had seen better days too.

I always dial down my expectations when visiting a Harvester. The Plough failed to live up to the low bar. From the hazard tape on the floor, to the food being left to bake dry under the heat lamps to the toilets which did not appear to have had any recent cleaning attention. The service was slow, but the was explained up front by our server owing to one of the team being off sick. Unless you're set on visiting a Harvester, I can't recommend.

7 of us in the group, booked online for 2:30pm and got a table for 2:45..with 6 place settings!! ordered drinks from the table and a jug of water.. water turned up after 1 hour in a plastic kitchen type jug. Ordered fish and chips, there was more burnt crusty batter than fish so sent it back, waited another 30 mins for another fish and this time the fish was really chewy and was on a plate with the wrong sides that were ordered. Best bit about the entire experience was the chocolate orange slice with ice cream. Overall spend just over 3 hours here as service was very slow.

The staff member serving us (Debbie) was friendly and the service was quick, the food was cooked properly and tasted great and not greasy

Food was tasty, the usual staples been here 3times in last 4months only let down is long wait for food and short on staff.

Great food served by Debbie our friendly and helpful waitress. Perfect for a quick meal the evening before our 15 mile Charity walk!

I came to eat in here yesterday and they were very busy but Kieran managed to switch things around and find us a seat. He then was our waiter and couldn't have asked for better service.Our food was really nice and am pleased with how professional and hard working the staff were.

Our waiter today was a charming young man who went out of his way to ensure a lovely lunch. Food was delicious and our Camembert Tarts were cooked to perfection! Will definitely be coming back.

Our waiter, Kieran, was very friendly but professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were rather busy, so there was a bit of a wait in getting our food, but that is expected when a place is busy. We will certainly return.

We had a lovely meal out as a group of friends! We go regularly to Harvester, and we always have a nice time, with good priced food and a nice family atmosphere! Kieran was our waiter, and he was so friendly, attentive and just super nice! :)

Our boys took me and their mum for a mothers day meal...….. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, drinks were reasonable and the service from the lovely Mel was TOP DRAW. Steaks were to die for and the chips were simply the best...…. We shall return real soon......….LOVELY JUBBLY and THANK YOU Mel for the brilliant ''service with a smile''...… nice one.

I'll try and keep brief. Attended this restaurant on 21/03/19 for meal with wife and 3 kids. Been here numerous times. Ok meal. Poor service. No idea about new car parking rules. Was never asked for vehicle details. Received parking ticket this morning. Kept being cut off on phone to restaurant so drove 4 miles there. Spoke with senior male in blue shirt who took my ticket and wrote please cancel on it. Inasked him for his name to which a brief argument took place. I explained it was for continuity as the ticket was in my name and he was taking it.

Brilliant service 5 stars big up to Mel who we love almost as much as the ribs. Bacon bites and sweetcorn, such a great starter (Liam Special) WE LOVE MEL.
