I will never order from here again. food was cold. The 12 chips looked like they had been cooked and hour ago! KFC has gone down hill badly!

Delivery was pushed back 30 minutes and all the food was cold.

Driver went to deliver to others before me. Food stone cold. This is the couriers fault..the restaurant is only down the road and I've never waited this long. Driver also turned off his navigation. Shame on you. Waiting to get refunded.

Food arrived on time by the rider but was stone cold and poorly prepared… I had to heat it up in the microwave to make it even edible.. this wasn’t the riders fault, it was bought directly from KFC to me in good time.. it’s the fault of KFC wallington.

kfc late, food was cold chips soggy..so.late that the food was made hot but the heat and steam made the bag it arrived in pretty damp...

Ordered from Just eat and order never arrived. When we rang KFC they mentioned their responsibility is over once driver collects the order and that they do not have any contact with driver once food leaves their premises. Raised the concern with Just eat who say KFC confirms that driver delivered food to correct address as code was correct. Really? If their responsibility is over once food leaves their premises and they couldn’t connect us to the driver how were they able to confirm to Just eat that the driver received the correct code? This is ridiculous, just eat and KFC left us waiting for food which never arrived neither did JUST EAT refund our order. KFC got their money without delivering food to us and JUST EAT got their money - customer care doesn’t matter to either of them. Just eat even managed to remove that order from my order list????

Order not delivered at all. When rang KFC they mentioned their part is done after driver collects order & that they are not responsible for further delivery. Just eat says KFC confirmed driver delivered the order. Money making in process.

Frozen cold food that took over half an hour to arrive. It’s fried. How can it be cold?!

Ordered in the first half of a football match, with a 20-30 minute ETA. It was actually delivered in the 6th minute of added time in the second half. The guy on the bike clearly liked like he had over estimated the 1 mile distance and was sweating like Lance Armstrong at a drugs enquiry. On top of that, he could hardly speak English to understand the code I repeated to him 3 times. Poor show from a usually reliable place

We didn't get the popcorn and no chicken breasts, not even one.

My driver collected the Oder and it said due to be delivered at 5.28 and then de drove a different route in opposite direction then stopped then eventually came to deliver at 5.38. Would should have been 3 minutes delivery time turned into 10 minutes

The store made an error by not including my drink, but the kind delivery driver returned to the store to retrieve the missing item. As a gesture of goodwill, the store also provided me with a complimentary item. I truly appreciate their efforts!

staff don't listen to your order....we ordered boneless chicken meals and we had wings in the order!!....with bones in!!...called and complained and they don,t care....really easy for us....won't use again and will tell everyone we know....hopefully they,ll close and we,ll have another shop on the high street!

please don't order from this restaurant. I don't normally leave a review, but my food was off. the Lettuce was brown and the mayo tasted off. I would give no stars if I had the chance

The order was disappointingly overcooked and the chicken skin was very hard and overfried.

The chicken in the wrap was hard - like rubber..! Food was cold. Portion was ridiculously small. (Rubbish)

WASTE OF MONEY Just ordered from their app which was delivered by deliveroo it was cold and stuff missing from my order which was a promotional 6 piece for using the app, now I have to call deliveroo to complain. Managed to get hold of someone and they told me that as it was a promo item they couldn't full fill the promo order because they ran out of chicken does that mean the shop is closed as they have no chicken, I will never use Wallington KFC again? Terrible service from KFC and deliveroo. Read your reviews and change. Otherwise, you will lose your customer's

Tower boxes were a generous size. Chicken very good. Quick delivery Only minus point would be given that I live within a mile the food was not hot but just warm, chips barely warm. The sweet chilli bites were fab.

KFC Wallington has very kind staff and really nice food. The food was cooked really quickly. And I Mean REALLY Quickly. I was astounded but we could not eat in because there were no tables at all but apart from that really good KFC chain 🍗
