staff don't listen to your order....we ordered boneless chicken meals and we had wings in the order!!....with bones in!!...called and complained and they don,t care....really easy for us....won't use again and will tell everyone we know....hopefully they,ll close and we,ll have another shop on the high street!

WASTE OF MONEY Just ordered from their app which was delivered by deliveroo it was cold and stuff missing from my order which was a promotional 6 piece for using the app, now I have to call deliveroo to complain. Managed to get hold of someone and they told me that as it was a promo item they couldn't full fill the promo order because they ran out of chicken does that mean the shop is closed as they have no chicken, I will never use Wallington KFC again? Terrible service from KFC and deliveroo. Read your reviews and change. Otherwise, you will lose your customer's

Driver delivered wrong order it wasn’t even from kfc gave him the code before he handed food over and then when we said the order was wrong he walked off laughing. Will never use just eat again.

1 hr 35 mins late. Food cold, bun rock hard, being poultry and out for that amount of time, had to bin my whole order. Disgusting! Was told by restaurant (after several attempts to get through and cut off once) that the food was out and not sure why driver didn’t deliver earlier!

Tower boxes were a generous size. Chicken very good. Quick delivery Only minus point would be given that I live within a mile the food was not hot but just warm, chips barely warm. The sweet chilli bites were fab.

17 minute wait for 3 mini wraps! Maybe mention to customers that you need to cook to order. Kinda defeats the idea of fast food.

only issue is read notes. and the buffalo burger was just a regular non spicy chicken burger. otherwise ok.

Everything hot and fresh, delivered on time. burger assembled properly and not falling apart in the box like a lot of fast food orders. Always would choose this branch of KFC

KFC Wallington has very kind staff and really nice food. The food was cooked really quickly. And I Mean REALLY Quickly. I was astounded but we could not eat in because there were no tables at all but apart from that really good KFC chain 🍗

The meant to be cold drink was next to the meant to be hot food making it cold whilst the food then made the drink warm. On top of the chicken were the smallest pieces ever which included 2 legs when you are only meant to get 1. Appalling meal and not worth close to the £12 i paid.

Appalling service, 20 minute wait time for a single meal. The store staff seemed overworked and under a lot of pressure. They were overwhelmed with large online orders so the little collection ones were getting missed. Won’t be back in a hurry.

For some reason KFC put the cold drink on top of the chips crushing them and making them freezing cold and unable to eat. Very poor and cold drink should be in a separate bag.

Did a click and collect order for my lunch break. Looked clean inside. They lady who served me greeted me with a smile upon my approacg and provided napkins without me asking and gave me the pieces i requested . Food was fast. Customer service was great.

This is my local KFC and I must say I always get great service whenever I go in particularly from Muthavi and Preksha

Completely wrong food - again!!!

I have not received my order - l have watched this driver drive round the borough for the kast hour and now he has obviously delivered to the wrong person! I order regularly fron this branch what has gone wrong - still hungry

On your receipt it say enjoy your food …………. It was from Wallington well I just ordered meal from kfc and it was vile Dry tasteless waste of money l don’t now they get away with serving rubbish like this something need to be done

Food was taken on a tour of Wallington before eventually passing the very same restaurant it was picked up from on the way to mine. Eventually arriving cold which was probably helped with the rider bag already unzipped and open before getting off the bike. I done using justeat now. This has happened every time with passed few orders recently with money just wasted.

Refused to serve me the chicken pieces I requested like I do without any problems at any other KFC and this one previously even though they said they had the pieces but not enough of them. Asia the the team leader walked away from me and sent out Sadia (whos name I got from another colleague of hers because she refused to give it to me and was not wearing a name badge) who was also rude to me and said I have to wait 40 mins. I am sure the staff attitude and not cooking enough chicken is not acceptable for KFC standards however I do think they had the pieces but just did not want to give me the pieces I had requeasted and I am baffled as to why this was the case.

I don't normally leave reviews but the food was spot on. It was hot, the chicken crispy and the gravy nice and thick perfect for chip dunking. Makes a change from soggy food

Driver sat for 10min outside the restaurant after collecting the order. As a result my food was not as hot!!

Good food with a poor atmosphere

Fillet burger overdone and covered in mayo. Coleslaw in meal box made chips cold. Not one napkin or piece of cutlery in bag.

Forgot the corn and the cob again...

No drink no extra piece of chicken no salt pepper sauce fork or k napkins again from this branch

Rubbish service, learn to read English and follow the instructions that said. Should change that kfc manager. Customer service poor. Not satisfied.

Staff should improve their manners! They’re ignoring customers, pretending that they don’t see you. Food was just tossed into a bag, all chips mixed with rest of the food.

Chicken, sides and drinks were fine...chips were cold...both dips were missing.

Food was awful and cold. I ordered at 7pm, it arrived at 9pm. As it was approaching 2 hours I had given up hope and ordered from a different app and the food was delivered within 20 minutes of ordering.
