The best restaurants in Stratford and New Town Newham London

Totalmente decepcionado! Nunca volvería allí. Faltaba mucho servicio. La comida cuando finalmente llegó fue dada a personas equivocadas. Las cenas servían una cena aquí y allá. Comida fría, ensalada insípida, filetes devueltos 3 veces para que se cocine de la manera ordenada. Demasiadas personas vinieron a la mesa para preguntar una y otra vez lo que habíamos ordenado.

Tuve una experiencia decepcionante en Amorino en Westfield (Stratford) recientemente que me siento obligado a compartir. Mi familia y yo estábamos sentados en una mesa cuando otro cliente, sin tener en cuenta nuestra presencia, simplemente se sentó en nuestra mesa. Cuando les preguntamos amablemente si les importaría moverse, su respuesta fue grosera y desdeñosa. Lo que empeoró la situación fue la total falta de intervención del personal. A pesar de que le expliqué la situación al personal, nadie intervino para abordar el problema ni siquiera ofrecer una solución. Es desalentador experimentar un servicio al cliente tan deficiente y una falta de cortesía básica en el manejo de un conflicto simple. Es increíblemente decepcionante que un negocio que depende de la satisfacción del cliente permita que este mal comportamiento no se controle. Esta experiencia fue frustrante, perturbadora y absolutamente inaceptable. Espero sinceramente que mejoren la forma en que manejen situaciones como esta en el futuro.

No impresionado. Más de £ 6 por un té y café. Estaba en vasos de papel porque el lavavajillas está roto. La olla de té anunciada para uno ya no existe, por lo que se le dio té en una taza de papel por el mismo precio.

Our server Denisse P served us well with delicious menu choices that Denisse recommended. Denisse was also extremely friendly and very attentive. Thank you Denisse P for the wonderful dining experience.

Don’t come here. Food is so underwhelming and expensive

Me and my friends came in on a Tuesday and we had the best cocktails from Kayden he is the best bartender loved your cocktails amazing service from him and the team. Will be back!!

Jamie Oliver you need to revisit this place or have some serious words as the whole experience was a shambles! There is no way I’d put my name to this restaurant and the food / service was something you would expect to receive at a motorway service station. Utter waste of time and money!

I brought my friends to this restaurant after Abba concert on Sunday, thought it would be a perfect way to end the evening. What a mistake. The initial welcome to the restaurant was to be ignored by one member of staff behind the bar and one stood at the bar, I assume waiting for the one person to make the drinks. After 12 minutes of being actively ignored the member of staff waiting came over and said 'what do you want?' I was a bit shocked and said, er a table please, he said 'for what?' I replied, 'for food please'. He said to wait there and the host would come to us. Another 7minutes later someone came to show us to a table - despite the many empty tables, we were sat in between 2 crammed in tables of other guests. Another family who arrived after us had their order taken first. When we had our order taken, another 15mins later the waitress said 'what do you want?' I asked, did she want just drinks or food order aswell, as it wasn't clear. We ordered and things improved service wise and drinks and food arrived much later. Cobb salad was good, i cant comment on friends lobster and shrimp basket, Chips were not good, my friend had to get up and go find ketchup herself, we are not high maintainence people, I was so embarrassed to bring my overseas guests to this place and show the worst customer service I have ever experienced to them, a terrible advert for London and the UK.

Really disappointed with our visit to Wagamama Stratford after the cinema. We usually love Wagamama, but this time the service was cold and uninterested, and the food was shockingly bad. Drinks took ages, food arrived looking decent but tasted awful — stale bao buns, bland gyoza, greasy tempura, and the miso soup was late and disgusting. Staff didn’t seem to care, and we overheard two other tables complaining too. For £40, it felt like a complete waste. Avoid this branch — it’s gone seriously downhill.

Fuimos al Chicago Rib Shack en la tarde del sábado. Encontramos asientos en el patio de comidas lo suficientemente fácil.Pedí costillitas que vienen con ensalada de col. Fichas (lados) que tiene que pedir por separado. Pedí las papas fritas y un batido Oreo.La comida salió bastante rápido (le dan un timbre de mano para que sepa cuándo recoger su comida).Las porciones eran bastante pequeñas para lo que pagas, incluido el tamaño del batido.El problema principal era que la comida estaba tibia.Costillas de ternera, hamburguesa con queso y chile también fue pedido de mi grupo.Las costillas de ternera que venían con aros de cebolla que estaban muy fríos.La comida de todos los demás también era tibia.Es una pena ya que la comida sabía bien.

Extremely disappointing!!!! For a Lebanese restaurant you would expect some flavour in the wrap! There was no tahini, hoummous or any Lebanese dips within the wrap. It was a pre made wrap displayed in the unit that warmed up thrown on a plate with no sides add one pickled chilli and served! Awful service and disgraceful food!!! I do not recommend anyone who is looking for tasty Lebanese food to come here!

Now called Riverside East. Have been trying t for a wedding and can’t get a frigging quote out of of their sleepy sales team for 3 weeks, despite promises. How do they expect to make a profit? The coffee bar service is also DIRE- plenty of staff but not engaging a counter with waiting customers and giving wrong orders, takeaways for stay ins etc. chaotic and actually a vibe of ‘don’t give a damn’

Terrible portion sizes. Paid for a large cod and child and then cod was comprised of 1/3 of a typical cod fish & chip serving.

Pasamos a Westfield como un grupo familiar de cinco adultos después de una visita a Abba Voyage en el estadio cercano. Rápidamente se encontró una mesa para nosotros y fuimos muy bien atendidos y servidos por personal atento durante la duración de nuestra visita. Buena, honesta, sabrosa comida disfrutada por los cinco. Muy razonable precio y estábamos más que felices de pagar la propina opcional del equipo en la factura. Gracias a todos.
