La señora que estaba sirviendo helado era grosera y desagradable, nos preguntó si habíamos traído la cripta con nosotros. ¿Estaba tomando el pelo? ¿Los clientes traerán su propia comida para comer en el restaurante? Esa señora de servicio al cliente debe buscar otro trabajo si no puede tener paciencia con los niños que se toman el tiempo para decidir elegir entre muchos sabores de helados. Evitaré este lugar en el futuro.

I enjoy the ice cream there so I go there regularly. In the last couple of months the customer service was so bad and queues so long that I promised myself I won't come back there. Why does it take 20mins to get served 2 cups of ice cream with only 2 -3 customers ahead of me. Staff is not trained properly and takes forever to make a coffee (espresso) and some of them take seriously 5 mins to serve one rose shape petals. Kids are screaming in the queue (no wonder) . They can't make an espresso, last time I got 2 shots of water and one shot of coffee in my cup. The guy serving didn't know how do to a refund. My ice cream melted in the meantime. Few people left the queue. Appalling really

Tuve que hacer cola durante más de media hora con otros 3 amigos, ¡nunca más volveré aquí! Era el sábado por la noche alrededor de las 20:30 y estaba muy decepcionado de ver al gerente de la tienda rompiendo cajas de cartón y cambiando bolsas de basura mientras dejaba que dos aprendices sirvieran una cola de 15-20 clientes insatisfechos en una cámara lenta, en lugar de ayudarlos. . ¿Por qué los gerentes como Dorothea son promovidos a este rango si son demasiado flojos para trabajar? ¿O creen que son demasiado buenos para atender a los clientes y hacer que su negocio sea exitoso al hacer felices a los clientes? The gelato flowers were so beautiful and the ice cream was amazing. The sorbets were delicious- especially the mango! The small cone turned out to be a massive amount of ice cream and you can choose up to ten flavours (so choose lots)! You should definitely get a gelato flower if you are in Westfield!

I got the ice cream that looks like a flower, which I had never come across before. They have a huge range of flavours. Staff serving were a bit grumpy. It was good to know that they have vegetarian options.

My wife and I really enjoyed our ice-creams. Staff were working very hard, as it was nearly 36 degrees outside and the queue huge!

I went here with 2 old friends. They had cups and I had the cone with the petals in different flavours and macaroons. We enjoyed our ice cream very much. The service was a bit slow and understandably so as it takes time to do that beautiful creation plus there are so many different flavours to choose from that I found that each person took a very long time to place their orders. I would definitely have ice cream here again. Some things are worth the wait.

Nice people, ice creams were beautifully constructed like a rose with different flavoured petals. What's not to like?

Lovely staff member allowed me to sample some sorbets because I don't like ice cream. Flavours I tries and purchased: Lime and basil - This sounds like a weird combination and I was trying think of how this works in my head. Due to the strong flavours it sure does shock your tastes buds on the first taste but then you want more. I'm a sucker for citrus flavours. Melon - I'm not keen on the Cantaloupe, Honey Dew or Crenshaw Melon but this is surprisingly lush, it really is a cool refreshing flavour that make you umm in delight. Lemon - Traditionally my ultimate favourite from a child right into adulthood and when it's done right, it's amazing. This is one of the best I've had. I will be back, it worth a hour and a half drive don't you think?

I visited the Ealing shop today. I bought a LARGE cup the male serving was rude. He did not put anything in the cup, definitely not like the cup in the Amorino website video. Then I politely said "I bought a large cup" he just pointed to the display, and my cup was not even like the display. When I left the shop all that was under the cup initial layer was AIR!!!! He knows how not to put anything in the cup!! Absolutely do not go there. I do not mind paying but I pay to eat something. Rude man and horrible service and nothing to eat.

Very rude staff who wouldn't tell me about the flavours when I asked her. She told me to look at the description in front of the ice cream. Unfortunately, the descriptions did not line up with the correct ice cream. As I left she said something sarcastic to her work mate. I imagine this store could easily be closed by autumn. I'm sure public relations will be along soon to say how seriously they take these complaints and they will investigate it. Well, we all know that's BS. Don't ask me to revisit your store either. Youll get no more money from me. Ever.

I have to say is the best ice cream in london. I already tried a lot but nothing like this. The place is really nice and friendly stuff.

Asked four times for coffee flavoured gelato and they still gave me caramel instead. Had to ask twice for the maroon I had paid for to be put on top. Staff were very rude.

Amazing ice creams and waffles!! So well made and presented..The cone ones are super exotic..! Icecream filled macaroons are truly a delight! A small seating area adorns the parlor which feels really cozy even in such a busy place.
