Jamie's Italian in Newham

Jamie Oliver you need to revisit this place or have some serious words as the whole experience was a shambles! There is no way I’d put my name to this restaurant and the food / service was something you would expect to receive at a motorway service station. Utter waste of time and money!

Lovely food cooked to perfection. Waiter very helpful. Reason for 4 star and not 5 star is because the tables were very squashed together and adults at table next to us stood for a lot of their meal so no privacy whatsoever

The cutlery was covered in food. The tables were unclean. There was someone's bolognese on the floor under the table where my feet should be. Food was okay. Steak was nice but very small for the price. Fries were average and my salad consisted of a whole round lettuce...... Cosmopolitan was lovely

This is a typical Jamie’s, decor nice and clean and in keeping. Food was ok, the steak was undercooked (having asked for it to be medium rather than rare), and chips a bit hard, but everyone enjoyed their meal otherwise. Cocktails were beautiful, really fresh and pretty strong! Service also quite good, quick enough but left us to enjoy ourselves in the meantime. Great stop off before or after shopping in Westfield.

I took my wife, son and daughter-in-law for lunch today to celebrate their moving in to a new apartment in Stratford. We were attracted by the sign outside offering a Sunday Roast at £14.95. Two stars were awarded because the service was good, the Peroni beers were chilled and my Diet Coke arrived without ice as requested, plus my son's lasagne met expectations and was hot and tasty. However, as I put in the title, the roast was the worst we had ever eaten. My son asked if it was nice and we ate it all as we were hungry and supposed to be celebrating, but I reluctantly admitted it was grim and my wife and daughter-in-law conceded it was the worst Sunday Roast they ever had, once I had said it. I had one slice of chicken with a tough skin on one side and fashionably charred until hard and difficult to cut on the other. Not an easy eat by any means. It had an odd grey (peppercorn?) sauce drizzled on the plate underneath. The Yorkshire pudding was just a rustic style ball of air with little evidence of the 'pudding' element and a hard rough unpleasant exterior that was hard to cut and harder to chew. We received a pleasing enough bowl of vegetables to share between three of us with tasty potatoes boiled in their skins. There was some charred asparagus, but no evidence of roast potatoes. I didn't expect Jamie's Italian to serve a standard Sunday Roast, but had it not been for the attempt at a Yorkshire pudding, I would not have recognised it by look or taste. I am not sure that anything was actually roasted at all, the Yorkie was more like an old tennis ball, no gravy, nothing I identified as a roast potato. On the one hand there is nouvelle cuisine and on the other, a breach of trade description. Unsurprisingly, we declined the dessert menu. I quietly left the table to air my complaints away from my family and the waitress introduced me to a manager, who asked if I had paid already, which I had, then left it that he would order it himself to try it. I told him I wasn't complaining just to get money back because I really wanted to hammer home the message, but £45 for the three plates of poor food is really taking the mickey. Having returned home to Brighton and reflected upon our experience, I do actually think a gesture of goodwill was appropriate.The only thing they got right about Sunday Roast is that it was Sunday!

Starters are ok, but steer clear of the risotto, it was actually just undercooked rice with chilli flakes and a few pieces of meatball - disappointing!

Visit Jamie’s today. Nice swift service unfortunately the food was poor. I ordered sirloin steak it was rump ! and full of sinew and very tough. But of greater concern were the huge chips in the plate , 3 in total. Disgraceful for this restaurant and also an infection risk .

Whilst the waiter was very polite and attentive the food was simply awful , never experienced runny pate before served with two small pieces of “toast” followed by a steak which looked like it had been cooked before and was so thin it was nearly floating in what I can only described as frothy ( perhaps garlic) butter.,

Went for a family meal and the service, particularly from the waitress was very poor. She certainly didn’t want to be there and was very dismissive with us.

After a disastrous visit a month ago this turned out to be what I expect

I visited Jamie’s Italian in Stratford (Westfield) and it was fantastic. Great atmosphere, our waitress Silvi was very polite and friendly. She made great recommendations and even organised a birthday surprise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were treated nicely and I would recommend for people who fancy low key, good quality Italian food at a good cost to come here. I’ll definitely be going again! Thanks to Silvi who really was lovely and made our dining experience great!

Went for supper with a friend yesterday evening. The food was awful. The Spring tagliatelle carbonara was watery, cold and undercooked. Not the smooth silky pasta as Jamie describes on his TV programmes! He needs to teach the chef here how to cook. Didn’t bother sending it back as I really didn’t want to spend any longer than I had to in there - the lighting from the big neon sign on the building opposite was casting coloured reflections straight into the restaurant making it seem like the lights were flicking on and off. It was really unpleasant. The waiter thought it was funny to keep tapping my friend on one shoulder whilst standing the opposite side of her. It might be funny if you’re 5 years old but otherwise it’s really inappropriate. I’d NEVER go here again. Zizzi’s is so much nicer - we should have gone there.

Four of us for a weekday lunch in a cold restaurant.We had disappointing pastas, while the Beef Carpaccio and the Tuscan Pate were poor in both taste and presentation. A large glass or a very average Pinot Grigio was an expensive £10.50. The only redeeming feature was the excellent service from our waiter Mihai. Other than him, the whole experience was a big let down to the Jamie Oliver brand.

Worst dining experience ever! I have been to this Resturant a few times now and each time it seems to have gone down a bit. This time I was meeting up with a dear friend from LA who I have not seen since around 2006. I suggested Jamie’s as I said it would be a safe option.

We had the cold mixed platter for starters - the cheese, bread and different kinds of italian sausage are good,but this platter is SO overpriced for the few things you get.

I took my boyfriend for dinner on his birthday at Jamie's Italian and we ended up having one of the best food experiences ever! Food was super yumm and the service was outstanding! We're definitely going back!

We have been happy customers of Jamie's Italian restaurants over a few years. As regular visitors to the Kingston-upon-Thames restaurant, for example, we always looked forward to the treat of returning.

Visited on a Saturday lunch time and enjoyed starters and mains. Starters were fairly small, but of high quality and flavours. Mains were larger, but think for the price sides should be included. Makes it rather expensive for what you get. Service was good and food arrived quickly. Jamie just needs to consider either lowering prices or including more, like fries/veg with the mains.

Food was amazing, wine was lush, waiter (212 Sebastian) was honestly one of the loveliest guys we’ve ever met - Extremely accommodating, friendly and a good laugh!!

Five of us visited before going to a concert at O2. We all agreed the food was superb, service excellent and our whole experience near perfect.

Not good which has upset me as I really do enjoy this restaurant but lunch for 7 was not good. Spoke to a female waitress who said “ we are busy nothing I can do”

We had booked but arrived earlier than expected and we were still able to be seated in the busy restaurant. The staff were very accommodating. We had a small starter each which was delicious followed by mains- two Jamie's steak dishes and a veggie lasagna. All very tasty.

The service was superb. Our waitress Benita was excellent and the food was just as you would expect. A great lunch with friends made better by a very attentive waitress

Just had a lovely dinner, served by Vasilios, who went out of his way to make sure we had a perfect evening. I'm 8 months pregnant and really needed a drink that wouldn't give me heartburn, so he made me a milkshake himself that was not on the menu at all and he had to be very inventive but he made it work and I am so grateful. He was attentive all night and even helped me to work out which of my gold club offers would save us the most money. The fresh pasta is delicious, especially the truffle ravioli, but the service really made our night.

Dinned using a voucher so we had a restricted menu to choose from and I don't think we picked very wisely.

Really disappointed I've dined at Jamie's many times and am a Gold card member our waitress was rude continually rolled her eye when we asked what the offer was for the gold card. I usually get a bottle of processco as a gold card member when I asked about this she shrugged her shoulders and said its not on there. After asking to see the manager she said give me your ID , she eventually came back and gave us the wine. The monthly promotion was 30% off the bill ( I had to ask 3 times to find out what it was. When we got the bill it hadn't been taken off, when I asked the waitress she snatched the bill from my hand, cam back with the amended bill, no apology or explanation why it wasn't on the original bill. Bluewater Jamie's has now closed and Westfield will be next if this standard of service continues

Went there for dinner after some shopping. Got a table straight away and we ordered some pasta and beer. Didn't need to wait long to get the food. Great service overall!

On my second visit in a month to this outlet, I was again impressed by the high quality of the food, the friendly and professional staff and the general ambience inside the restaurant. Try the chianti beef! Highly recommended.

In Westfield and decided to go to Jamie Italian as haven’t been for long time as last time complained how slow everything was food poor not hot etc. Well after 7 years it has changed service was excellent food came out steaming hot and the salad was extremely tasty. Desert was good as well only downside not cheap. Service is still slow though even to order A little cold inside with fans blowing.

Saturday March 2nd we traveled to Westfield shopping centre to spend some of my granddaughter's birthday money just in time for lunch. We decided to visit Jamie's Italian which we have visited before. We started with a double meat plank which was full of Italian meats and cheeses which was not bad. Then we started on our mains which all of us thought ok but we're served on cold plates. Considering we spent £128 pound we were all disappointed with the food. I told our waitress but my wife asked me not to bother considering the place was quite busy. We certainly won't be going back again. T.I think the waitress Silvy thought I was joking. No wonder these so called chef's put there names on restaurants and then disappear never to be seen again, just like our custom. They spoilt a great day for my granddaughter. Thanks.

Went for dinner Saturday evening. I ordered a pasta dish and a side, the food came out reasonably quick but both were luke warm. I had to ask the waitress to heat them up, which she did. The food was tasty and my partner enjoyed the fish dish which he ordered. I ordered the white chocolate and honeycomb semifreddo desert but could not taste the honeycomb.

Had lunch here today with family, one of whom is an 18mth old little boy. The food was wonderful. Beautifully cooked & everyone enjoyed it. We were served by Roland whose customer service was excellent. He was very attentive & described some of the dishes on the menu when we were trying to choose. The restaurant was clean & welcoming. Having a little one with us meant he did drop some food on the floor for which I do apologise but they said it was not a problem.

Visited many Jamie’s and this is the worst by far. When with a large group - we pre ordered but apparently they had run out of several of the meals!

It’s not often I experience service like this. Visited recently on a Saturday. The second we walked through the door the waiter Sebastian welcomed us, immediately organised a table while at the same time entertaining children. I have to say his service was impeccable and probably on a level above and beyond what I would have expected from Jamie’s in Westfield. The other staff were charming and polite. The food was nice and arrived promptly. These days I am used to poor or average service wherever I go but on this occasion I was very pleasantly surprised. If I was Jamie I would probably move Sebastian to the most demanding restaurant in London and give him a pay rise. Superb overall and a credit to Jamie Olivers restaurants. Many thanks.

Met up with some old friends for a meal and drink and a catch up.

The service and food was excellent, staff very polite and helpful. Thank you for making it an enjoyable visit.

My friend and I went for lunch during a shopping trip. We were seated quickly and the staff were friendly but quite rushed. We had some nibbles to start and these were very nice. My friend then had the gnocchi and really enjoyed it. I had the tagliatelle bolognese which unfortunately came in a cold dish and was rather luke warm and uninspiring. Not impressed with the decor and furniture. All a bit plastic looking. For the price it was ok but wouldn't rush to go again.

Once re heated so piping hot Sunday roast delicious. This was lucky as no heating except for a couple of electric fires ! Nice to have big windows but central heating needed. Would have enjoyed more if had been able to feel warm....

Had a great evening last Saturday at Westfield stratford.

Recibimos un cupón de comprar un regalo y cenamos en este restaurante. Un vaso de buen prosecco para comenzar la comida. Probamos el plato de carne para dos y estaba delicioso, especialmente la paté. El plato principal de pollo estaba bien. Tiramisu fue perfecto. Tuvimos que pagar 5 extra, ya que por alguna razón el cupón no cubría la comida de tres platos que debería tener.

El personal es amable, pero esta es la segunda vez que he estado y el servicio es un poco lento. La comida es buena pero cara para lo que realmente recibes. Pedí la 6 ensalada Superfood - que era muy caro para lo que obtienes. 3 extra para salmón - tuve dos hojuelas de salmón. La carbonara de mi madre tenía una mejor relación calidad-precio, así que tal vez vaya, pero evite la ensalada cara, sabrosa pero riquísima.

Restaurante muy frío y la comida no era lo que hubiera esperado, bastante indiferente. Es una pena, ya que he disfrutado de mejores comidas en este restaurante antes. Sin embargo, la baja temperatura parece ser un problema continuo durante los meses más fríos. También me gustaría mencionar que el precio de su vino es bastante alto.

Visité un jueves por la noche con amigos (más un niño) y lo pasamos muy bien. No fue perfecto (mesa tambaleante que no se pudo arreglar, con una temperatura ligeramente fría, vino bastante caro por copa pero más razonable por botella y, lamentablemente, solo 4 mejillones con mi delicioso plato de truchas - 1 de los cuales estaba cerrado) SIN EMBARGO Lo que mejoró estas leves irritaciones fue nuestra encantadora camarera Odeta. ¡Era amable, atenta, super servicial y un diamante absoluto alrededor del pequeño! Ella es un crédito para el restaurante - gracias: -)

La primera vez que he estado en un italiano de Jamie y puedo decir honestamente que será la última. . . . . Nos sentaron enseguida lo que fue genial. Había 5 mesas en uso en todo el restaurante, pero esperamos 15 minutos para que nos preguntaran qué queríamos beber. Cuando finalmente pedimos pedimos nuestra comida también, ya que teníamos suficiente tiempo. . . .

What was suppose to be a nice dinner was horrible becouse of the food , we had polenta as starter that was very salty imposibile to eat and as mains we had pasta bologneze and sea food pasta , the bologneze had no taste A-T all , the pasta where the meat where gummy i had to add salt and pepper to be able to eat But no succes , For sea food pasta they where Spicy and with no other taste A-T all the sea food was gummy becouse they where made from frozen and not properly Cooked until the end the experience was discusting worst pasta that i ever taste the only good thing that i ca-n sey is the service was really good

Food was lovely. Service, if anything a bit too quick. HOWEVER, the restaurant was freezing. Asked waiter to turn up heat and he said wasn’t possible due to their system! Ate with my winter coat on. Oh and drank a glass of Sauvignon for £11.60! Only visit in summer seems to be the way

Just finished a family lunch second time here and very disappointing.

Food was very good. Broccolis has been delicious.Very quick service and staff was very polite and friendly. Nice wines too. We will be back

We were looked after by Rudy. He was extremely polite, pleasant and caring, an asset to the restaurant owner. Food tasted superb and fresh. Presented well, good portion sizes. We ate prawn linguine and the burger meal.

A great resturant with a large menu. Loads of tables so as long as you book in advance you can normally get a table ok. They also do a great espresso martini

Family visit where most weren't too hungry so had a main each but i had the Christmas lunch menu - which had been extended to night seeing as it was so popular. Everyone was very happy with their meals and Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. My wife actually said the Prosecco was amongst the best she every had. This is an inch close to a 5 star review but just not quite there. I think they've picked their wines and sourced their ingredients impeccably.

Enjoyed our meal with family. Despite it being Saturday before Christmas the restaurant was not too busy and we were welcomed by the staff. My grandson was given a kids menu and goody bag which kept him amused, there were crackers on the table and the staff were attentive and the food was good.

The staff are always very helpful at Jamies and we are always very well looked after. Amina is such a wonderful lady, was very patient and very helpful and ensured we got what we wanted and also told us about the Christmas menu too. We were a big team and some were fussy eaters but we were all surprised that everyone left happy and satisfied and good mood. Would definitely recommend Jamie’s to everyone as there is something for everyone to try and the service is fantastic. Thanks to everyone at Jamie’s for making our lunch and enjoying experience. We love your staff and food!

We visited here two weeks ago for a pre-christmas meal with friends. It was our first visit to Jamies Italian and I must say it will be the last. Service was OK but the food quality and size of portions left a lot to be desired. My seafood dish was just pasta with 5 of the smallest mussels I have ever seen and a few cheap frozen prawns. No squid or octopus as stated on the menu. I am really amazed that Jamie Oliver lets his name be associated with this standard of food! Very expensive for what we had - no wonder the restaurant was half empty.

Visited with my mum whilst on a Christmas shopping trip to Westfield. Neither of us had been to a 'Jamie's' before and neither of us will rush back!

My wife and I popped in with low expectations for a mid Christmas shopping lunch. We had good food, decent prices and impeccable service. Very thoughtful waiter indeed.

The waiter was excellent. The atmosphere was a bit sterile. The meal was fine but not exceptional. Would recommend.

We have visited the Stratford restaurant a few times before but this time was not a good experience and we shall therefore probably not return.

We took our granddaughter to see Santa at Westfield Stratford to be followed by a meal with her Dad and his partner. It started well, Santa was a great laugh and the snow flake for the Christmas tree was made.

Just popped into Jamies' for an early Christmas lunch with friends. The Christmas menu is superb with great and surprising choices and a really good price. Service could not be faulted, we were made very welcome. So pleased we chose it and will make sure I go back for more of the Christmas menu before its too late. Jamies' is always a good choice - but it excelled this time. PS. Friends were very impressed too

Three of us tried Jamie's for a pre-West Ham match meal. At first, the £16.95 two course set meal looks pretty value for such a place, but that is less the case when you realise how miserly they are with key ingredients (very much in contrast the the generosity of dishes seen on Mr.Oliver's TV programs - what would Nonna say?!) "Hearty" Tuscan Soup arrived in a very small bowl, Truffle pasta was a small pile of Tagliatelle with a very thin, but tasty, truffle sauce, Arancini balls were OK, but there were only a few sparse "flecks" of actual meat in the Beef Cheek Pappardelle - I made up for it by hitting the Parmesan pretty hard! The Kale pasta was fine but nothing special. With lager at £4.50+ for 330ml the £5.25 a pint around the corner at The Real Greek seems a comparative bargain.

I went to Jamie's with 4 people one of which was disabled (I pre warned when I booked) the service from arrival was awful and also no disabled facilities working ..We was informed by the manager that 's by can't the disabled person just use the toilets upstairs (3,flights) like everyone else ! The complete attitude of all staff was disgusting as we were sworn at for complaining !

I'm not quite sure how this is possible, but we received some of the best service i have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in a restaurant at this Jamie Olivers last night (It's a chain and we usually like independent eateries but we were coming in from the country and stopped in Westfield for some christmas shopping)

Expensive bowl of bland pasta. Salt grinder empty......use grinder from next table......empty! At this point I realised that maybe this wasn’t going to be the tastiest meal. It wasn’t. It was tasteless, as, it would seem, everyone else’s must have been before my wife and I sat down for an expensive lunch.

I ordered from Jamie's Italian via Deliveroo this weekend and will never be ordering again. By far the worst takeaway I've ever eaten (and I don't say this lightly). We were enticed to the restaurant by a 50% off food offer, however, what was not revealed was that portion size would be so drastically reduced that the offer was not at all worth it (see picture attached, this cost ~ £54).

First time in your Stratford Restaurant.... Unfortunately it will be the last as well. Three roasts dinners, 1 whole roast cauliflower.... 5 potatoes, 9 stripes of carrot, 4 pieces of broccoli, 7 parsnips.. All to share and everything cold. Even when we asked for a few more potatoes because sharing the 5th potato between us all was tricky, these arrived cold.

When I visit Jamie's I expect to be served by skilled or semi-skilled young British people that have been given a chance on the job market and not by annoying youngsters from Eastern Europe who barely speak English properly. The food was relatively okay, but not the high standard one would expect.

Came in for lunch and tried the two course menu! Really good value for money at £12.95! had two courses and a bottle of wine to share and the bill came to about £40, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, very quick and they looked like they were having an enjoyable time too.

Popped in on spur of the moment with friend to take advantage of the £12.95 2 course lunch menu. Not the greatest of choice but workable. The calamari starter had too much batter. The wedges of lemon on the side must have been cut days ago. They were so dry we couldn’t squeeze them. Asked for fresh lemon and our waiter brought us 2 fresh(er), squeezable slices. Tagliatelle main with pork and beef mince was also disappointing. The sauce was very watery. My friend had the vegetarian option which was had some pretty edible leaves. There were some fake hanging ham legs for decoration which were very dusty. Very unimpressed all round.

First time to Jaimie’s Italian....and last. As the restaurant is fronted by a well known chef I anticipated at least reasonable to good food. I realise Jaime is not in the kitchen but when you put your name to a brand you would at least ensure the food is prepared and cooked to a standard of quality. What a disappointment at Jaimie’s in Stratford London! The fried Calamari starter was saturated cold and soggy grease. Poor quality in desperate need of changing supplier. No separate dip but a splash ‘dumped’ on the plate under the soggy squid. The Chicken main was miniature and can only be described as sad. A tiny breast fillet with a piece of rocket....nothing else... on a cold plate. A side of soggy sweet potato fries so greasy they were stuck together. The chocolate bomb dessert had to be returned as it was awfully dry with no soft centre. Appeared to be old and reheated to death. The replacement was barely better. Prices are on the high side and portions on the small side. Value for money is non existent. If not for the good service my guest and I would have left. I am not surprised the brand is having problems. It's an insult to Italian food. New management is desperately needed.

Thank god it was 50% off, but even then still not worth it. We ate less then half of the food. The pappardelle meatballs were absolutely foul and nothing like the description - not spicy with no Parmesan. The rest of the meals were below average with no flavour. Honestly would’ve preferred McDonalds.

Popped in for a meal after shopping - was a busy Saturday. Could not fault food or service - nice atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff. Food was amazing! Will definitely go again!

This is now our solid go-to restaurant every time we are in Westfield! There’s something about it that’s really welcoming.

Just tried the new menu here and as always it is great! The beef ravioli is so good and the new tiramisu is the best yet. Our waiter Ingus was so friendly and told us about the new dishes with real enthusiasm. We visit Westfield quite a lot and have tried lots of the restaurants but always find ourselves going back to Jamie’s as the food and service are always brilliant.

Pas nadat voorgerecht op tafel stond, kregen we na 2x vragen pas de drankjes en het voorgerecht was net op toen kwam het hoofdgerecht al. Met een half uur stonden we weer op straat. Dat noem ik niet een gezellig avondje uit eten

So we weren’t really expecting a whole lot from this visit, we just wanted to pick up something quick before going to the six day series at the velodrome, however we were pleasantly surprised. Our waiter Sebastian was the best waiter I’ve had for a long time - he was so attentive and friendly - he really made the whole evening. The food itself was gorgeous, I had the Caribbean chicken with chips and I also had the house rosé which was delicious! A great trip all round.

I hadn't been to a Jamie's for a while as the menu had been the same every time, but the menu was revamped and really appealing. We were spoilt for choice. The choice of dish size in the main pasta dishes was also a real bonus. I had the seafood linguine for main and brushetta to start. The seafood was really well cooked and the sauce was deep in flavour. Great service too despite it being a busy Saturday evening.

The last time I ate here was a little disappointing so I was unsure whether I would give them another try. Portion size was small and special dishes did not contain all ingredients mentioned on the specials board. On this occasion the portion size was good, the food was hot and all ingredients present, the staff were friendly, and by belonging to Jamie’s Gold Club we received extras that made the experience good value. Well done Jamie’s, keep it up.

Wir waren eine Gruppe 11 Personnen, alles war super. Das Essen kam immer schnell und frisch zubereitet. Der Service war toll (Ingus).

Went for lunch and the food was terrible. Had the chicken Caesar salad, beef tortellini and 2 kids burgers. The salad consisted of a tiny dried up chicken breast, 4 croutons, 2 slices of pancetta and some salad leaves. The tortellini was dry and cold. I asked for it be reheated and it returned at exactly the same temperature it had left in so asked for it to be taken off the bill as I couldn’t eat it. The saving grace is that kids eat free but the food is seriously bad and expensive. Also £11.60 for a glass of wine ?!?! Jamie Oliver really should be ashamed.

My partner and I decided to give this a go, never having visited a Jamie’s Italian before, and as we are both keen on Italian fare, it was an easy decision to make!

I haven’t eaten in a Jamie’s Italian for sometime but decided to visit their Westfield premises for lunch pre game. Must say I was very impressed, food and service was excellent and being a Gold Card holder we were treated to a number of goodies.

Jamie’s Italian is one of my favourite restaurants to visit. Yesterday we visited the one in stratford Westfield and it was lovely there. Friendly staff, good food, drinks and food came quick. We been served by Odetta where she was amazing and we received a great service. We will definitely come back again.

We live in east London so we were regular visitors at both Canary Wharf and then latterly our regular restaurant was Jamie’s in Westfield Stratford.

I went to Jamie Oliver to eat something Italian. Appetaziers were average and my main meal below average. I had a steak which was cold and the flour like a shoe. In general to cook Italian food bably is difficult but on this occasion I ate sometihng like this.

Me and my wife rather foolishly opted to give Jamie's another try despite previous visits being rather mediocre. Sadly, this was by far the worst. Despite being one of the few diners the service was slow and inefficient, we was given the wrong drinks, while the main course finally arrived but not as ordered. The food was plentiful but rather bland. The table we was given was wonky and we received unexpected charges on the bill. I think its safe to say we will not be returning anytime soon.

We love Sunday Roast. Spontaneously visited and had the Roast Lamb, it was amazing. Different look and feel

Being a regular customer of Jamie’s Italian and of the Stratford restaurant in particular, I can highly recommend this branch. The staff are some of the most friendly, well trained and genuine I have ever experienced in a chain restaurant. With the new TV show they are cooking food from the program and all the staff tell their customers about it with great detail. The food here is always top notch and so fresh. They have a club you can join for free which gives you lots of great offers! Try the risotto it’s divine!

Went for a spontaneous evening meal with my husband and for the first time we tried a Jamies Italian. What a treat! The antipasti platter is the best selection I have ever seen and our waitress was able to give us some tidbits about where all of there different food originated from. Our pasta dishes were fab too! Very impressed to find this level of service and food in a shopping centre! We will certainly return.

We have visited Jamies in Norwich on several occasions and it has been ok. We were in Stratford for the weekend and went in Saturday evening at about 8.30 in the evening and it was heaving.

I enjoyed dinner at this Jamie's restaurant during a business trip. Nice, relaxed ambience - I had a table outside which was great on a lovely early autumn evening. Service was excellent - special mention to Ingus who was friendly, professional & attentive - a real credit to Jamie's. Food was fresh and very tasty. Fab Primitivo Italian wine. Only negative - bit pricey but I guess that's London prices. Recommended.

A group of us visited the Stratford restaurant last night for my father in laws birthday. There were 6 adults and 3 children.
