For the price, the sushi isn’t great. There is no love in the creation of the food. What we saw was simple. Open the fridge, grab the pre-made sushi, put it on a plate and let it go onto the conveyor belt. That’s an easy way to make money with minimal effort. So yeah. The sushi was cold. Don’t expect a taste explosion or freshly made product. It’s your local supermarket sushi on a plate.

The staff are always so helpful here whenever I go, especially with identifying veggie options on the belt (adding a sticker to the lid or plate would be really useful and save them answering these kinds of questions!). However, a special thank you to the kind and quick server who saw that I’d left my handbag behind and put it away for me until I came back. More veggie options on the conveyor belt would be good (you can always order off the menu so not a huge issue) but otherwise no complaints and very grateful for the wonderful team that works here

I found it to be overpriced for the quality offered. While the conveyor belt concept adds a bit of novelty, it doesn’t justify the steep prices. The sushi quality simply doesn’t match what you'd expect from other places in town with similar price points—or even from well-known sushi chains. For the same price, you can get much better, more authentic and fresh sushi elsewhere without the gimmick. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for value or top-notch sushi.

Haven't been to this branch for a while as previous experiences hasn't been so great. But thought I'd pop in to use my birthday voucher and I was really well-looked aftered by the staff, especially this lovely lady - Hima, whom went the extra mile to present this lovely mochi dessert specially made for my birthday! This really cheered me up as I have had a stressful week, so I'm so grateful for their attentive service. Thank you! ❤️

Yo Sushi’s food is genuinely really good and decent value for money (if you order certain things), but the quality of service at this branch is horrible - i’ve been 5/6 times, and at least 3 of those times they got something wrong with my order. I understand working hospitality is really hard and i’m willing to accept mistakes, but it happens way too often to be excusable

Loved this place. Food is really good and you can tell it it's professionally made. service can be a bit slow if it's really busy, but otherwise, it is fast. There is a conveyor belt system where you take the food you want, and they count up the colours of the plates for you to pay. The food may seem expensive, but it isn't too bad as most sushi is quite pricey

Terrible service, expensive and not adequate for a someone eating alone due to the portions being too big and expensive, so you don’t get to try different dishes as is supposed to happen in a kaitensushi. Also the app says they’ll give you a 5£ voucher if you sign up, I did it, and then when I paid they said: you’ll have the voucher for next time. Not recommended at all. Bad value for money.

My self is deaf, I met Adithya at twice times at Yo Yo restaurant this, he is so nice and he gave me positive and I was not sure to chose cold drink and he advised to me to chose it and I drank as so best taste! He is so good. I can see all staffs nice together with teamwork. My self enjoying to watch and I felt so relax. They seem gave me some time as resting when finish food. I love to attend again this!

Sushi is way to small for the price, almost no salmon in the rolls, nigiris re so small and only 2 pieces for £7? Sashimi not worth the price for how much I receive. Staff is super friendly though, especially abdhi (not sure is the name correct) from all the sushi places I've tried, this one so far is the worst by size, taste wise is not bad... Spend £30 just for 3 plates and Korean fried chicken which was tasty. Would say this place is overrated and not worth the money.

Below was my review from a year ago and I returned with my family yesterday - I will say the staff were friendly and attentive this time but the food quality wasn't great and the cost ended up being astronomical even though we had a free kids meal for half term! I gave it another go but still a no from me. 2013 review: Honestly, the staff were all grumpy, the ordering was confusing and the food was ok but expensive for what it was. Don't think we will be back, would rather try an independent sushi place.

today i ordered take away from yo sushi had soup and dragon roll sushi. it was already prepared. when i got back home i puke like there is no tomorrow they sell old sushi please people be careful. i got food poisoning as i dont leave toilet since im back home from there. i dont need anything from them. just want you to be careful what you eat. and they definitely need to be checked by food safety… this is insane i paid to get my day ruined… i hope you will get punishment you deserve….

Yo sushi conveyor belt helps to get something quickly and it’s not bad but it doesn’t keep up with the other well known sushi places on quality I’m sorry to say. If revisiting I’d grab something from the takeaway fridge and sit in the main dining area as that is just as quick and better value

My name is Julie I was there on Sunday with my son Charlie for the West Ham game.This was our first time here. The food was excellent so delicious nice and hot and came so promptly as time was a bit tight for us. What set this place apart from the other restaurants was the service everyone was so lovely and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us. A particular mention to Sara who brought us cutlery( sorry) and looked after us throughout the meal she was a joy. We happen to be back Thursday for another game and we will not hesitate to choose your place to eat at. The prices were really good too when comparing around.

We came here before lockdown and it was decent, now the portions are smaller, its more expense and the quality of the food is worse than super market sushi. I used to really rate the fries as well, but now they are just french fries with mayo on them. Theyve even removed the water taps from the tables. The service was slow and felt very disorganised.

I wanted to take my mother, while she was visiting me. We both were very happy of choosing exactly Yo Sushi- food delicious, and the conveyer belt is really attractive, you can look at the food, and choose, for people that do not know that well Asian cuisine is very good. The staff is great, we were served by Sara, she explained everything to us with a big smile and so friendly. Highly recommended!

Terrible at all costs. Service needs to be reviewed and urgently you don’t seem to know what hospitality and catering even is! Greeting guests is is the 1st step before seating them.( We sat by ourselves) Food is poor and portioning I’m not going to even mention. Higiene is very questionable specially if you seat there and then look up and can see the dust falling in the kitchen while your food is being prepared I’m referring to the dust from those hanged cups or plates or whatever you wanna call. Also keep your eyes on the head-chef as he and probably is sous chef were the only ones not to wear gloves apart from everyone else. They eat on going while preparing food and gossiping about the guests in their own language and probably thinking that no one understands them (well there are some key expressions that you can only mention it in English and that what lets you get caught) Pay attention to the dirty pans attention to the knifes and boards in case you have allergies. Washing their hands regularly should be an habit specially if you are preparing. “fresh food” in an open kitchen! Guys seriously where are your standards?!?! The value for money is simply ridiculous. You have supermarkets cooking better at cheaper prices than you practice at the moment! I could be here pointing a whole role of other things. But I guess I’ve already wasted a lot of time writing this review and describing my bad experience.with you guys.

What the hell has happened to this chain, I remember Yo! as a nice place, but haven’t been here for many years now and I was really dissapointed. The food was ordinary, the belt was not working (which made my teenagers really dissapointed). There was a smell of old dishcloth from the open kitchen and when the backdoor was opened, smoke came in from the alley. It felt like eating at McDonalds but much more expensive.

Sushi is never cheap, but you don't mind paying high prices if the quality is good. This place sets a new low for inferior sushi ridiculously overpriced. I ordered the "salmon selection platter". You get two small salmon avo rolls, 4 maki rolls, 4 nigiri and a sticky little lump of slimy, un-fresh sashimi in wafer-thin slices – it doesn't look anything like the menu pic. The rice is soggy and the whole thing tastes pre-packaged. And this unappetising, poor-quality sushi "platter" costs £18! An absolutely astonishing rip-off considering the quality. Avoid this place like the plague.

Food was good and made to order, specially the katsu curry rice and hand rolls but you need 40 minutes struggling to order online and the order problem were badly designed. Also, they did not have their own wifi and internet connection at there was very poor. Very frustration at the beginning. One of the staff was willing to help and said she could take order for us but we had fighting on the order program for 30 minutes! And pickle ginger and wasabi also need ed to order online.

I used to love Yo Sushi, this was a waste of time. It was bad from start to finish. Almost no service, staff doesn’t care about customers. Empty and dirt dishes on the conveyor belt. It was tricky to order food with the QR code, difficult to navigate the menu. No wasabi was provided withe the sushi until I asked. There used to be assistance button on the table in other Yo restaurants but nowhere to be seen in this one, staffs won’t pick up dishes during the meal, seems lazy and not providing enough customer service.

Since the serving system changed, the quality of service and food presentation has dropped. You now have to use the QR code and the menu not always load due to poor WiFi signal or mobile signal. The staff is not always around to help out. The serving dishes were dirty and the kitchen seemed very disorganised. I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my order to arrive. Not coming back.

I used to visit another YoSushi fairly often when I was at Uni because their student discount at the time was decent, I then used to visit the one at Paddington Station but I stopped because it was absolutely filthy and overpriced, then I heard it closed or moved because of the health issue so I stopped visiting all YoSushi's because alot of the staff really never seemed to care and the prices are shocking. To make a change I visited this one in Stratford for old times sake and its truly one of the most awkward experiences. Firstly it seems to be app driven now and both the signal and the wifi up here on the 3rd floor of Westfield is poor and despite reporting the issue to the centre several years ago, they still havnt fixed it. Its VERY overpriced for what you get, the choice was poor today when I visited and lets be honest, we all know its just a gimmick, its not authentic and overall its not great, its just drizzled in various sauces mostly. I gave up trying to order something specific as the app was too convoluted and time consuming so I just took from the belt and despite not really requiring any service, they still sneak in a service charge! No-one should be ADDING THEIR OWN TIP AUTOMATICALLY, its at the customer's descretion to decide for ourselves and if its app driven, its no service anyway, theyre just making food as per their business model. Its already overpriced here and they do this to us on the sly which borders on rudeness. I wondered why I bothered comming back here and you will too, especially when I recalled why I stopped comming ages ago. It wasnt busy here despite being a busy shopping day which tells you that others arent keen on this place anymore. Loads of other decent outlets nearby so dont bother comming here. Extremely overpriced, poor app service and they even add their own tip to your bill before youve even considered whether to tip or not.

Hard to know where to begin.... Been three years since paying a visit here, it having been a regular haunt previously. Alot has changed. A bizarre online tool to book your food which with no steer from the staff you can eventually navigate The staff unhelpful and go round spraying the tables as you eat. If covid doesn't get you the spray will 😕 Food portions gone down in size especially the hit dishes like katsu but paying more. Makes McDonalds dining experience look like the Ritz in comparison. Save your money! Have the audacity to auto include a service charge on the app when the service is non existent.

The table we were seated at was dirty. The conveyor belt was faulty so our food went round 3 times before actually stopping at our table, the tray it was on was also filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in between other tables touching it. We had to walk around the restaurant multiple times to find a member of staff to give us bowls and chopsticks, refills and flag issues as there were hardly any staff. The plastic items may have been clean but looked dirty as they were so stained, adding to the dirty feeling. A sushi set then came out with a fat hair on the top of it. Again had to walk around to find staff to deal with this. We had unlimited miso soup but a refill took so long to come we left. We felt disgusted by the cleanliness and let down by a lack of customer service, it was really awful.

Le Roundhause Café est attenant au théâtre, nous y avons fait une pause méritée après la visite du marché de Camden. La salle est agréablement décorée dans un style moderne et dépouillé, il y a beaucoup de place et le service est décontracté. Bons cafés et jus frais.
