Absolute shocker. Staff overwhelmed and chaotic. Given my pastry then got it snatched back,, then returned to me.People being given drinks before me who had paid way after. Staff useless. Worst dump ever. Almost missed my train and had to leave without my drink. THE worst place I've ever been ripped off in. NEVER AGAIN. POOR

Stopped off here to grab a to-go coffee, it was so pleasant there I asked my colleagues to meet me inside to join me for a coffee and have our meeting. The staff there are very welcoming, the station wasn't so busy so it was pretty quiet at the time aswell

I visited today and was really pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent and the croissant was wonderful - so rare in the UK. Not only that, the chap filled my water bottle and delivered my yummy coffee in a proper cup to my table - unheard of! Compliments to all the staff. Will definitely go again if I'm in the area.

I usually come to drink coffee here when I am waiting for a train. The coffee is really good and the shop has a decent selection of pastries/sandwiches. I don't usually sit but they do have many tables available. The staff is always very nice and up for a chat.

The restaurant was nice but very cold so had to eat with our coats on. But the service was excellent despite the cold. The food was enjoyable and affordable. The management was kind to take the service charge off our bill because of the cold. Thank you. Overall, a good experience.

Hartmann Street London City Airport Royal Docks, London E16 2PB EnglandA couple of days ago I been have the best service. This shop is the one inside after pass the control. It’s not the first time this is happened, but this last time I have to ask the name because I feel this person was super friendly that make my day just amazing. So thanks to Anna for make me a delicious cafe!

Warehouse K 2 western gatewayOrdered takeaway via Deliveroo and paid £13.60 for a pak choi dish with just 2 small pak choi. For the price, the portion is shockingly small—Waitrose and M&S sell 4 pak choi for under £4. Poor value for money, very disappointing.

Gallions Hotel Albert Basin WayMetimos en un bocado para comer con mi pareja, aunque el menú es limitado, lo que hay es bueno, el personal es excelente y muy acogedor. El lugar tiene un ambiente muy agradable, perfecto para una bebida tranquila y algo para picar. La decoración es muy suave, que es un cambio agradable para un pub. Las tapas es muy recomendable. Para simplemente una copa con los amigos o con la pareja.
