Love Coffee in Newham

Absolute shocker. Staff overwhelmed and chaotic. Given my pastry then got it snatched back,, then returned to me.People being given drinks before me who had paid way after. Staff useless. Worst dump ever. Almost missed my train and had to leave without my drink. THE worst place I've ever been ripped off in. NEVER AGAIN. POOR

Stopped off here to grab a to-go coffee, it was so pleasant there I asked my colleagues to meet me inside to join me for a coffee and have our meeting. The staff there are very welcoming, the station wasn't so busy so it was pretty quiet at the time aswell

I visited today and was really pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent and the croissant was wonderful - so rare in the UK. Not only that, the chap filled my water bottle and delivered my yummy coffee in a proper cup to my table - unheard of! Compliments to all the staff. Will definitely go again if I'm in the area.

I usually come to drink coffee here when I am waiting for a train. The coffee is really good and the shop has a decent selection of pastries/sandwiches. I don't usually sit but they do have many tables available. The staff is always very nice and up for a chat.
