Fuimos al Chicago Rib Shack en la tarde del sábado. Encontramos asientos en el patio de comidas lo suficientemente fácil.Pedí costillitas que vienen con ensalada de col. Fichas (lados) que tiene que pedir por separado. Pedí las papas fritas y un batido Oreo.La comida salió bastante rápido (le dan un timbre de mano para que sepa cuándo recoger su comida).Las porciones eran bastante pequeñas para lo que pagas, incluido el tamaño del batido.El problema principal era que la comida estaba tibia.Costillas de ternera, hamburguesa con queso y chile también fue pedido de mi grupo.Las costillas de ternera que venían con aros de cebolla que estaban muy fríos.La comida de todos los demás también era tibia.Es una pena ya que la comida sabía bien.

Chicago Rib Shack tiene 3 sucursales en Londres y 1 en Leeds. Su sucursal de Stratford está bien, es un refrigerio rápido. We found this place on Tastecard offering 241. We ordered the Cajun bean burger and the Bacon cheese burger with a bowl of Dirty fries and two waters for only £10.75. We both really enjoyed our burgers and dirty fries so will definitely return here again when we next visit Westfield Stratford.

I often come here for lunch as I work in the centre. The staff are all very friendly, including the Chefs who you can see when ordering. The food is lovely, basically a more affordable quicker served TGI Fridays... The Macaroni cheese bites are too die for and the New Manager is always on hand for any questions about new items on the menu and just generally making a quick ordering experience personal and welcoming.

Received timely service and the food was fantastic except for the fact the hotdog was a bit cold. There was also a good selection of food to choose from.

We absolutely loved the food here. Everything we ordered was really tasty and presented well. The ribs were amazing with the meat falling off the bone. The homemade style lemonade is amazing

Only around half quantity than I visited one and half years before. And You have to pay for the sides now. The rib tastes not as good as before either.

I looove this outlet, because it's convenient, fast, tasteful, good customer service from Susanna, she has always being polite and accommodating always smiling and asks for feedback. I noticed my wings were just PERFECT the ribs not tough. I asked if there was a new chef, Leo's cooking skills are great. I asked for my wings to be well done ,but not burnt and for once I didn't have to send them back to be cooked a little more. DELICIOUS x

Went here last week and it was horrific ordered ribs wings and chips same as my boyfriend and a kinder milkshake. We were both excited and thought it would be lovely however we were sorely disappointed .

Chicken wings didn't really have any proper BBQ treatment, they could easily have been baked and then brushed with cheap and nasty wholesaler BBQ sauce - no other seasoning going on. Cajun fries were passable. "Chocolate milkshake" was returned... They offered to make me another but showed me that they were using some kind of nasty syrup, the kind you can buy from a supermarket. It had neither the colour or flavour of chocolate. Took a refund. Overall, very disappointed

OK...I know that this is Mall food, so my expectations shouldn't be too high. But this was a chain that I thought might make an effort. But no! Heaven knows what folks fro Chicago was say about this...I am embarrassed to think. Dry, bland and uninteresting. Ten pounds gets you a small slab of five or six ribs and a half dozen tiny chicken wings. And give up any thoughts of tender meat falling off the bone. The meat has to be prised away with a serrated knife. Served with a tiny (mercifully) pot of the most unpleasant cole slaw(?) I've ever eaten. Fortunately there are many bins in the food hall.

Called in here before going to watch football. My friend had the spicy and I had the bbq ribs. They were so tasty and the side slaw was a great accompaniment. Would recommend a visit

Hi I went to your branch in Westfield Stratford called "Chicago rib shack" and I had amazing service from Helena ,Daniel and Lucio . I m also a retail manager so I do know how important customer service and their needs is.

Quite cheap but such poor quality. I had wings and ribs, but they were so dry, the least tender I've ever had. Genuinely would be much better off just making them at home.

The wings and ribs were nice. The chips were a bit soggy. We got our food delivered to us, so it might be that they don't travel well. Our food wasn't delivered with wipes or napkins which would have been nice. All my food was gluten free. Their gluten free food is clearly marked on their menu.

Average food, but the service was fast and food filling. The staff looked miserable and bored, the lady who helped me wasn't very helpful. I'm not going back.

Service was as expected and slow. Price reasonable but for the quality its overpriced. The chilli burger I had was average, but the stale bun was a the real disappointment. Ruined the meal. Fries were v small cut like mcdonalds style, drink was ok. They forgot the coleslaw. I went back after and pointed this out and he asked if I wanted it now, I said no. To take away? No. A refund of £2.50, yes thanks. I should have told them the bun was stale too, but it is what it isI wouldn't eat here again, but I might try another outlet - I am a huge fan of American bbq, so this was a double disappointment.

I believe that it is due to a poorly managed outlet that we had a terrible experience. The food took ages to be prepared and to top it up the Burger was cold. How can you take that long and still not serve a fresh hot burger? The chicken wings were disgusting full with fat. Major disappointment.

We were served by the lovely Suzanna. Very polite, entertaining and helpful. Her banter left quite an impression we won't be forgetting in a hurry. The food tasted excellent and very prompt. Not bad for the price either; I spent £6.85 (with a student discount). I got the ribs/wing combo with a milkshake that I mixed two flavours of. 5/5 from me!

Look, I can and have eaten my own weight in ribs. I could eat a whole Brontosaurus given the chance. I'd eat ribs as an Olympic sport if they'd let me. So we're clear, I love ribs. So when I saw this place I nearly fainted. Rib heaven Well not even close. The ribs were dry and uninteresting a little like gnawing on some kindling. No juice, sauce or stickiness just dry and boring You know if all you sell is ribs then you'd better do it better than this.Fries were ok and at least it wasn't that expensive.I really should have know better than to eat in a food court. So myself & a friend arrived at the food in Stratford Westfeild's food court & we were spoilt for choice as to what restaurant we going to give our money to. We past Chicago rib shack and thought this looks good and my friend said that she had eaten here before and the first thing we got was a great vibe from the cooks & the ladies at the till but we wanted to explore a little more!We did! But it was no good, we knew the burgers & the ribs from Chicago's rib shack were calling us & when we saw that they did sweet potato fries it was a no brainer! We were greeted by a lovely lady called Indie (sorry if I spelt it wrong!) Who was working her first day there & the awesome Susanna who was the general manager! Their customer service was impeccable! They built up such a great repore and we were laughing so much! My friend said she wanted to use the restroom & I got to speak to Susanna one on one. She explained how she keeps the restaurant all together & the customers happy even when things get so hectic & busy! It was quite inspiring!My friend came back from using the restroom & then came our orders. We had bbq ribs & wings, the sweet potato fries & miniature cups of mayo & chilli sauce to dip our wings in & chips in. The wings were bland but everything hit the spot so well. The ribs were succulent, juicy & I was left wanting more. I washed my food down with a nicely chilled cherry soda and my friend washed hers with a lemonade! Susanna came over to make sure everything was fine & that we wrote her review in the trip advisor ;) The overall evening was a great vibe, lovely food with managers and workers that enjoy what they do! Such a shame I remember 'the shack' in Knightsbridge from days of old - everything was good except the ribs - they cold, undercooked and really not very nice - had the spicy sauce - wish I hadn't - partner had BBQ which looked and tasted better . Otherwise the onion loaf was great, fries good and corn on the cob also, coleslaw ok - shame :(

I always order the Pulled Pork Sandwich and it is to die for! Pulled pork, deep fried pickle and spicy slaw. A wonderful price too. I dealt with Suzanna at the Stratford store and she gave me free fries due to a cold deliveroo I received . Fantastic service always!

Hi,My friend and I went to Ribshack on 17th November.We tried a chef's special ("the Beef Rib") and it was absolutely delicious. Succulent, fresh and juicy beef with hot crispy fries and a side of coleslaw.I had mine with the homemade lemonade which was a freshing twang to my dish but I'd get the Cherry root beer with ice when I get it again.Customer service was brilliant too. I'll definitely be attending again and looking forward to when I can get an evening to try the chef's special again.Thanks for a great time, Suzanna ;)

Excellent service by Eniko as always. I regularly visit this food outlet in the Westfield Stratford shopping centre. The burgers, fries always taste amazing and are consistently amazing. Food always tastes fresh and made when ordered rather than standing there for a significant amount of time. Thanks to all the team!

7£ and then you can start to swear from today till next year.Burger small, really really poor, bread probably been there for a couple of days they tried to make it warm But was uneatable.9.20 and what do you get a coke and a small, rubbish burger. Chips are extra. Next time I'll fancy eat something, I'll book a private jet go to Chicago buy my burger and come back to london, I might eat more , better and cheaper.Never go back here again.

Are within the food court type area. So you queue for ordering your food then go off with a buzzer and return to collect your tray of food when the buzzer alarms.Partner had blue cheese burger I had ribs. Both were pretty good. Ribs needed more sauce. There are many choices in the food court! Incredibly busy too. I don't think we would eat there again, I think I would prefer an actual restaurant. Especially as it was fairly expensive.

I was shopping with my other half in Westfield one Saturday evening recently. We decided to eat at the shopping centre (despite knowing our parking ticket charge would increase from 2.70 to 5.40!) and so checked out the food court. We both opted for baby back ribs with fries and coleslaw, though we paid an extra £1 to upgrade one to sweet potato fries. You queue up to order and receive a buzzer which alerts you when meal is ready. The place was busy and seats were hard to find even at 9pm. Our meal was ready in around 5-8 mins which we had to collect from the counter. Not sure how this works when you're on your own. You wouldn't want to leave your shopping but if you take everything you may loose your seat! The ribs had good flavour - I would have liked more bbq sauce though. Regular fries were shoestring and a bit dry. Sweet potato fries were lovely. Coleslaw was ok. For £8.25 I thought the portion size was reasonable. Wine came in a 187ml bottle with a proper glass.

Three of four staff who don't understand each other, let alone me speaking non-Americanised English. Trying to push me to buy more food through "deals" and getting confused when these were politely rejected. Food dried up despite an interval for cooking so must be already made; and you have to serve yourself using a tray after sitting down with a buzzer that tells you to go back to the counter. If you get thirsty and want another drink nobody to serve you. You are part of a system like a robot and must pay for that privilege. Terrible place - McDonald's is better and much cheaper and you get more food. At these prices you should get served at table with freshly made food. Avoid.

I had the Cajun chicken burger...it was more bun than chicken with my chicken taking up less than half the bun and only half a centimetre in thickest. The chips were also dry and bland. My boyfriend had the ribs and although their flavour was nice they were dry. All in all I would have expected much higher quality for the price! Next time I'll go GBK across the food court if I want a burger!!

We had here a delicious lunch on a break of the shopping day. Our friends recommended us this restaurant and of course we didn’t regret a thing. We had ribs and wings with fries on the side and some salad which I do not remember the content. But the ribs and wings were fabulous; very tasty and delicious. I can still remember their taste when I write this review … We had it with beer and had a great meal. If you’re in an area where The Chicago Rib Shack please do not hesitate to pay them a visit, you won’t regret it. I guess I’ve seen 5 locations in London so you might be close to one. The staff was friendly and polite.We’re looking forward to get back to London one day soon and get there for another delicious meal.

If you get the ribs you will not be disappointed but do make sure the assistants understand your order as they often have poor English and may think you don't want the particular ribs you are ordering.

Had a family of four to feed so looking for somewhere to eat at Westfield which wan't one of the generic Restaurant brands that now appear everywhere. Stumbled upon TCRS by accident even though I'd been looking for it (yes I know there's a site map). Basically order food, pick up the pager, find somewhere to sit and when your meal is ready you're paged to collect it. I can't imagine we waited more than 10 minutes.Kids had the children's burger which was a bit small but they didn't complain at all. We tried the rib combo and the Olympian Burger and, well, look at the picture as I can't decribe its awesomeness. We also had a couple of Oreo Milkshakes and they're pretty good. Not as good as Ed's but better than Reds.Stick to the standard menu and you can feed a family of four for under £30 (depending on your drinks). We will definately be back.

We visited this place today based on a menu it had to offer. The Chicago Rib Shack advertised their specialty were ribs. We chose the spicy baby rack of ribs and the BBQ ribs & wings, both come with fries and a pot of coleslaw. The service was ok and quick, but maybe unnecessarily... The food came out after 5 min. wait but the ribs were barely warm. They whole idea of this place was to serve grilled and juicy ribs. Instead we received dry, slightly warm ribs which must have been sitting on a side for some time. Also the spicy option was basted in Frank's sauce and we expected this place would have their own recipe for the spicy rub. We were also disappointed with the tiny portion of coleslaw we received. We would describe the dining experience in the Chicago Rib Shack as very underwhelming considering we paid over £17.00 for 2x meals.

Call in while at the European championships. Great service, quick, and the burger was out of this world!! Fantastic quality meat worth every penny

The staff are quite rude and never gave us a booth but the people after they did. The platters are small and has given rood poisoning on a couple of occasions

Staff were great and very friendly , a credit I ordered the wings and rib combo and fancied a glass of wine with it . I had the bbq , they also do a spicy version Ribs were ok , a good amount of meat on them and tender . They weren't hot hot , they were fairly warm . Coleslaw , quite bland , mass produced , no flavour , no crunch , nothing special Fries were good , crispy , fresh and tasty Wings were ok , again , nothing to write home about , quite a good amount of sauce on everything that I needs extra wipes and napkins Wine was lovely , cold and crisp , just right . Service at the counter was friendly and efficient. We waited around 10-15 minutes for our meal, which is not unreasonable as they were busy.Sadly the food really was tasteless. I had a chilli cheese burger. The meat was well-cooked but the bun was very dry. The chilli con carne inside had no flavour whatsoever - no garlic, no chilli, nada! The pickles, likewise. No sweetness, no sharpness. There was no flavour in the cheese. And finally, some sort of white paste with again, no discernible flavour. It didn't have the creaminess or mustardy warmth of mayo, could have been sour cream I guess, but who knows?!My partner had chilli cheese fries and confirmed the complete tastelessness of the chilli con carne.Dipping sauces - nothing to get excited about. A little pot of Tabasco and generic barbecue. They claim to make all sauces fresh daily on the premises - impossible! The Tabasco was recognisably fermented (and despite them not admitting it, I'm 100% sure it IS Tabasco!)The saving grace was the chips! Thin cut, skin-on, crispy and fresh. Strawberry milkshake tasted of fresh wild strawberry but lacking the creaminess of ice cream. Not sure if they put any in. Disappointing, and for the price, poor value.

The Chicago Rib Shack does what it says on the tin in the heart of the mall. The ribs were really good, especially for such a high volume establishment. The hot dog was a classic, although the bun could have added more texture and flavour. Service was pretty good.Basically, a good food court location for ribs.

We had the wings and ribs, spicy and berbeque respectively. It was a genuinely awesome experience, fries done right and doggie bagged what we couldnt finish. Huge ribs and wings as well.

Visited this place after a watching football at the Emirates and was suitably hungry. This place did not disappoint. Had BBQ ribs and chicken wings with sweet potato fries, coleslaw and a coke float. Messy to eat but oh so tasty. Was superb. Worth a visit for sure!

Set in the middle of the food court of Stratford shopping mall, offers decent American styled ribs, burgers and other foods for decent prices. Student discounts are also available.

Been there last Friday. We ordered 2 portions of ribs&wings. One spicy one BBQ. We waited about 5 min. When we got our food I wasn't impressed. Although the taste was OK and chips was fresh and hot the meat ( ribs and wings) were really dry and not even properly heated up. I think meat was cooked at least 1 day upfront and left out to dry. Chicken wings were so dry we couldn't even get anything off the bone and also there was hardly any meat on the ribs. All together pretty disappointing. Won't go there again.

I went on a Tuesday and got student discount and there was a special offer so I ended up paying less than £15 for two rib and wing meals and drinks. It was really good food. The ribs came with bbq sauce and colslaw. The customer service was also very good. The chips were so nice and crispy. I will definitely go again. Apart from TGI best food in Westfields,but much cheaper.

I came here with a few a group of friends, craving ribs. Chicago Rib Shack didn't disappoint the food was amazing however I have had better ribs in the past, the drink I got was called Coke float and it was the first time I have had it and I have to say it is a pretty weird combination, but I loved it. Overall I would say that this restaurant filled my expectation and I would recommend coming here. Be Back Soon!

Westfield has so many eateries that some times we can fine things we never tried. Tried only because it was the shorter queue, but it was a great idea, the pulled pork sandwich was to die for, very well done. Great choice, fair price.

I had lunch with my family on Saturday. We had the chicken wings, a burger with bacon, sweet potatoes and two portions of chips. We found the wings too much sticky, the chips way much too salty and the sweet potatoes were tasteless. The only positive thing was the student discount (that I had to ask twice to the waitress because she forgot to put trough the first time she printed the bill). very disappointing. wouldn't reccomend or go back.

Can't recommend the baby back Ribs highly enough. Friendly staff- they were very patient with 'other' customers that were proving 'difficult', was good to see.

Great burgers and the chicken burgers are halaal. The spicy chicken wings and dip are delicious. Perfect place for a quick bite while you're shopping.

Had the ribs and wings chips coleslaw and oreo milkshake. Good price for the food. Chips and coleslaw were really good. Wings were good. The ribs were quite hard but fine for a food court meal.

I went at 12.30pm on a Tuesday (no queue). I went for the (bbq) ribs and wings combo - about 7 thin ribs and 3 small wings.I wasn't expecting the meat to fall off the bone, but the food must have been kept under heat for some time (before given the sauce treatment) because it really was a tough dry meal to eat. The chicken wings were also hard to eat. The fries and coleslaw were fine though.Maybe bigger (but fewer) ribs & wings would solve the issue.

Ate at this restaurant on 14/10/2015. I had Ribs and Chicken wings (spicy) which comes with chips and cole slaw. The ribs were nice and succulent but I didn't like the spicy finish. I will probably try the barbecue sauce flavor if I get to go there again.

finger lickin', sexual-innuendo fueled deliciousness.I almost (but thankfully didn't) ordered everything on the menu.If ever there comes a time when spinsterdom calls and there's no hope for me finding someone and procreating, I will eat here every day and that foreign blondie manager can roll me out the door

Visited here for some food after work.It was relatively prompt, decent enough menu and well priced compared to other eating venues in the area. I had asked for spicy, the food itself, while it had a bit of a kick (I say a bit..) it just wasn't what I was expecting, when I ordered spicy. Which is a shame. The wings, were decent too, there just weren't many at all. And the coleslaw was rather unflavourful.Probably wouldn't visit again. It had a lot of promise, but failed to live up to it.. for me at least.

Took my god daughter to buy a dolly in John Lewis and wondered what we could eat in Stratford Westfield and found The Chicago Rib Shack. I ordered a child meal for her and had the ribs and wings bbq style. Order didn't take long and wow it was finger licking good. The ribs fell off the bone and the wings were so flavoursome. The meal came with chips and coleslaw with was so tastes. Ate everything on my plate and so did she. Worth the £8.50 and £5.50 I paid

The menu is very simple and it's pretty much ribs, chicken, burgers and hot dogs. I like simple menus as it's easier to decide what to eat plus if there are only a few items on the menu and there is a fair queue then what they sell must be good. We always go for the ribs and wings with fries and coleslaw and it's always great, it's actually our favourite restaurant at Westfield Stratford now. Luckily you are provided with a large minty wipe to clear yourself down afterwards as it's quite a messy affair if you use your fingers which we always do. The drinks are pretty standard and the homemade lemonade is rather nice. The counter is always busy which is always a good sign, a place with demand is good or cheap and it's not that cheap!
