The service was poor and sarcastic remarks made by waiter for serving additional chilli oil which was just not professional.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff were super helpful. We are 2 non Londeners who didn't know where we were going. So much help from staff and the info boards. It was much easier than expected.

Had afew drinks and a bite to eat. Food was ok as l ordered a mixed meat platter to share and chips. Very nice and cosy place to relax and have a drink. Staff friendly and attentive.

Hotel is fine. Food is average and overpriced.

The rooms do need some attention in terms of maintenance, the location is nice close to the station. The food is good

It was about 5.45p.m today and I wanted to get a quick coffee before I board my train. There was no one at the till. The person who was supposed to be serving was at the other end laughing and looking at the phone with another girl. He wasn't even keeping an eye on the till in case someone comes along to be served , totally irresponsible. Especially at a big station like Waterloo they have to be vigilant and provide fast service. That girl didn't seem to have much to do either. Because there is no one to supervise them I think they do whatever they like.

El restaurante me hizo tan feliz! El personal es muy, muy agradable y la comida es absolutamente increíble! Sabía igual que la mejor comida que tenía en la India. Esto es lo real. Y tan pacífico y tranquilo. Me encantó.

Asma was seriously amazing!!!! Had to ask for her name because that cherry hot chocolate was FABULOUS she was the one who recommended it and honestly i couldn’t be more grateful xxx will be back

Met friends for a meal and enjoyed a very relaxed evening with great food

The service here from the girl with the short curly hair, at around 8:30pm yesterday was the worst I’ve ever experienced, extremely rude, bad attitude and was directly aggressive, the worst experience I’ve ever had. The rest of the team and the food was great.
