If I could give -10 stars I would. Service absolutely appalling. Would not allow a girl with an emergency medical condition to use the bathroom without buying something. That is all you need to know.

No service whatsoever and food was small for £14 barely any flavour. Staff look miserable

Expensive dishes for what they are with quantities bordering on the absurd: I had 2 small shrimps on my plate (in the image it is a piece of fried pepper) with fried vegetables drowned in a bowl of tasteless water and too elastic noodles. Guaranteed taste disappointment. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. For my part, it was a stay in London.

The 2 waitresses were extremely rude and unwelcoming

The pastries are really nice, the Apple tart and the rainbow cake are to die for!!! And the prices are really competitive for central london. A must try !!

The service is poor, it makes you feel like a beggar… just charges you for no reason…£7 service charge, just because they bring you the meniu …. I never seen such stupidity.

What an absolute disgrace this place is. I stopped in after walking the length of the queen's walk and asked if I could order a drink and use the bathroom. The waitress refused my request despite the restaurant being open and empty. To be treated this way is humiliating and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Luckily, Strings, the Spanish/Italian restaurant shares the very same bathroom and their staff happily obliged my request. Shame on the wait staff and the owner of Aji for enforcing such a despicable policy.

Navjot and Varsha provided great and friendly service to me and my friends today at Aji restaurant near the London Eye.There was an issue with another patron who was being extremely rude to the young ladies by pointing his finger in Navjot's face, and threatening to complain to management. My friends and I were in earshot of what was being said and realized that the ladies were complying with restaurant policy. But the rude patron was taking his frustration out on the ladies, while all the time they remained calm and professional. I was so disturbed for them, but encouraged them to continue to be the professionals as they are.

The best Big Ben view in London

Partial order was served. When asked, they realized that is missed. The cook prepared it in <5 min(yes, you can see the kitchen). It wasn't busy at all to blame it on ocupansy. Why didn't I ask. I was chatting with my wife and forgot all about it. How long did it take? over an hour. Staff didn't even apologize they said it would be out in 5min.

Perfect atmosphere best place to explore london.

The gyoza and Chicken Ramen is really recommended. My servers, Varsha and Sharleen, were really friendly and helpful.

Food was pretty good! I think it's a little bit too pricey but the location is amazing!

If you want to eat 1 pound market noodles in a place that claims to be a Japanese restaurant, come here. I have experienced Japanese restaurants many times before and I have never heard such a statement. "Why are the noodles stuck together in one piece?" This is what happens when you don't have noodle soup 😂 I definitely won't come again and I don't recommend it! I am sad

We went there with a child with additional needs and had his wheelchair. One staff member told us the lift is out of service. We lifted him up and went to the basement only for another staff member to say lift is working. I then got up in the lift to get the wheelchair that I had left in the hallway and when I brought it in, the other staff member said the lift isn't working and won't open the door to the lift.

No dietary requirements for allergies such as dairy/ vegan. Waitress also said the vegetarian options are cooked in the same oil as meat and fish

Had 2 dishes and 2 waters for £30.80. It was definitely cheaper than other options and there was a nice view out the window, but the food was pretty bland.

We stumbled on this place while coming out of Sea Life and waiting for our time slot for the London Eye. There was no wait time to be seated and once we ordered our food, it arrived quickly and still hot. My husband ordered Takoyaki and Katsu Chicken Curry. I had Pork Gyoza and Chicken Egg Fried Noodles. We shared a couple bites of each others dishes and all of it was absolutely gorgeous. We'll definitely be visiting again when we get the chance.

I had takoyaki and a katsu chicken dish every bite was filled with incredible flavour.

POV: Travelling with 2 Kids. Went here for a quick lunch and refresh ourselves from the heatwave. I’m not sure if the servers are motivated or they are super exhausted. We never expected a ritz Carlton service. But super standard. Out of the 3 girls who was serving 1 (who maybe running the shift) was serving us as if she’s paying our bill. No common sense at all. Leaving a water bottle without glasses. We had to wait for 10mins for the glasses to arrive. Didn’t explain how the menu work but I saw other two were giving a good guide though to other tables. She simply said “this is the menu you can order what’s in there” of cause we know that but as customers we expect servers to help choosing and give a good experience. A menu is their selling point. Food: Beef pot- Avoid. Noodles - Good. But very very average. In a nutshell, service is very poor. No proper beverages. It’s a rip off. Avoid going. PS : If you wanna use the toilets, you will have to go to the basement restaurant. But you need to take a proof of you are a dining customer either up or downstairs. Reason I’m saying is there is a very rude lady who doesn’t know how to speak to customers. . I did tell her not to be rude at your customers! And yes, by putting the step down after crossing our limits.

Worst stir fried rice I ever had and the dishes aren't worth it.

Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing experience after visiting the Sea Life Aquarium. I chose this place because it was convenient, straight off the doors of the London Aquarium. I've ordered the Chicken Ramen but it was tasteless as was the presentation of the dish when was served. My waitress was the most careless person and I had the impression that she didn't have any proper training at all to be a waitress, so it didn't help either. I wouldn't called it a "restaurant experience" at all.

It is just an OK restaurant. The view is very nice but the food is so so.

Terrible, I never ate noodles like this, the soup is soy sauce and water, not hot, chicken is like an eraser. I still remember how bad it was even it was ages ago. No star.

Visited the aji bakery, downstairs from the main restaurant. Very reasonably priced for its location, lovely cakes and sausage rolls.

We ate here after going to the Sea aquarium There was no wait and we were seated next to the window which is great because we have a good view of the big ben. The prices were reasonable and they have a decent options as well. We ordered Chicken katsu curry Pork gyoza Takoyaki Chicken thigh with vegie yakitori Pork with enoko mushroom yakitori Pork ramen And a coke and orange juice Everything tasted great especially the takoyaki, gyoza and pork wrapped with enoki mushroom. Service was great too and they were able to serve our food fast enough They have a restaurant which is clean that is a plus! Will definitely eat here again when were around the area.

Tried 4 ramen places in London now within 4 days, this place was not good. Noodles was too soft, chicken was very dry and flavourless, broth was OK but nothing special at all. The egg was even cold. I noticed afterwards they added a 12% service charge without informing us. To me that is very bad service, adding extra fees without informing. Not cool. If you want a service charge or tips, you should give exceptional service.

My family and I have been craving for Pork ramen during our holiday in London, so we went in, we were the only table in the restaurant, a waiter took our order not very nicely, he said they were out of pork ramen, so we had to order chicken ramen instead, beers and edamame, 10 mins later I kindly asked if they could charge my phone for me (I tried to give them my charger) and in a not so friendly way they said it was against their policies 😒. Beers and edamame were arriving at the table, I said we were leaving and I wanted the check. They said the ramen were being prepared and I had to pay for them too, I said I wouldn’t and they threatened me with calling security, which they did.

Very simple minimalist atmosphere. Saddest looking and tasting ramen I have ever had. Curry udon was ok. Very stingy on toppings. Service was initially unwelcoming then switched to a different waiter who was much more friendly and attentive.

Chinese run Japanese restaurant where Chicken yakitori tastes like it was boiled. The white rice was not bad.

Confusing. What is Ajis' Bakery? Ajis' restaurant? We went Monday 5pm and the bakery was already closed but Japanese restaurant was still open. Are they joint shops or separate? The Japanese is located on ground floor while the bakery is located lower ground along with public toilet. They serve Japanese food but I don't even know if the chef preparing it was Japanese or not, because the staffs who served us were definitely Chinese. The food I ordered was Chicken Katsu Curry which tasted ok. The vegetables that came with it were cold, the rice and curry were lukewarm, but chicken was right temperature. My partner ordered a prawn Katsu curry, she had same experience with her meal. The taste of the food were ok not great, but I prefer the prawn to the chicken curry. We also ordered the oden soup which contained different fish cakes but unfortunately it was very expensive for a small portion! £6.50 for 6 different fish cakes along with an egg, though the soup taste was very nice. Our Katsu meal cost £12.50 which is costly for a meal that didn't satisfy me. Our bill came to the total of £31 with added service charge 12% that came up to £34.72. Toilet was nice and clean, it uses a code so you need to ask the staffs for the code because it is for paying customers only. Would I recommend this place? I don't know. I expected to be served by Japanese people since the restaurant had the title Japanese to it. The meal was not hot enough, and for the price of the meal and portion was very stingy, the oden fish cake soup was a rip off with that kind of price. No I will not recommend. Because I was not satisfied.

Food was ok, service was ok. Right at the exit of the aquarium so very handy for starving people short of patience to find a place to eat. But lost a kid’s jacket at the restaurant, called 6-7 times during their opening hours over a few days and nobody picked up, also wrote to them but never got a response after 3 weeks 🥲 make sure to have a thorough check before leaving the restaurant!

Croissant and Pain au Chocolate tasteless and burnt. In the Pain au Chocolate was almost no chocolate.

We ate here 8 months ago and there has been a lot of changes. The menu is different but the food was great. The Oden was great and the Curry was good as well. I personally thought their Takoyaki tasted better than the ones I had in Osaka.

Good service, quality but.... expensive

Very poor customer service! My phone was stolen from our table by someone who just walked in and grabbed it. The staff did not do anything to help especially with a baby in hand. No offer to help find the man, or to check the CCTV, or to lend a phone to call family to help. In fact, someone labelled 'Security' came from the kitchen (not even at the entrance!) and explained nothing could be done and there were phone thefts the previous week. Paid the bill and left quite upset.

Leckeres Curry Für günstigeres Essen vollkommen Okay

Spent the day in London looking around Westminster and going to the aquarium. Ended up stopping here for a later lunch. I got the katsu chicken and rice curry. It was some of the best food I have had since being in the UK. The curry was a yellow curry and pleasantly spicy. It wasn't so spicy it was miserable. The vegetables were cooked nicely, but they weren't soggy at all. My son got the chicken udon noodles which he ate the whole bowl. The helpings were huge. Had I known that we probably would've shared plates. The lady working the front and tables was very nice. On Google it said it stayed open until later, but we must have got in there in the knick of time, because about 15 minutes after we sat down someone came to be seated and she said she was closed. I felt bad, but she never tried rushing us or anything. If near here I recommend it. It is more flavorful than other things you may find in the UK.

Bakery downstairs. Out of the way away from the crowds. Good pizza. And sweets.

Lovely view from the Thames. Service is fairly quick. Had the Takoyaki (£5.80) which was decent, but portioned on the smaller side. Dishes priced between £11-£13 per person. Nice overall :)

Deliciously simple, lovely food, peaceful (a random Wednesday). High chair available and easy with the kids after London aquarium.

Nice hot food, not overpriced and friendly staff.

Being able to grab lunch for less than a tenner with a view of Big Ben has to be a huge plus. In fact it wasn’t that long ago that this venue housed a McDonalds, so even if this is not the tastiest Japanese food in London it is definitely a step up and a reasonable option if you are strolling along the Thames.

Breakfast was Tasteless food. Bland sandwiches. Sausages seem old. Cold food is not warmed well before serving.

Very lovely service by the nice lady in the cube. Her suggestion to try Takoyaki and that we won't regret trying it was definitely very good. Tried Katsu Curry, Veg Noodles, and a combo offer, and all of them tasted good; portion size isn't enormous and is on the smaller side, but again, it's an eatery near London Eye. Overall a very good experience, will likely visit again!
