Food was cold, fries were floppy, double cheeseburger looked like it had been cooked about 6 hours previous. Very disappointed and will be leaving feedback on the corporate site. Truly woeful and left most of it Avoid, avoid, avoid

As a poorly paid employee of the local hospital in this area, it was to my utmost disappointment to find that this McDonald's is no longer in existence. As I stood alone with my limp ripped Metro McDonald's voucher, I noticed other poor souls also wondering where now to get their nutrition. This has completely ruined my romantic Valentine's dinner for one. Please explain yourself Ronald McDonald?

Somewhere to stop for lunch when you are out sightseeing as you can sit outside when the weather is good or you can sit downstairs where there is seating.

El servicio rápido y la comida habitual. Hay asientos abajo en el sótano y un ascensor si es necesario. La mitad de la zona de asientos estaba cerrada y un hombre dormía allí con bolsas a su alrededor, sin estar seguro de por qué esa zona estaba cerrada.

First off, its mine and my husbands thing to try McDonald's in every country that we visit, just to see if its just as disappointing and overrated around the world as it is in the US.

Dirty and dirty. Toilets not fit for humans and service is extremely poor. Even the burgers and nuggets seem to not taste 'the same'... so we all threw everything away after a bite or two and moved onl.

The best thing about this place is it’s location, right next to the London Eye, Sea Life centre, Shrek Experience and London dungeons.

Do not use this store the service isn't there and the staff are often rude. Please avoid this place is shocking. Food on floors smelly toilets and often staff who think it's your privilege to be served by them...

One of the tidier Mcdonalds I've been in, some actually going round cleaning tables, can get busy, Food was freshly cooked on this visit.

Don't bother getting the staff here to understand you, it seems the polish manager only employs polish people who can't serve you with a smile and look at you like you're a hindrance. Rude stuff, cold food.

The queue was ridiculous for the ladies toilets there was people with kids who didnt even bother queueing and just walked right through they need more toilets the guys had no queue and just walked in then out

Located on the ground floor of the old County Hall Building, this branch processed customers quickly but did not have the self service ordering terminals. A new member of staff served us (I assume he was new as he had no gold stars on his name badge) and he missed one item from our order. Luckily for us he was passing through the seating area and when told he went back and got it for us. As for the seating area in the basement, it was spacious and clean.

Arrogant staff!! Ordered my food from the self service machine. The machine didn't print my receipt off, as I'm self employed I do need to keep them. This has happened a few times at other mcdonalds to which the staff are more than happy to help print me off a new one. Not this mcdonalds! Even they trainer couldn't do it apart from arguing with me it can't be done in front of other customers. Very disappointed!

As I only work down the road, every now and then I treat myself to a Mcdonalds. On every occasion I have been they have constantly forgot my sauce which I particularly asked for. When given my food the employee assured me that everything was in the bag. She was very wrong indeed. I am now on my lunch break eating sauceless chips and chicken.

This is a normal McDonald's, so everyone knows what the food is like. However, it was heaving with people just pushing each other around. The toilets were faulty and dirty and it was just generally unpleasant...

Went at 10:10am for the breakfast menu and was stood waiting to be served until 10:30am to be told it wasn’t breakfast anymore. When I turned up it was 10:10am therefore breakfast times. Staff members were really rude.

This McDonald's is our favorite one in the city. Why? location firstly. It sits almost under the London and Eye has great views of Westminster Bridge and Parliament. Then the food comes in, snag a table out front with someone in your party and have the other zip in to order. The people covet those seats, so be lively and fend for it. The food has always been good, and the fries crucially hot. We love zipping across the bridge and hitting this busy McDonald's, while checking the scenes.

Travel to experience new foods, try the vendor stands and booths up and down the southbank, or visit the same-old thing you get back home. This particular McDonald's is a gold-mine; the line is always out the door and the crowds are packed like sardines.

We stopped here one morning on the way to the see the sights. Maybe I was lucky because it was still relatively early but there was no line and the breakfast was quick and very good for fast food. Great price as well.

Very busy. Toilets were filthy I thought they were checked regularly but on this day this did not appear to be the case. Slow moving q to be served seemed unable to cope with the volume of people. This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've been in. When you did get served nowhere to sit.

Got drinks from here whilst visiting nearby attractions. Despite it being mega busy the queues went down quickly. It was clean and the staff helpful and polite.

Es una de las opciones más economicas de Londres, sobre todo porque suele salir caro comer en restaurants tradicionales. Es como en el resto del mundo, una hamburguesa trucha pero que te salva comidas en cualquier horario ya que suelen estar abiertos hasta tarde e incluso algunos 24hs.

E' un mac, non c'è molto da raccontare, solo che se non vuoi spendere molto e passeggi per Londra è una alternativa in cui prima o poi devi cadere. L'unica cosa da segnalare è che i menù sono diversi da quelli italiani, per cui se pensate di ordinare un mc bacon..beh cambiate idea e dovete provare cose nuove...auguri!!! Comodissimo quello al london eye proprio perchè nel mezzo di mille cose da visitare

This McDonalds is handy to Westminister Bridge and that's where the good bit ends. It is like a cattle market trying to get served. There is an "express order" service which in our experience is slower than the battle at the counter. Being so centrally placed and beside the big tourist attractions, this place is over crowded. There is seating downstairs but not enough for the number of cusotmers.

Coffee and sandwich shops plus McDonalds with some pub food is always the cheapest option for a budget stay

So I've been here before but mostly in the off season. Visited today in the high of high season. First off, this is a McDonalds so you know what you are getting. The place was PACKED. Surprisingly they took our order with no issues, we were able to find a seat (for 10) with no issues. People were keeping tables clean and picking up garbage. Well done.

Amarachi (crew leader) provided great service. I had a welcoming experience at this McDonald’s today. I recommend her services, very lovely lady. I enjoyed my visit and the food is terrific as per usual!

We visited this McDonalds, along with the other 60 odd people all fighting for a place in the queue. The branch is fairly old, located inside County Hall on the Southbank in London. We visited when we visited the London eye and well, it was rather stressful. There seems to be no order of queuing with rude people pushing in left right and centre. The staff try to control it, but its very difficult to control something such as this, when there are so many angered customers. I thought the food, which is the most important bit - was great. It was all freshly cooked to order, really hot and the service was really efficient. The staff always look overwhelmed in this branch and work their socks off!

Gross toilets , urine everywhere . If this is the hygiene standard I hate to think what the toilets like . Avoid

and I mean super busy---long lines and finding tables is hard.. The food was good- The Texas burger was decent--service fine and the staff did their best trying to keep the place clean---but so crowded that it was disturbing...

I was out with friends in London recently and we decided to pop into this McDonalds for a late lunch (around 3pm). It doesn't look like a McDonald's as it's in the County Hall building which used to be the office building for local London government. Its next to Seaworld, London Eye and is situated right at the end of Westmi ister Bridge. Queues seem manic as there are hundreds of people waiting to be served, but there are systems in place that make service efficient. Our server was brilliant as I ordered for the 8 people in our party (£40+ worth of food). She took the order promptly and gathered everything efficiently. She was incredibly friendly and polite. Food was hot and fresh as turnover must be literally every 30 seconds due to the sheer volume of people. Loads of people ate outside as it was such a lovely day so we found space downstairs to sit. I'd eat here again if I was nearby and fancied a McD's.

En esta edad el día debería tener acceso minusválidos, pero tenía un ascensor interior para llevarlo a zonas de descanso el lugar parecía sucia y tenía que cue de edades y al final ni siquiera conseguimos lo que pedimos

Fui a MCDONALD'S por primera vez después de 8 años con 2 amigos míos, pero para ser honesto es difícil de decir si era malo o no, no sé qué comparar Mcdonald's. Me refiero a los baños estaban sucios como el infierno, me hizo querer vomitar, la comida es grasa, lleno de calorías y justo. . Solo mal y el servicio no es tan bueno tampoco. Pero al final es Mcdonald's, no esperaba un servicio de cinco estrellas, literalmente una hamburguesa cuesta 2 libras, que pagará por el servicio que nos dan. Yo no soy mucho también de una persona comida, así que no lo puedo comparar con cualquier otros restaurantes de comida rápida.

Sus McDonalds, ya sabes el tipo pero no cuánto tiempo va a tomar para conseguirlo. Hay gente comiendo comida en el piso de la entrada, porque no hay asientos para sentarse. Ocupados para mantener limpio, le cola para llegar al mostrador y luego esperar años para conseguir su comida. Aunque para ser justos es Londres y no importa a donde vayas es la misma

Came with three children, had to use the restrooms and we were tired. Bought drinks and there were very many people there. However, it felt safe and chaotique at the same time. :) Typical family restaurant?

Very small and crowded. Staff move you around quickly so no queue jumping. Can be expensive for quick meal.

First they asked me to park up and wait for 3 McMuffins when they should be firing these out every minute, then they gave me half a cappuccino and no sugars in bag even though I explicitly requested them. Useless simpletons.

Again like everyone else long wait and its so unorganized we waiting 40 minutes for a blackcurrant and a hash brown. They need the order machine here more than anywhere in the UK, none of the staff had more than one star so I can only imagine the staff turn around is very bad. Nothing Fast about this fast food restaurant.

Husband went to get a drive thru he waited for several items as they were not ready and they gave him everything cold everytime he has been which tends to be about three times a year due to were we live and having kids we either get charged for items we don’t receive or they forget our order he is never quick with drive thru or walk in half and hour is a long time for fast food that is cold! It’s over priced crap this is totally the last time he will go!

This is a great place to get something quick to eat. It’s very busy due to being close to lots of attractions. Staff are friendly. If looking for something quick well worth a stop.

The menu is completely different compared to the South African menu. Food was very good as can be expected from McDonald's. Would be nice to see some of the items on the South Africa menu.

My friend and I visited the restaurant on the 16th January had to wait 4-5 minutes to order while staff was waiting for products for a previous order and not taking a second one. Then waited for 6-7 minutes for 5 chicken bites. They forgot my dips. While eating I noticed a staff member sent to clean the lobby. He spend 10 minutes and walking around and doing absolutely nothing. The garbage bins were fool, the floor and the tables were dirty. The toilets were smelling awful and were not clean at at all. The food was tasty and freshly prepared with good quality ingredients and texture.
