Food ok as long as you stick to a sandwich as the breakfast is awful. Also when I walked in on a Sunday morning at 10 o clock the staff member looked at me like i had two heads and when I asked her were they ready she replied bluntly “shop only” referring to the stale croissants etc. in packets. I have been at Kingston hospital all week and must have been in there at least 8/9 times and that’s how you get treated. I will never visit this cafe again.

Beautiful experience with the singing chef and spot on fine dinning food with lovely ambience and great hospitality.

Nice and fresh food.customer serving very nice as well. Kebabs was good portion chilli sauce was amazing home made very nice.

Told restaurant to call when at the door but instead the guy knocked!!! And made the kid up still trying to put it to sleep!

On several occasions, I’ve noticed consistent issues, including a lack of beer availability and disengaged service from staff, even senior members. What stood out most during these visits was the lack of engagement—there were no greetings, no warmth, and it often felt as though customers weren’t welcome. Staff frequently prioritized tasks like cleaning cutlery over acknowledging or serving guests, which was both disheartening and unexpected. The atmosphere is beautiful, and I believe Hawkers has so much potential to offer a great experience. However, the shortcomings in service, coupled with the premium prices, lead me to feel that the value doesn’t match the cost. This seems to point to a need for better training and management oversight to ensure the team feels confident delivering top-tier hospitality. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps you identify areas for improvement and allows you to elevate the experience for future visitors.

Avoid… Really poor value for money. Stingy establishment. Inattentive and unwelcoming staff. Quite stingy with the chips,Drinks pricey and not bottomless and flat with loads of ice.Avoid the chicken grill as it didnt taste very nice. More like a chicken from a small chicken shop.

I ordered off the website on the 21st July 2024 very disappointing as the order I made went through and payment was taken to not receive anything and to be told very rudely that the website has been closed for over a year and they can’t do my order as they haven’t received it !! I got an email confirmation of the order and payment but still nothing !! Don’t order through the website as your money will just be taken and is a long process to to try and get it back through the bank as calling the shop I just got a very rude man on the phone !!

A gorgeous, brilliantly camouflaged pub on New Road, close to the south side of Richmond Park. An individual pub with cask ales far outnumbering keg offerings. Wonderful service from the staff and good prices. A pub, certainly worth the hunt. A delightful place for a beer.

Made a mistake online, was resistant to call as had horrible experience with female staff a couple month prior, but I called within 1 minute to rectify- a male member of staff swore when I explained my error and said I’d literally ordered 1 minute ago (I pressed confirm online, registered my mistake, I wanted bbq base instead in tomato- then immediately called) and he corrected me when he said he couldn’t redo my order because I “ordered 3 minutes ago, not 1” but said he would do the best he couldn’t if I left a good review. So here I am leaving a ‘truthful’ review. They made a good pizza and rectified the mistake I made. It’s a very nice pizza to be fair. Just hate that customer service is like this now.

Rude service, tracking tools don’t work, took 1 hour to get a pizza, lies about pizzas being delivered to hit targets instead of taking accountability for slow delivery

Pizza was good with affordable prices and good staf .My go to place for lunch .
