Coco Chicken and Waffles in Kingston upon Thames

I ordered off the website on the 21st July 2024 very disappointing as the order I made went through and payment was taken to not receive anything and to be told very rudely that the website has been closed for over a year and they can’t do my order as they haven’t received it !! I got an email confirmation of the order and payment but still nothing !! Don’t order through the website as your money will just be taken and is a long process to to try and get it back through the bank as calling the shop I just got a very rude man on the phone !!

Massive hassle. Didn’t even end up ordering so can’t comment on the food. Went in, they told us to order online, everything was more expensive on Uber etc. but was the right price on their website. Used the website, but they said they don’t take orders from there. Decided we couldn’t be arsed and walked out.

Ordered online, waffle was fine but ribs were extremely dry and tough.

There was a staple in the waffle.

Thanks for the maple syrup guys! If ya stick it on the sides menu or somewhere I can just add it to the order or as an option on the pancakes! Love ginger beer too
