6.99 for the smallest portion of curly fries ive ever seen. One pizza was barely cooked and another had the wrong toppings and barely any cheese.

I ordered a small vegggie pizza but when I called the restaurant they said that it has been delivered to somebody in my apartment as he couldn't reach me ...but I asked all my flatmates they never received any parcel of pizza they said....my money went into vain and I've to sleep hungry as well...so disappointing

Shocking service from Tops tonight. My little boy said his pizza tasted ‘disgusting’ upon checking his food I can see it has all burnt melted chocolate on the bottom. Clearly used the same tray that cookies had been on. Cross contamination! The whole thing went in the bin & because it’s a franchise absolutely no where to complain! Won’t be returning!

Waited over an hour. Pizza was only warm and pretty tasteless. Very dry and had lack of sauce. ☹️

My order was almost 2 hours late. During that time when i tried to call the restaurant, number was busy for almost 1 and a half hours, then when he finally picked he was very rude and cursed me. I request compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience caused. The food was for senior citizen who had to take tablets after food

I ordered a superlarge pizza, but when i opened the box, the pizza i found was smaller, and sold as a large. I paid 23£ for a "medium" pizza, and the taste was also no good.

Delivery was very early which is fine but the delivery guy had a horrible attitude on the phone and while picking up my order. Not to mention my pizza was smooshed and was cold. Not a great experience…

Pizza was cold and hard. Disappointing.

Order was wrong, got 2 margherita pizzas instead of margherita and a meat feast. It was late and we were tired so didn't phone to request a swap. The 2 large pizzas we ordered were medium at best. Fries were lukewarm. Felt very short changed for the £33 we paid for 2 large pizzas and fries. Very average.

Absolute failure. Food tasted old. Curly fried seemed like they were cooked long before and were just microwaved. Pizza tasted ok but again seemed like it was just microwaved, was not hot. When we called again, we requested a refund because we were unhappy about the entire order, but they did not meet our expectations. It’s a good thing to offer refunds as good will, it’s the least a food service business should do.

I was trying to make an order this evening, I find the staff at this specific shop very rude. He does not let you know ever any deals and is just plain and utter rude over the phone and started to argue with me because I was asking about a deal. I then called up again and he said he is the only person in the shop and that's why he speaks like he does. Makes no sense! Won't be using this branch ever again.

I would not suggest ordering over Uber eats as it will disappoint you as they cannot communicate properly with their drivers or their customers over the app. And yes it has disappointed my standards of the restaurant as I have now been refused a refund some how.

Great food and great value, quality always consistent

We ordered pizzas yesterday for my son's birthday party at a nearby venue. The man that I spoke to over the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was unsure of how much pizza to order and he discussed options with me to help me to find the best deal and right amount of food. The food arrived at the correct time and was lovely and hot for the children. We had some leftovers and the adults at the party thoroughly enjoyed this too. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I put filters on so that it’s halal, I ordered pizza from this place that is apperantly halal according to just eat app, I then found pork in it which meant I couldn’t eat it.

Miserable driver and impatient staff, food often cold and needs heating up quickly when it arrives.

The order took 1 hr to come. The salami pizza had spicy roquito peppers (we didn't know they were spicy), and wasn't listed on the description it was spicy... we do not like spicy food. The salami pizza had very little salami! half of a salami slice per piece of pizza :( Back to tasty pizza bar now unfortunately

Food never came and I was still charged!? I called the store and they told me the driver hadarked the delivery as made?! I am disabled and have a 24hr concierge. No driver entered the building. There are 126 flats here and the driver never entered the building. I phoned the store and they said get a refund from just eat but they have marked it as delivered. So no eefund?!!!!!!

Nachos needed more topping very little, more nachos than cheese, pizza was overcooked but ok, not bad
