Wings Factory Kingston in Kingston upon Thames

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2021. Not till this year the quality and delivery had gotten so bad. I’m sure it’s better ordering from the shop itself but it’s been awful when ordering online. My orders have been coming 45mins to an hour late, and when I try to call the number it goes busy. I used to be able to get through to them but they seem to have cut their line now. FYI there’s no tracking on ubereats which doesn’t help when you’re sitting around waiting wondering where you food is. My last order which was today, churros came out hard (probably because it’s been out cold), wings (Gone garlic) barely had any parmesan cheese on it but just too much parsley on it. Used to be my favourite place to order compared to Wingstop, looks like now I have to find somewhere else better.

Ordered a delivery on Uber eats food never ever turned up waiting for over 45 minutes. Tried to call no reply

Chicken always top notch nice garlic mac n cheese just needs more of a sauce always large amount of fries which are banging especially the rosemary fries, churos one had one issue in the whole time and that was tonight just needed longer in the fryer or either it was the fryers weren't hot enough but still never a let down good pricing for the amount you get and just eat young delivery guys is always polite and respectable always same lad aswell.... check this place out just be careful mango madness wings are hit and miss on the spice level but extra chilli always hits well

The boneless chicken wings were a disappointment, evidently made from dry, frozen breast meat that lacked any semblance of moisture or flavour. On a brighter note, the churros managed to redeem the experience somewhat, being the only saving grace.

The boneless wings turned out to be marinaded chicken chunks. Sad.

I love that it’s hidden away because it’s far too good for anyone else to know about this place - food was off the chart insanely good. So tasty, great variety of dishes and the Thai Wings with chilli such a great highlight. I actually ordered one of each of the favorites and am so glad I did - some friends arrived at mine and now they are all fans too. Well played!

Delivery was rubbish and took an hour and half to get to us and the restaurant refused to give us any money back!

Terrible service on delivery. None of the numbers listed work and had to spend time googling. Order didn't appear for over an hour, doorbell did not go off and they just left it outside to be cold. Finally got in touch after 20 mins to be said they saw a light and just left it outside. No attempt at contact.

I was angry from sitting in immense traffic to london due the ongoing train strikes. Therefore out of pure anger I ordered some chicken wings and fries. 100% worth it.

Wings Factory is a wing lover's paradise. Lots of tasty flavours to choose from, with perfectly seasoned and cooked wings that never disappoint. All the food is cooked fresh! My favourite flavours have to be 'Bang Thai', 'Bebeque' & 'Mad Mango' wings with 'Shredded Chicken Loaded fries'. Then finish the meal off with some Nutella Churros for dessert. A definite 5-star recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would give this no stars if i could, i ordered via uber eats and waited hours after the time ubereats told me it was supposed to arrive and when i would call they would keep saying 10 min after a while they would stop picking up, lost about £30 im not happy and im gonna call uber eats to try and get a refund… this is not cool

I got the mango habanero and the garlic Parmesan boneless wings and unfortunately both were pretty tasteless. The garlic parm were super dry and chewy with hardly any flavour, and the mango were sweet but with no salt. Disappointing given the price - they were late so maybe dried out, and the other reviews look great so maybe just unlucky but I wouldn’t order again.

Awful experience. Food cold and missing items. Was told by the manager it would be replaced on WhatsApp was then blocked. Nobody has contacted me since.

Since the new management took over the place has improved their menu. Fries are amazing and I can really recommend the sweet chilli wings. Staff are friendly and value their customers!

I’ve ordered takeaway from here three times and my order was never delivered on all three occasions - after calling once and being assured I would get a phone call back after checking in with the driver the number then went straight to voicemail for the rest of the night. Absolute rip off and the worst service I have ever seen! Do yourself a favour and don’t order from here.

Lovely unique American concept kitchen with all different flavours in wings,fries and some amazing magic sauces. Also my favourite, magic Mac and it tastes like nothing else I've tried. All American fizzy drinks also you get here calypso which is lovely. I love their buffalo sauce ranch fries comes with cheese tops and some herbs. 1 dessert they have called churros and those Nutella ones are yum.... crispier. Awesomeness

What a horrible experience I had with this place, firstly on the app it showed that I received my order, then after numerous attempts to get hold of them, I got a call from a so called driver claiming to be on his way with the food 2hours later I was still sitting without food and calls unanswered. I will never ever buy from this place again. Now I need to claim my money back.

Went to try this place after seeing them on instagram. Called before to place an order for collection and the service was great. The food... Just wow! Unbelievable taste! Not greasy at all and so filling i was stuffed. I recommend the bang thai wings and bbq boneless oh and the churros are out of world. Well done guys

I have just found out.my delivery was delivered to 3A and not 3 so I'm editing my old review.3A is on opposite side of my address.mistakes can happen and I will order again hope they drop my delivery at the right address.

I found this hidden gem on Insta while i was just browsing for halal Food ...!!! They have a very limited menu a bit price but If you love wings this is your place. They sipcy wings are must try... !!! 😊

This is the worst food I've tried in my 30 years of life worse than breast milk i strongly advise with all my strength to stay clear of this sickening unlawful resturant oh I mean TERRIBLE food barn.

I ordered off of just eat, the food was nearly 2 hours late by the time it arrived (there was an email to tell me the food was on its way) and I still had to pay for delivery. There was no emails or calls to say that the food would be delayed, I had to call 3 different numbers before getting through to the restaurant as the ones on just eat was wrong. By the time the food arrived it was cold, soggy and tasted horrible. I've still been refused a refund for the horrendous food & service. Will never be eating here again & neither should you. If I had the option there would be 0 stars.

Very rude service, i asked for extra sauce and they just said no we cant do that. And they just ignored me when I said I’ll pay extra. The whole place was filthy and I’ve never experienced such a service. I’ll not go there again.

absolutely delicious! tenders were juicy and moist, still thinking about the loaded fries and im absolutely crazy about the big flavour burger with spicy korean q flavour! went back for churros which were delish! however be warned, the dip isnt a dip...its a drizzle which is really confusing

I have travelled to so many different wing places to eat, sticky wings, wing stop etc. these are by far the best wings I have ever eaten! The garlic salt chips to are amazing !!

I regularly order food around my area Kingston and usually go for the conventional options but I decided to try Wings Factory instead. Wow was I happy I did I ordered the buffalo wings and they tasted beautiful, the sauce was just right along with the blue cheese dip. I also tried the Mac and cheese which was also very very nice and cheesy. For the desert I went for the chocolate churros which were of course very tasty and fresh to which I was surprised as most places use frozen. Overall I was very happy and I will definitely be ordering from here again with my family and friends also and I will look to try some other things on the menu.

The owner is so selfish I ordered from uber eats they said my order has been delivered but I didn’t received anything and uber eats and the restaurant refused to send it again or refund it.DO NOT GO.

Awful customer service that leaves you waiting for hours without letting you know any updates on your order. Chips are sometimes good sometimes soggy, wings are always overly salty.

*Absolutely inedible, 0 stars*. Ordered delivery of buffalo wings & BBQ wings, threw them away after tasting. The sauce on the buffalo wings smells & tastes like it's gone off. The BBQ wings and pure sugar and salt. This place is located opposite a nightclub & we can only imagine that it survives from drunk kids pouring out of there in the early hours. No idea how anyone could like this 'food'.

Ordered the buffalo wings and the BBQ boneless bites for 2 of us (the buffalo wings only had 3 pieces and then a bunch of boneless bites) - first bite wasn't bad but then was overwhelmed by the level of salt on the items - Fries were hardly cooked and overall not very pleasing. Wouldn't purchase again.

Wings where good had bbq and mango wothy partner but the boneless garlic bits and the mac and cheese wasnt great at all photo looks like proper comfort food mac and cheese instead it was penne woth cheese sauce cooked in a foil container very disappointing

From ordering to receiving the customer service was on point, owner took time to speak an get feedback very hospitable. As for the food lets just say it was finger licking at the end. The buffalo wings which were just perfect an not overly tangy which is were most places go wrong. The Rustic chips and sauces provided seemed to have a secret yet interesting ingredient were amazing. I only went yesterday after hearing about this place from a friend and i will be going back again today.
