Pizza Hut Delivery in Kingston upon Thames

Refused to help when made a mistake on order phoned a lady would not acknowledge my co.plaint nor willing to rectify. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PIZZA HUT FINISHED!!! SHOULD HAVE VETTED THERE FREANCHIES BETTER.

A usual Puzza Hut. Experience could have been better, customer services need to be worked on.

Soggy fake pizza, go to the local businessess

This was the greasiest and worst pizza I ever had. They were 60 min late for delivery, forgot 1 pizza and the one we got was soo greasy that I think I’ll get a heart attack tomorrow! Do not buy any food from this place. And we shall not talk about the garlic bread. The saddest and driest bread you could ever find. A heart attack and potensial diabetes was not what I ordered this Friday evening.

Asked for a specific pizza, the lady brought us something else and said she won’t give us what we ordered. Bad customer service for no reason, she said we can have what we ordered only if I paid again.

Went in to collect. Relatively quick in comparison to a delivery. Some offers that they were showing on the menu on the front desk weren't available which is a bit misleading but all in all, the food was good and I didn't have to wait long. Not much else you can ask for from a Pizza Hut

Always get amazingly tasty pizzas from here… much better than anywhere else we order from. Not sure why but they are just scrum!

Order a pizza to be delivered, after giving address and confirming details the order came as a pick-up. The only way to fix it is by calling. No one picks up the bloody phone. It is ridiculous. We can't go pick up, and we can't talk to anyone to fix the order and get delivered.

The pizza was too greasy , soggy and smell of stale oil. The Lunch deal we used to buy before no longer there it was a good value for money .

don't come here, the lady in receptionist is terrible, I don't know how to choose pizza, she doesn't help me at never order again 👎

Appalling customer service the line dropped so I raised my voice as she said she couldn’t hear me she put the phone down and has refused to pick up waste of space good luck in life Pizza flipper 😂

Order was delayed by an hour, taste was not usual as one would expect. No one picks up the phone, delivery driver is clumsy. Pizza kingston used to be good, but now quality & service levels are going down the loo. Next pizza will be from pizza express, not from you.

Staff not cooperating with costumer I come to collecting my order after 30 min of making by phone and no one have make my order also the say 1 minute all the time to keep you waiting staff refuse to give me the name

I actually called the restaurant today and requested to speak to a manger before I decided to leave this review, however “he was unavailable” to speak with me. I have ordered from here a few times and its only so many times you can give someone chances to rectify their mistakes. I really find it difficult to believe that Pizza Hut allows franchises like this to operate with no care what so ever. Bearing in mind that this would have been my 6th or 7th order, and we have had issues on every occasion. They are very stingy with their toppings on the veg pizza, pan base pizza is supposed to be the “market leader base” but it’s always soggy. 2 orders back they actually forgot one of the 2 pizzas back in the restaurant and then didn’t offer an apology. Time before that they sent the wrong cookie dough and with no ice cream. Today my pizza was delivered with boxes that looked like someone had sat on them. All the cheese on the margarita was stuck to the lid leaving hardly any on the actual pizza so that went right the bin. When I asked the driver, he blamed the restaurant and his explanation was that because they packed it hot the boxes get dismantled… Like when does Pizza Hut ever allow inadequate packaging? Then there is the difficult task of asking them to remember the garlic sauce which has been forgotten about on 4 occasions…. seriously how hard is that. Try calling to speak with them, firstly, you will be met with poor attitude for mentioning any issues which is incredible to believe. The female staff has so much attitude and will make you feel as she is doing the world a favour by answering the call. Overall, it is really difficult to rely on this place when ordering more than 2 pizzas as it seems to be a massive task that clearly overwhelms their team. They are clearly just trying to milk it on the fact that they are the only branch in the area of Pizza Hutt. Won’t be giving them another chance again.

Just ordered a pizza delivered in good time but oh my god £20 for a tiny pizza hardly any toppings never ordered from pizza hut and won't be again in shock how do they keep goin

food was alright, delivery people never seem to know how to get to us despite living locally so food turns up cold at best

We placed an order couple of weeks back, order was processed and paid for. Then they called 30mts later and said they had to cancel the order!! Took a chance and ordered again today. Order went through again, to be delivered in 40mts. We checked the app later and it said pizza was delivered but we didnt get it. Called the outlet, they had no idea where the pizza was. Called again, and the agent cut our call saying she could call back after speaking to the manager, which she didn't. We had to call again and apparently are all searching for their manager!! Wow! EDIT: Now they called and said they need to start a new order and wait for 25 minutes minimum!! And blamed the third party delivery service.

Ordered from here and all my family got food poisoning from the pizza we had last night. Awful. Will never be ordering from here again.

Always fantastic, fresh and far better value than the obvious competitors. Consistently great pizza - extremely friendly, helpful staff also. Recommended.

I've seen that you have had alot of bad reviews lately from my experience I would give you 6 out of 5!! We were staying at Doubletree Hilton, my wife rang for a delivery asap, You was very helpful on the phone and delivered 2 steaming hot pizzas in 15mins!! Top marks for the extra chillies on the veggie hot one. I have been eating Pizza Hut for 30 years and I would honestly say this was the best Pizza Hut pizzas I have ever had, My wife agrees too. So satisfying after an afternoon swimming. If you keep serving pizzas like this with that service you will turn your low review rating around.

Not recommend this place. Very unprofessional staff. They sent me the wrong pizza and when I called them the manager just didn’t care!

Ordering process and delivery were very easy and excellent. The pizza was awful. We ordered the Peri-Peri Stuffed ‘Crust’ Pizza - the word ‘crust’ shouldn’t be used in any context for this pizza; as it was a wet sloppy mess. We were expecting chili flakes, or sliced hot chilies, but the whole pizza was slavered with a runny chili sauce making the base really wet. It was impossible to eat by hand, we had to resort to using a spoon!! Really nasty. We wouldn’t recommend and we definitely won’t order this again.

I used to love Pizza Hut, but the quality has gone DOWN. My fiance and I became very sick after eating here and they refuse to give me a refund. I have been arguing with them for 3 weeks now, and still nothing.

Rude and unprofessional staff, with poor knowledge of English. Heavy made pizza, hard to digest. There is lots of more and much worthy places around, to have a proper pizza with a proper service. I wouldn't come back there from now on, and it's my advice for you as well!

Not the best... Try TOPS just down the road or domino's - so much better and will get your order right

Pizza was greasy, soggy and uncooked dough, when ask for a refund I was rudely dismissed and accused of not having pizza before. Normally have pleasant experiences at other times but this will be my first and last time. Extremely disappointed with the service

Gave my friends and I a window booth which we enjoyed. Members of staff were polite. A bit cramped however despite social distancing suggestion.

Made an order online... 2 hours later still nothing... 5 hours later still nothing. Multiple phone calls to the store went unanswered. Had to end up calling head office customer service for a refund but even they were unhelpful! Unsurprised by the other bad reviews on here. Avoid this pizza hut like the plague!!

such a poor even if I have more worse word, I should use for the service I received. I did my order online and select an option for delivery but when I done payment received email that your order ready for collection in 20 minutes and I straightway call to store and said I ordered for delivery he said cannot deliver because store is going to close soon so I said cancel this and refund my payment he said ok. In morning I checked did not receive refund then I called again this time store guy said manager will come around 4pm so he will do process I said ok will call again and now when I call to store they put me on hold and then Manager Bilal said I will not refund and do whatever you can do such a rude behaviour. I told him I do not live in that area and not able to collect but he said will not do refund now I am in contact with pizza hut to submit a proper complaint. Do not use this store to waste your money.

Ordered pizza and was an hour late. Promised credit for next order. Call up to place an order and no record of credit being added to account. Really poor customer service and won't be ordering from this branch. Avoid as terrible customer service.

I just wanted to let you know about the appalling way I have been spoken to by Bilal, the manager of Pizza Hut Kingston. I ordered a drink which the restaurant didn't have in stock. But the manager refused to give me a refund. And told me I had to bring the whole order back. Then started shouting at me that he's not my servant. I'll never give my business to Kingston ever again

I work close by and wanted to order food. The Asian guy working there was very unbothered to serve and I had to wait for a while. When he finally came I asked if there was anything halal for my colleague who only eat halal meat. His response I will never forget “halal does not exists here”. I use to be a regular customer around london but after this experience never again. Whoever is managing the place should definitely double check who they are hiring as there is no skills in customer service not any manners. I will ensure my family and friends stops attending Pizza Hut.

Asked for no sauce on my pizza. As I was ordering from the deals menu the guy on the phone rudely told you can't make any changes to the pizza and said if you want it without sauce I would have to pay extra. Seriously!

Ordered the cookie dough pudding.. the 1st one came completely burnt so I had to travel back to the store.. I was offered to have another one made for me and a free one which was nice of him.. unfortunately when I got home both were cooked on the top and completely raw in the middle and bottom... all in all two wasted journeys and an outcome of no pudding.

Asked my wife to get the pizza from this outlet just this evening and when we opened the box at home, it was full of burnt veggies and shrunk pizza. It seemed like a reheated pizza which was just the worst pizza I ever had. Won't ever get another one from them!

Bad people, worked there, they cheat with their staff, they dont care if the staff have problem and they are leaving the job, they dont do anything about the problem and to keep their staff happy, very bad management!
